Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lawton-Fort Sill - Lawton

We went to Lawton for my niece's graduation from basic training at Ft. Sill. The location is great, the staff are extremely helpful and nice. Room was comfortable and nice; the sitting area was a good addition so one is not constantly sitting on the bed. There was not one request that the staff couldn't accommodate; the only negative is that one front […] desk clerk was talking on his cell while taking care of us. Bad experience at this hotel, I came to check in and they put me in a smoking room when I always check non-smoking as a request when I book rooms well in advance. I walked into the room, and it was an unbearable stench of cigarette smoke, and when I went back down to the lobby to request a non-smoking room, the woman at the counter rudely told me that […] I was out of luck since they were all booked up and had no more rooms left. I decided to blast the fan all evening in the hopes this would improve the horrible stench in my room. Once I went to bed, I felt a wet spot on the mattress and I immediately got up to inspect. To my horror, it smelled of urine. Apparently, someone urinated on the bed and this hotel staff didn't clean in appropriately....nice. I covered it with a towel and slept on the other side of the bed, all the while having to breathe the horrilbe stench of stale cigarette smoke. Don't bother staying here, stay at the Residence Inn or the Springfield Suites instead. This place is a dump. Baca selanjutnya

Very up-to-date interior..but I was a little put off by the mold spots at the bottom of the shower curtains. Really need to bleach them after every guest stay! Great service though. We didn't get clean towels the second day, but only had to ask for them.

Overall the hotel was good with just a few issues. We were assigned a smoking room but preferred non-smoking. When the shower was on, there was a big air draft in the restroom causing the curtain to flap continuously and allowing water to get on the floor. The breakfast area was not designed so traffic could flow with ease. It was U shaped and very […] inefficient. Staff was kind and helpful. TV settings were very dark and too red. The pocket size on the fitted sheet was not deep enough for the style of mattress, the sheet would come off of a corner during the night. But mattress was comfortable. WiFi was good. There was only 1 elevator with 4 floors of guest so the wait time was long. We were on the 4th floor and used the stairs 90% of the time due to the wait. Baca selanjutnya

Hotel was in a decent location but felt 'old'. Decor/linens seemed a little worn and old. Internet wasn't working most of the time. Fitness center was 50% out of order. Spacious and quiet. Next time I am going to try something else.

my wife and I found this stay to be perfect for us. It was close to all of the places plsces of interest.

Every think was fine, better breakfast than most hotels. However having only one elevator is a minus and the fact it was extremely slow.

For me, great location. Hotel has complimentary catering on Tuesdays & Thursday. Great unexpected surprise.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was beautiful and clean as was the entire hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had to be at my wedding at the same time as the check-in time. They aloud me to check in early that day, the price was excellent, I have paid twice as much for half as much room, the breakfast bar the next morning was well stocked

My wife had her best nights sleep ever- the down blankets were perfect. The pancake machine at breakfast was great!

The hotel was easy to find, friendly staff, great accommodations, clean, nice breakfast, amenities, room was spacious and clean -- comfortable bed, nice linens. I was thoroughly impressed!

Hotel was really nice,very clean,which the restroom is always major for me!the only thing is a little to difficult to get to no service road,

The room was extremely large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold items. The distance was alittle more than I thought from Fort Sill. Overall, it was a great choice.

I would recommend this hotel for any family looking to stay near their loved one stationed at Ft. Sill Army Base. My only dislike is that their were 4 adults in the room and our towels and washcloths were supplied for 3 adults. And on the last night of stay we only recieved 3 bath towels, even after notifying the front desk.
