The lift does not go higher than the 4th floor. So if you have heavy luggage and your room is on the 5th floor, tough ! Nothing to hang the shower. €9 ascetic breakfast far too expensive, especially compared to breakfasts in similar standard hotels. Finally, no parking and no possibility of parking very close.

Regina is a great value for the money. The description is a little outdated, pay wifi only in the rooms, free in the lobby, other than that, as described, good value for a European hotel. 1st room had air conditioning BUT smelled of mildew; 2nd room did not smell BUT had no air conditioning; with windows open the street noise made sleep impossible; 3rd room had A/C and the rest of our stay was OK. this is a decent 2 star BUT only if you can get a decent room.

Room was old and musty. It had a damp odor. Location was on a busy street with late night noise. Staff was friendly though.

I have always booked my international hotels with Hotels.com trusting their judgement and star rating. The Regina Hotel is well located, but one of the very worst hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment you step into this hotel, you get the sense it's not going to be good. The rooms feature the hardest beds I've ever slept on and the pillows are […] anything but. The rooms are tiny, the lighting so low that one can barely see and some bathrooms emit sewer smells that can keep one from sleeping.. We booked three rooms for two nights and had to check out the next morning since we were all very discontent. We asked the front deak person for the star rating (which did not show on their marquee) and she stated there is no such rating for this flea bag hotel. This hotel looks lovely on the outside but is truly ugly on the inside. I saw several of the rooms and they are very small and very ugly. We paid extra to get one with a bathtub which was so rough that it actually scraped our skin and was useful for removing callouses from your feet. . There are no heating or cooling controls in the room and if you open the window for some air the noise outside is horrendous. The carpet is some form of indoor outdoor carpet from the 70's that one hesitated to put ones feet on. Fortunately the room was sufficiently small that one could leap from the bed to the toilet without touching the floor. Apparently the hotel is used frequently for student field trips since most nights we were there there were very noisy students keeping us up all night. There is in fact no wireless internet or internet of any sort in the rooms so any internet use has to be done in the lobby. The lobby is ugly too. In order to save money on the expense of toilet paper the toilet paper dispenser is set up to dispense one sheet at a time, and is conveniently mounted over your head. Apparently our comfort and convenience was not the hotels main concern. If you happen to be blind and deaf or completely insensitive to your surroundings this may be a hotel that works for you since it is reasonably clean and right in the middle of Avignon. If you have any hope of a romantic encounter with a charming ambiance in your hotel room after a lovely day in Provence this is probably not the hotel for you...unless your loved one happens to be blind and deaf. We made a valiant effort of course with copious amounts of wine, and candles and I think I convinced my wife that the neighbors could not hear us over the racket they were making but unless you are an expert at this I would suggest attempting it. As a two-star hotel, you aren't going to find large, opulent rooms here, but for the price, everything was just right. It's an excellent location, just blocks from the central square of Avignon. The room and hotel were clean and neat, and the staff was very warm and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor (6th floor as we'd call it in the U.S.), up […] a lot of stairs or a rickety little elevator, and a bit small, but totally worth it for the view of the Palais des Papes and Avignon Mairie out of our window. We were traveling by bike and the staff was very helpful in finding a place for us to leave our rides, and also in suggesting places to eat and visit in the city. This hotel was not particularly cozy, but it was clean enough and very nicely located along the main commercial street, near the train station, shops, and most sites.

This hotel is right in the center of Avignon. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk to the Pope's Palace. I recommend not paying for breakfast here, because the food is not that plentiful for what you get. The hotel is right next to a few cafes, so just buy something to eat next door instead.

Kostea ja tunkkainen huone sekä melko meluisa johtuen muista viereista. Itse huone oil tosin puhdas, mutta kaipaisi remonttia. Hotellin sijainti tosin oli aivan mahtava.

L'hôtel est bien situé mais le personnel ne comprend pas bien le français! Peu de considération pour les clients. Chaque matin, les femmes de chambres parlent fort dans les couloirs et rentrent dans les chambres sans frapper!! En plus, le ménage est loin d'être fait à fond.

They are thieves. They use overbooking and after it you relocated in a hotel 20 euro less expensive than theirs without while cashing the difference discreetly. Better go somewhere else.

Lo único positivo que puedo decir del hotel es la ubicación... y la mabilidad de una joven llamada Julie. El cuarto de baño es minúsculo.

Outre l'accueil très sympathique j'ai eu la chance de loger au 4ème étage qui disposait d'un petit balcon donnant sur la rue. Au 5ème étage de l'hôtel on a la possibilité d'aller sur la terrasse pour une vue splendide sur les toits d'Avignon et le palais des Papes. La situation de l'hôtel en centre ville est un avantage certain.

Juste acceptable. L'impression générale: "usé". Salle de bain n'était pas acceptable. La pression de l'eau très bas. Le petit déjeuner était pas de tout acceptable. Une tasse de nescafe + pain et croissant servi dans la salle d'accueil du hotel pour un prix sans relation avec le service rendu.

Die Lage ist ideal, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind. Da es direkt an der Rue de la republique liegt mit all den Läden, Boutiquen und leider auch mit viel Strassenlärm, schlief ich nachts mit Ohropax. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr ringhörig; den Nachbarn hörte ich husten und die anderen auch reden. Falls dies jemand stört; ich hatte […] kaum Probleme damit. C'est vraiment un excellent hôtel, avec un personnel extrêmement prévenant. il faisait très chaud : ils avaient climatisé la chambre pour un confort maximal. Parallèlement, la chambre était très propre, et la salle de bain nickel, sans rien d'instable ou aucune moisissure. ils fournissent de petites serviettes et du savon (je suis très pratique dans […] mes voyages !). Très bien situé. Cela est incontestable. Par contre la chambre 106 que j'ai eu est horrible. Il y fait ultra chaud. Matelas peu confortable, télé à écran plan rayé, fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieur qui abrite un climatiseur ultra bruyant... Et salle de bain entièrement à refaire. Chambre propre mais les murs sont à repeindre et la moquette a changé […] car sale et très usée.. Par rapport au prix de la nuitée, on peut exiger mieux ! La prochaine fois que je viens sur Avignon J'irai dans un hôtel près des remparts.. Les remparts sont à 10min a pieds donc autant marcher et avoir une chambre de bonne qualité !!! Baca selanjutnya

Hôtel bien situé, en centre ville, ce qui permet de se déplacer à pied vers les sites touristiques. L'entretien de la salle d'eau n'est pas parfait. L'abattant des WC qui ne tient pas est reposé chaque jour comme la veille sans être fixé. Chambre de bon rapport qualité-prix.

Dit hotel ligt midden in het centrum van Avignon, aan een drukke straat. Wij waren er in april, toen we met de ramen dicht konden slapen. Kan me voorstellen dat het in de zomer wat lawaaieriger is met de ramen open. Verder een prima hotel, zeker voor de prijs die wij betaalden. kan het iedereen aanbevelen voor een kort verblijf.

J'ai trouvé l'hôtel passable mais ce qui m'a particulièrement décue c'est que, en partant j'ai oublié un pantalon dans ma chambre et lorsque j'ai rappelé même pas 24h après, on m'a dit que celui ci avait été jeté!!! J'ai eu tord de ne pas vérifier avant de fermer la chambre certes, mais je n'avais jamais été dans un hôtel où l'on jette au bout de 24h […] un pantalon, neuf qui puis est! (jeté ou "emprunté" je ne le saurais jamais...) Donc j'ai franchement trouvé cela plus que moyen... Baca selanjutnya

situé a 100 mètres de l'arrivée de la navette en provenance de la gare d'Avignon, à 2 pas de la place de l'horloge et à 100 mètres du palais des papes cet hotel est idéalement situé en plein coeur du vieux Avignon. l'hotel est propre pour un bon rapport qualité prix et le personnel sympathique. seul defaut l' isolation phonique!! ou plutot son absence […] si vous avez une chambre donnant sur la rue, mais dans une ville qui semble vivre la nuit cela fait partie du jeux.. Wil je een htel middenin Avignon? 5 minuten lopen van het hele centrum en niey te duur? Dan is Regina zeer aan te bevelen. Kamers zonder airco, en door de drukte 's zomers kun je kiezen tussen een onrustige nacht door de drukte of door de warmte....of natuurlijk gewoon mee feesten.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Avignon, eine Rezeptionsdame war eher unfreundlich und wirkte gestresst, die anderen aber sehr nett. Wirkt eher wie eine "bessere Jugendherberge", da es an einer großen Straße liegt, ist es auch relativ laut - gerade in der Festivalzeit - aber für den Preis und die Kategorie 2 Sterne völlig in Ordnung. Ma chambre etait confortable, elle disposait de la climatisation. Attention ca n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres apparemment. L'hotel est tres central. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
