I stayed two nights, there is a courtesy bus to and from airport but if arriving from international need to call to get picked up, my phone didn't work so that was a problem waited 1 hour but would have been quicker if I'd known about phoning this needs to be clearer somewhere. Also courtesy coach to the railway station again need to call to be picked […] up. A phone and no is essential for this hotel. My family came back for a family reunion in the Chicago area and had a wonderful stay at the Garden Court Hotel. We plan on coming back soon.

The hotel and staff are fine, as is the free coffee in the lobby. The only negative comment I had was the mattress --- too soft.

The Hotel was great except we could not seem to regulate the room temperature. The bed sagged in the middle and was quite uncomfortable. We did have a great experience at the hotel bar. The bartender I believe his name was Maurice, was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to.

Convenient and Quiet. This was the second time we stayed here. Reasonable and convenient to O'Hare and downtown

Great hotel. A bit expensive mid-week. Restaurant is typically quite good. On April 30th, 2013, something was amiss in the restaurant. I was an hour getting my food. I watched at least one table leave in frustration. Wait staff was not helpful. The hotel staff at the front desk is among the most professional I've witnessed. Very close to airport.

Cons: Buffet is pricey. Too many screaming kids in pool area. Could not use. Mattress in room was uncomfortable. Hardly any shower pressure. No safe in room. Pros: Room was very clean. We just stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was large and very comfortable, the food was great, and customer service was excellent. We will definitely return in the Fall. The only negative I can think of is the pillows were too soft.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great Breakfast, and lunch. Reasonably priced. Close to airport and midway. First rate shuttle.

Excellent location close to O'Hare Airport. Great breakfast and quite night make for a happy start to the next day. The staff here really does appreciate your visit. Try it sometime, you will be glad you did.

The pool has a basketball net, volleyball net, and a lot of pool toys. Perfect for family get away. We always stay here when we are in Chicago. They also have free parking and a shuttle to the airport.

All the terriffic sights of Chicago, The Willis towers, Grant park The navy pier the shylights of downtown Chicago.

Stayed here for a wedding which took place at another hotel. That place was a lot more money for a lot less amenities but this Hilton was nothing short of spectacular. I have always been a fan of the Hyatt but this stay might make me switch over to being a Hilton fan.

Excellent...should have been for more than more night...Staff was just super nice, hotel is absolutely everything I expected it to be. And my Sister who was celebrating her birthday absolutely love it as well...

Great stay will recommend to others the only problem was parking. I had trouble finding a space during the day due to to the heavy activity but soon was able to park other than that I loved and enjoyed my stay there.

Always enjoy staying here, free shuttle to airport and train station and pick up with a phone call. Friendly, helpful staff and clean quiet room.

We decided last minute, to getaway and stay overnight in a hotel with our grandchildren and to go swimming. It was difficult to find a hotel with an inside pool the Hilton Garden Inn in Chicago/O'Hare airport area had one. The price to stay was so reasonable and the facilities and room was absolutely beautiful. The staff are so professional and friendly […] and made our stay that much more enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Bed is soft. The staff is kind and ready to help anytime if needed. Would recommend to my friends who travel to Chicago. Free shuttle bus is also a plus advantage.

I'm so glad we spent our first two nights at the Hilton near the airport. Getting to downtown was so easy. Wish I had known that before booking Saturday night downtown. Two thumbs up for Hilton Garden at Ohara!

This was a top notch hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, our room was spotless and the price was right. The pool and hot tub were welcomed treats after a day of sightseeing. Would for sure stay here again.

It was a good place for a quick stop over on my way to Jackson WY. I got a better air rate if I stayed overnight in Chicago on my way to Jackson from London; even with the cost of the room. It was convenient, quiet and had a nice breakfast; before catching the airport shuttle service.
