"Pay for Luxury, Expect Ordinary"
This is a centrally located 5 star property, a beautiful 300 year old palace which has been turned into a hotel in 1996. Though the hotel is luxurious on a macro level, its at the micro finer levels that it falters, which is not acceptable for a 5 star which charges as much. Here are the issues which didnt go down too well with me: 1) Quality of Food […] - during and lunch and dinner both the quality was ok, not gourmet (which the prices sure were). 2) The quality of the room, where the beds were almost touching the raised marble platform, the TV was in a very odd extreme left position, the biday in the toilet wasnt functional and moving (not secured to the floor) and a very common toilet accessory, the hand jet, wasnt there. 3) The spa which has been well advertised and written about was a single room which didnt look appealing at all. What was good about the hotel was THE SERVICE. At every step of the way, from checkin, to Lunch, to Tea, to Dinner, we were well looked after by the staff who were TRULY 5 STAR. They should be working in other 5 star properties with their attention to detail. The rooms were clean, but the restoration work seemed to be done in a rush, without attention to certain aesthetic details. Amenities were of good quality. I wouldnt repeat a stay here, simply because the consistency of a 5 star were not present in all aspects of my stay. Baca selanjutnya

the hotel needs maintenance, a good staff, a good food ........... and every thing necessary to the guest feels nice.
