The Hotel was a nice place to stay for a few days...we arrived on a Sunday, so make sure if you're arriving out of hours that you TELEPHONE reception to get instructions on how to get your keys Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and seemed to know where everything is! I was able to ask them how to get to university campuses etc Bus number […] 7 is the link and takes you to the town centre, although the town centre is walking distance The rooms were clean, kitchenette was decent, worked properly...doesn't have a kettle however Bathroom was clean too, fully functioning shower sofa bed was a bit of a let down, but overall I would recommend this place to anyone coming here ps. best to get there by taxi :) Baca selanjutnya

"Appart'Valley Aix en Provence - a bus ride away"
The hotel was slightly difficult to find because it's hidden away behind another hotel. This seems to be a location where people are staying for short, but extended periods of time-- maybe a few weeks. It's about a 15 minute bus ride away from the city center. There are definitely closer places to stay if that's where you want to be. It can be inconvenient […] because the bus stops running at night . The staff was nice, but not available in the mid-afternoon or in the evening. Notes in the hotel room ask for somewhat unreasonable things like asking you to take out your own garbage, load the dishwasher, and fold the sheets and towels when you're done. I think if you're paying for the room, you're paying for certain services to be done for you. The hotel advertises that it has Wi-Fi, but it's not free at all. You have to pay 20 euro for a full day of wi-fi. If you're looking for a cheap place to rest your head, you can do worse. Baca selanjutnya
"Worst sofabed ever"
I booked a studio, knowing that it was a sofabed. I normally can sleep on sofabed, this was horrible. I ended up moving the mattress to the floor, and that was reasonable, but should not have been necessary. The location is definitely on the edge of town, but I was using Aix-en-Provence as base to explore surround towns, so it was rather convenient […] to be near the highway. However, I was quite surprised that that they charged 6.50 euros per night for parking. For a hotel on the edge of town, this seems pretty unreasonable. Baca selanjutnya

Outstanding service from the front desk. It's not the most interesting location in the world, but it's a very short drive into the heart of Aix.

spent 5 days here. a good half hour walk away from the city centre. once we had run out of toilet paper we were told by reception we then had to buy our own supply. no one came to collect our rubbish...by the end of our stay the rubbish smelt quite bad. we were also informed that we had to throw away our own rubbish. no one came to change our bedding […] . we also had one set of towels all week. no one cleaned our room all week... and the kitchen facilitys were very poor also as there was no dishwashing liquid to wash up. Tutto bene; le uniche pecche: non c'era il phon in camera e la puzza di fumo che si avvertiva entrando in camera. La posizione non è centrale ma per noi che abbiamo fatto un giro della provenza andava benissimo perchè il residence è proprio a due passi dall'ingresso autostradale.

Spijtig dat rond het bad een schimmelrand was.Anders was alles proper en verzorgd een nette kamer.Als je graag te voet gaat ligt het op een half uurtje(20 min)stappen op een rechte drukke baan en je bent in het centrum.Maar wel rustig ,je hoort helemaal geen lawaai van de grote baan.

appartement spacieux et agréable pour 4 personnes. une seule remarque négative, par rapport à l'équipement de la cuisine. la liste de tous les ustensiles affichée dans la cuisine ne correspond à rien du tout. il en manque la moitié au moins.2 malheureux verres, aucune petite cuillère, pas de tire bouchon(au pays du rosé!!) etc....

La chambre manque d'isolation phonique. La propreté de la vaisselle mis à disposition laisse à désirer. Le prix TTC ne comprend pas la taxe de séjour. Manque de places pour le stationnement extérieur des véhicules. Etablissement proche du centre ville.

Même si la reception n'ouvre qu'a 15h, les hôtesses font un bon accueil et sont à la dispostion des clients et de leurs questions. La chambre est vraiment confortable et est propre. Mais le prix correct se répercute sur un mauvais emplacement, et l'absence des finissions des travaux dans les chambres (peinture parfois "vite faite", bois mangé (par des […] termites?) de la baignoire ou des contours de porte..). Mais surtout deception pour un petit déjeuner à 7 euros contenant des biscottes..... Ca reste donc un bon plan pas trop cher en cas de dépannage, mais sans plus. Et surtout éviter de prendre le petit déjeuner (il est de toute manière livré dans les chambres, et une cuisine étant à disposition dans celles-ci, autant s'acheter des courses!) Baca selanjutnya

La première chose à faire, sera de référencer le "42 Route de Galice" auprès des services GPS qui n'existe nulle part ! Mise à part ce début chargé d'impatience, ce séjour a été presque parfait, pour ne pas dire parfait : - accueil : la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Gaëlle est rare de nos jours. Bravo Gaëlle, rien à changer ! - l'appartement : […] spacieux, insonorisé, bien équipé, une eau chaude à souhait, droguerie fournie ; - un bémol : l'odeur de cigarette (disparaissant en mettant la clim en fonction). L accueil est tres agréable. le personnel est tres à l écoute et tres professionel. Déçue par la chambre : car la baignoire ne pouvait pas de boucher. Après une grosse journée, j aurai aimé me détendre dans un bain. De plus après avoir pris une douche rapide, j ai eu la fâcheuse surprise de m apercevoir d une fuite importante sous la baignoire..... Dans les prix des 2 étoiles sur Aix. Loin du centre (on le réservation), pas de wifi (il faut payer à l'heure) et c'est assez scandaleux. Propreté limite, moisissure dans la douche, des ampoules hors service... Bref pratique dans le concept de studio mais pas top confort.
Accueil et service remarquables. J'ai eu la chance de bénéficier d'un surclassement en appartement au lieu d'un studio.

nous n'avons vu personne de l'"hotel" en fait plutot des apparts pouvant heberger jusqu'à 4 personnes. Etant dans un endroit sans réseau avant notre arrivée nous n'avons pu prévenir de notre arrivée tardive. Aussi l'hotel a chercher à nous joindre sans laisser les indications pour récupérer les clés ni meme le numéro de tel ou joindre qq'un. Heuresement […] il y avait des hotes qui onet ouvert à notre arrivée. Sinon chambre clean mais clim bruyante et canapé lit inconfortable (à éviter) qui ont bien écouté notre nuit. "City Résidence à Aix en provence"
Pour quatre personnes (deux adultes et deux enfants) nous avons passé une nuit dans un appartement confortable, spacieux et agréable quant à sa déco et sa propreté. Très bon rapport qualité/prix surtout pour une ville comme Aix en Provence. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette résidence, et nous la recommanderons très certainement.
Hotel longe do centro de Aix. Como a cidade tem carência de locais para estacionar, isso torna-se um problema. O próprio hotel não tem vagas de estacionamento. Os quartos só são limpos a cada 3 dias, portanto leve produtos de higiene, como shampoo, papel higiêncio, etc. A recepção está aberta em curtos períodos. Hotel was goed, maar wel niet echt goed gelegen. Dichtsbijzijnde winkel was 20 minuten stappen. En 20 minuten naar het centrum. Er was wel een bus, maar dat kost 1 euro. Ook kinderen vanaf 4 jaar moeten betalen. Om van het station van Aix-en Provence TGV naar het hotel te gaan was er een bus. De rit duurde een kwartier. De prijs was 10.8 euro voor 4 […] personen. (waaronder een kind van 4 jaar) Dat was toch duur. 's Nachts was er niemand in het hotel. Enkel een telefoonnummer. Dat zou anders mogen. Baca selanjutnya

Allgemein war ich mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Für den Preis war das Hotel sehr sauber. Nur einbisschen kalt war es in der ersten Nacht, da die Klimaanlage nicht an war. Zu erreichen ist das Hotel ziemlich schwer, eine Wegbeschreibung wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. a30mn apied du centre ville, parking à compter en plus car impossible de se garer dans les environs
cet appart-city mériterait un bon coup de renouveau;chauffage de la chambre faisant un bruit infernal,le même soir: ascenseur en panne,nous étions au 3me,carte d'ouverture de la chambre désactivée à 10 minutes du départ de la secrétaire,aprés son départ nous étions bons pour un hôtel en ville sans bagages!!!

"appart city: pratique et fonctionnel"
il m'a été attribué un appart pour les 3 nuits passées à Aix ,donc tres grand espace (entrée,kitchnette,salon salle à manger et grande chambre) super hotels .com!!!!!!, tout fonctionne tres bien et les ristournes obtenues par votre site sont tres appréciables

une chambre un peu moins nickel que d'habitude odeurs d'humidité, et peut etre de cigarettes manque de papier toilette un peu genant quand meme jeune fille a l' accueil tres agreable et competente je reviendrai malgré tout .............;
