"a mini apt for cheap"
I didn't expect to see a kitchenette for the price that I paid. I would consider staying as an extended stay. The location is ideal, the rooms are clean, and the price is the best part!
This site was very close to where I needed to be. It was close to the major highways and to stores. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again. Thank you Lodge America
"gOOD LOCATION"
We were pleased with the price. But it left much to be desired. For a suite it didn't have anything to cook with even though it had a kitchen. We were there for the weekend and actually went and bought things to cook breakfast. We left a note for the maid and then found out that there is no maid service until you leave. We also didn't even have the […] typical items that come in a motel room , such as soap, shampoo, and even had to ask for bath-room paper. "Pleasant staff - small but nice room, noisy A/C"
This hotel is located very close to the freeway with many options for shopping or dining. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are smallish but well arranged and include a kitchenette. Our "non-smoking" room reeked of stall smoke but front desk quickly sent someone to show us a new room. Rooms show signs of age but were well cleaned. Doors open to the outside. Room smelled like a fish house. Office not open 24 hours a day. Industrial neighborhood.

"excellent rooms, rates, staff, 10 min from campus"
I stayed on a Thursday night for a business meeting Friday, and the staff was courteous and helpful, the room was spacious and full-featured and clean. It had a stove, a big refrigerator, a sink, and cabinets, and had a nice bathroom. All for a good price! The weekend rates are higher, of course, but a great option if you need to stay in Greensboro. "Definately a 1.5 star Motel"
I stayed during the Furniture show, so the prices were extremely high. I checked in on a Saturday evening, left on Sunday to work all day, and when I came back my room was not even clean. When I called the front desk the informed me the cleaners don't usually work on Sundays. The room was a good size, old bedding covers, one of the burners in the stove […] was missing as well. For its low price, I was pleasantly surprised by quality. Very good mattress & kitchenette in room. Only negative - there was no coffee & creamer pouch in room though coffee maker was present.

I loved that the room was equiped with a microwave, full refrigerator, and a bar-like table to eat and do work. The room was also a nice size. It wasn't too small nor too big.

Room had funny smell - furniture polish and trash. In prime location off wendover (food,shopping, highway all nearby). Great price for short notice but checking in is almost like making a prison visit.

"Buttercup/Buddie"
They stay was nice its just that the room was much smaller than the first stay, its like i could not breathe.It was no ice,and the door in the bathroom was very dirty behind it. I really like the hotel,i hope some changes will be made

I've stayed here before and was pleased with the room and services then and now. The little kitchenette is a plus that you won't find in hotels that cost twice as much. I will stay here again.

"NEIGHBORHOOD INFO"
Simple accommodations, but very clean and comfortable. You need to draw a neighborhood with location for grocery, Dollar Tree (has groceries), gas, and restaurants. With kitchenette included, a place to get groceries came in handy. The guide given to me was too difficult to figure out. Map would be a nice way to say "Let us help you with your stay" […] . "needs some attention"
Broken outlets, hard mattress, static filled sheets that shock the mess out of you.. couldn't really get comfortable.. too warm then chilli...repeat all night. the curtain needs to be fixed but it wasn't horrible. The door needs weather stripping badly. Light came through the cracks across the bottom and up most of one side. In a bind, its not awful.. Lodge America is close to all the most favorite resturants and shopping stores. It is a great Hotel to stay in if u dont have a car.

"Half clean rooms"
Our room was not ready for check in at the assigned time. The bathroom mirror was filthy and I am afraid to even think if the bed had even been changed. Never again will I stay at a place like this!!! I will make sure I don't make reservations at the last minute so I am stuck at a place like this!!! Not a top notch hotel, there was some noisy people a couple doors down, but we were in bed early. A little run down but for the cost, location, and convenience...a decent place overall to lay your head for a night.

When the elevator opened and a man walked out with a joint and not trying to hide it, I knew I had picked the wrong motel. This man was not the only one there who was shall we say, having a good time. Desk clerk sized me up at check in and I was not sure if he was trying to decide if I liked to party or if I would not notice an extra charge or two. Office was closed upon arrival, needed to call on outside phone, then wait for a shift change to check in. TV and dresser covered with some sticky substance. Carpet pulling out from divider. Door lock difficult to operate.
