Hotel is clean, safe, hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast area is small, crowded, but good selection of foods. Front desk girl wouldn't give us a check in cookie, said "it was too late !" :(
"First floor best"
Room clean & comfortable. No elevator; no ice machine except near lobby; beds need step stool to get in to; bathtub handrails inadequate for complete safety. Quiet, parking area well lit and breakfast good. Personnel friendly, helpful, and attentive. Would stay again but only on the first floor.

"Repeat visitors"
Again, an excellent experience staying here. Large, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good value for the price and fresh cookies upon check in!

This is an excellent hotel for the price.
Loved the location. So convienent for us and close to our family in Cle Elum. We plan to stay there again
"SNOWCAP LODGE"
We had a great day inner tubing at snoqualmie & the snowcap lodge was a great place to stay. Easy access from freeway.The snowcap was very clean,great rate & the staff was friendly. They recomended a great itialian rest. The room was comfortable & clean, & the hot tub was wonderful after a wet cold day on the mountain. We will be back.

"Not baby friendly..."
We frequently stay at hotels thru the year and I can not remember another hotel that did not have a crib to offer or a high chair at breakfast. This hotel did NOT have a crib or high chair and this made our visit with our 15 month old much more difficult. Disappointed.
"Nice place to stay right off the interstate"
Our family of four was traveling home and needed an inexpensive hotel room for one night. We very happy with our room - comfortable beds, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The continental breakfast was standard, but we were very happy with everything! (The kids would have enjoyed the pool, but we didn't have time.)

"Snow Cap Lodge in cle Elum, Wa very convient locat"
The room was very clean ad spacious. The ameneties and service was well above par. I would definitely stay here again.
