A basic hotel but well located to tour the area and it was surrounded by shops and restaurants and near to the sea. Parking is on the street but there was no problem in parking near to the hotel. Staff were helpful, our accomodation was on the ground floor and the patio door was only secured by a door chain which alowed it to open about 3 inches. This […] was obviously unsatisfactory and the reason for the low mark above. However when it was pointed out a bolt was fitted to solve the problem. Food was buffet service and though we looked we decided to both dine and breakfast out. A German cafe nearby (Sandra's# provided an excellent and good value breakfast #3.5 euros), and there were plenty of places for dinner. The pool and public areas were pleasant and well maintained. Stayed in Teide Mar apartments for 11 nights in September 2012, very good value for money and a very relaxing stay. Rooms were of a good size, basic but had everything we needed. We were self catering and ended up eating out for most meals so cannot rate the food. The cooking equipment is good and everything was clean. During our stay we had to move […] rooms as building work was taking place above our room and would carry on for the duration of our stay which was very noisy and disruptive, but the staff were helpful and gave us a replacement room straight away without any fuss. The hotel seems a little tired in some aspects but everything is in working order, we did have a small leak through the ceiling in our bathroom which we reported to the reception but that was the only thing that I could complain about in regards to the condition of the hotel, as it was kept very clean and tidy. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby and also 2 supermarkets so you can easily buy in food if you want to cook for yourself. The town is about a 20 min walk down lots of steps but taxis are cheap and there are a lot of hire car companies close to the hotel, the botanical garden is worth a visit and there are a couple of nice restaurants opposite the gardens which make a change from eating in the towns centre. This hotel met our needs, the rooms were ample size, extremely clean with a balcony over looking the pool. Teide could be seen in the distance and the botanical gardens were a 5 minute walk away. The hotel restaurant wasn't worth a second visit, the hot buffet was cold. The hotel has seen its glory days pass, but it still has some charm. For us it was a great choice, since we have a two-year-old that could run around on the big soft lawn, and loved the little playground in a secluded corner of the lovely green garden. The rooms however, have balconies with extremely low and insecure rails that our kid could creep right […] through, so we had to keep the door shut at all times. We tried the breakfast buffet, and it was ok, but rather dull. I wouldn't try a lunch or dinner at this hotel. The surrounding area is perfectly suited for elderly people. Most of the surrounding little restaurants are really very nice, and it's easy to get around with a prom or a wheelchair. Everything is very calm and well-ordered (maybe due to the many german people here?) Getting down to the city center is a rather steep walk with many flights of stairs, and some very narrow sidewalks. 20 minutes walk without the prom. Puerto de la Cruz is a very friendly little town and we were never even once disapponted with the food. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre (chambre donnant sur un très joli jardin avec grande piscine, mais d'autres chambres donnent sur la rue) et la commodité offerte par l'appart-hôtel (possibilité de cuisiner mais équipement un peu sommaire). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié aussi la très bonne boulangerie et une supérette à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Le centre […] ville n'est pas si loin à pied (10 à 15 mn) mais pour le retour il faut remonter la colline (nombreuses marches!). Le personnel est très disponible et souriant, notamment à l'accueil. Principaux inconvénients : lits peu confortables et immeuble assez mal insonorisé. Mais le rapport qualité-prix (environ 20 euros/jour/personne avec enfants pour 2 apparts) reste excellent et je conseille cet hôtel. Baca selanjutnya

Hotel au global un peu vieillot. Lits peu confortables (ressorts sentis sur les lits principaux et le 3ème lit est sur une planche). Bon accueil, petit déj vraiment pas top (je n'ai pas testé les repas du midi et du soir...). La chambre est faite 5 jours sur 7. Plutot calme au global. 1 très bon resto aux alentours Tressardi restaurant.

Godt fornøyd, bra leilighet, ok utstyrt, men ikke sol på balkongen som vendte ut mot sjøen. Det var et savn. Hotellets läge i området La Paz är toppenbra. Bara och promenera nedför trappor så är man i stadskärnan.En lugn och småmysig affärsgata finns utanför hotellet. Där finns bl.a.Supermarket och bageri. Hade önskat fler Informationspärmar om Teneriffa på engelska i Receptionen.

Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella ja henkilökunnan palvelu ystävällistä. Hotellihuone siisti, josta kiitos hyvälle huonesiivojallemme! Mutta huonekalut vaatisi jo uusimista esim.kaappien ovet repsottaa ja sängyt aivan hirveät. Uima-altaasta irronnut paljon laattoja, joten näytti aika epähygieeniseltä. Aurinkotuolit likaiset ja moni pahasti rikki. […] Huoneen varustetaso myös vaatimaton: ei mikroa, ei kahvinkeitintä, ei shamppoota eikä edes kynää. Huoneessa pieni vanha TV katonrajassa, jonka käytöstä olisi pitänyt maksaa päivävuokraa. Sauberkeit: Tägliches (außer So+Mi) Wischen, Bettenmachen etc. war top; aber auf Kalk und Schimmel im Bad gibts einen Stern Abzug Beim Hotelteam und Service konnte ich nichts beanstanden. Da die Reinigungskraft am ersten Tag in unserem Zimmer startete, während wir vom Frühstück kamen, haben wir in den Folgetagen "Bitte nicht stören" an die Tür gehängt, […] wenn wir noch im Hotel waren. Dies wurde respektiert und dennoch -später- das Zimmer gereinigt, während wir die Insel erkundet haben. Zimmerkomfort: zu wenige Decken; Fernsehen, WLAN, Safe, Fön kostenpflichtig; Geschirr nur beschränkt vorhanden; Terrassentür undicht und dünn (=> laut!!!); Lampen eher Funzeln; Renovierung: Schränke wurden einfach komplett überstrichen und sind teils nicht nutzbar (Elektrik führt quer durch den Schrank), Küchenschranktür schief, Fliesen im Bad schief und krumm etc. Dennoch: wer sich auf diese Preisklasse einläßt, sollte damit leben können - es ist nichts, was das Leben unerträglich macht ;o) Lustig war es beim Essen: man war froh, wenn man zu den glücklichen Salzgefäß-Ergatterern zählte, denn das vielfältige Essen ist spärlich gewürzt. Lage: Zum Meer muß man schon einige Treppenstufen hinter sich bringen. Inmitten anderer Bettenburgen und Souvenierläden sowie Gaststätten befindet sich das Hotel in einer hübschen, blühenden Ecke. Allerdings hatten wir sämtlichen Regentage des Monats während unseres Aufenthaltes - was etwas unglücklich war :o( Fazit: Charme der Siebziger Baca selanjutnya

De ligging is iets minder. Het ligt vrij hoog, dus wij hebben vaak de taxi omhoog genomen, alhoewel dit maar 3,50 kost. Verder goede service, al spreken sommige baliemedewerkers niet goed Engels.

El hotel era viejo pero tenía muy buenas vistas al Teide y a la piscina, la cual estaba muy bien. La comida estaba bastante mala y eso que a mi me gusta todo... Pero había mucha variedad..lo mejor la ensalada. Un día pregunte por una excursión al teide y me dijo el recepcionista que salía un autobus de la puerta los viernes a las 9 de la mañana. El […] Jueves por la noche lo volví a preguntar y me dijeron que eso lo tenía que haber dicho para hacer la reserva (cosa que no se me informó en ningún momento). Con lo cual no pude ir..El personal muy seco. Las cenas son de 19:00 a 21:00h horario para guiris...¿que español cena antes de las 9?? Y si a las 9 estabas cenando te apagaban las luces!!! El hotel es muy tranquilo pero muy mal acceso a la playa ya que tienes que bajar unas 200 escaleras que luego tienes que subir. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine au sein de cet établissement qui correspondait à nos attentes. Il faut tout de même penser à louer une voiture pour qq jours au moins afin de visiter l'île qui est sympa. La plage est a contrebas donc il faut aimer marcher. Hotel che senz'altro consiglierei per la cordialità e disponibilità del personale della reception. Unica pecca la distanza dal centro e il mare di Puerto de la Cruz.. sicuramente non sono solo 300mt come descritto. In 300mt infatti si arriva ad una terrazza panoramica con una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e la città !

La experiencia fue bastante mala estuvimos cuatro días de los cuales tres estuvimos sin agua caliente , la piscina no estaba climatizada como decían y por si fuera poco estaba en una 6 planta y el ultimo dia no funcionaba el ascensor , pides explicaciónes y te dicen que lo solucionaran cuando puedan , yo seguro que no vuelvo

Das Appartment war ordentlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet, leider wurde bei 3 Übernachtungen das Zimmer nicht einmal saubergemacht und es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt. Die Liegen am Pool sind überwiegend kaputt und es gibt keine Auflagen sowie Pool-Handtücher. Das Hotel wurde von vielen Kinder- und Jugendgruppen besucht und dadurch war es bis […] nachts um 12 oder 1 sehr laut. Son unos apartamentos muy económicos y por tanto sin ningún lujo. Quizá demasiado viejos, pero asequibles para pasar unos días. Las habitaciones disponen de una pequeña televisión, pero para verla debes alquilarla antes en recepción. Como positivo, las habitaciones son grandes y el servicio es bueno y amable. Como negativo, las instalaciones de la habitación son muy viejas, parece que no ha habido ninguna reforma en mucho tiempo y como inaceptable los colchones, más viejos que el hotel y un verdadero suplicio, toda la familia hemos vuelto con dolor de espalda.

Zweckmäßige Ausstattung, auf kleine Details im Zimmer sollte man nicht unbedingt achten, so kann der Vorhang mit (vielleicht älteren) Schimmelflecken schon etwas erschrecken. Unterm Strich allerdings war das Zimmer sauber, auch das Bad machte einen angemessenen Eindruck. Fürs Fernsehen werden aber einfach mal satte 3€ pro Tag berechnet.

Det är ett fräscht , bra och prisvärt alternativ. Bättre än vi förväntat oss. Stor balkong med fin utsikt över poolen och trädgården. Köksutrustningen är mycket spartansk. Det finns exempelvis bara en större kniv och den är tandad. Vattenkokare saknas och det gör även hårtork.

Studio relativement spacieux, basic mais très correct pour le prix. Personnel de la réception très accueillant et répondant à toutes nos questions sur les transports, excursions et commodités à proximité !! Bon emplacement, proche commerces, arrêt de bus (avec plusieurs lignes de bus) et centre ville (port, restos, magazins...).
