This hotel was reasonably priced and perfectly located for the activities I wanted to do. The parking situation is grim downtown and having a check out time at noon but being able to park until 6pm was terrific. It allowed my family and I to do the last minute site seeing that we desired. It is on great location.

I'm puzzled by the positive reviews and wonder whether there's been a management change since those were written. The quality of the room was nice, particularly the bed, which seemed like a premium mattress. The woman who checked us in gave us a better room, which was greatly appreciated, but then the service took a nosedive. We were missing some toiletries […] and when we tried to reach housekeeping, we could only leave a voicemail message. The man at the front desk was surly in response to our request. We were scolded for calling a second time (trying to offer to come down and get it) when there was no response to our first request. No greetings from the front desk staff even with no one else in the lobby. We figured this must just be how Chicagoans are until we moved to the Hotel Knickerbocker and they were very warm, very concerned about guest comfort. Very convenient location and reasonable rate for downtown Chicago. No restaurant or bar in the hotel but there are plenty of places to eat & drink in the area. There is a pool & workout area however! Very comfortable room and a great bed!

Great hotel. Great location. Only part we didn't appreciate were the two double beds. Why is it that hotels can't provide queen beds?

The only complaint that I have is the windows are not sound proof. so you can hear every siren, car horn and people yelling outside. So if you are not a sound sleeper, it will wake you up. The staff is wonderful. Very nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed Chicago and the hotel was very nice. We liked that it was centrally located and the staff was helpful when we had questions.

The hotel was clean, employees attentive and good location. Pool was indoor and small. Easy walking distance to eating, great shopping, nightlife.

My party of 2 sr. adults and 2 children ages10 & 12 were very happy with our stay at Four Points. The best thing about it was the friendly, helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable and the pool, though small, completely satisfied the kids. It was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. We were able to walk to good restaurants, Millenium Park, American […] Girl and Lego stores; and found buses to take us elsewhere. Wish we had known we could take a water taxi (easy walking distance from the hotel) to Navy Pier! We would stay at Four Points again. Baca selanjutnya

This hotel is perfectly fine. Not great, but fine. It's a bit worn and due for updating but it was very clean. Front desk people were very nice. The big plus for this hotel is location - just one block off Michigan Avenue, very close to all downtown destinations. It's near many restaurants (mix of chains and locally owned) with different price points. It […] is good restaurants are nearby as it really doesn't have room service. Is has limited room service for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, food can be ordered from two nearby restaurants that deliver to the room (as any restaurant with delivery service would do...). There is an asian restaurant in the lobby; not sure if it's the hotel's restaurant, or just a restaruant that happens to be in the building. Also on the block is a Trader Joe's, and a Jewel is another block away. The room had a fridge and a microwave, so it's easy to buy some basics at the market to have snacks, drink, breakfast in the room. There was no stocked mini-bar in my room. The other nice thing is that (at least of this writing) the internet service is free. I hate when hotels charge for internet, it was very nice to have internet included. Speed was great, wireless worked well. Would I stay here again? Sure. Would it be my first choice, probably not, but it wouldn't be at the bottom of my list either. Baca selanjutnya

The staff at this hotel are not nice or helpful. For example when we asked where we can mail postcards, the desk people told us to walk two blocks in the 95 degree heat down the street to the post office box. I have always had the front desk people just mail things for me, everywhere I have ever stayed -even a $39 a night econo lodge! The rooms are […] overpriced and not the cleanest. No one offered to help me with my bags when I checked in (I had tip money in my pocket). In the morning, we had to argue with the housekeeping people to keep them out of our room while I got a shower at 9:00 am. The wireless internet didn't work and the tech guy told me I just needed to go somewhere else in the hotel but all of the rooms were booked. The location is good but I wouldn't have stayed here if it weren't for Lollapalooza and everything else is so overbooked. Stay at a Marriot or Hilton if you can Baca selanjutnya

Perfect location if you want to be close to Magnificent Mile. One block from Michigan avenue. Affordable rates and very friendly staff.

Awesome!!! Great bed. Good pillows. Nice ice cold AC. Double windows for outside noise. Very good hotel and very good price!!!

Since we were going to be taking the IL Bar during the course of our stay in the Four Points Sheraton we didn't want to stay some where that would be a hassle. The Four Points Sheraton was great and definitely lived up to our expectations. It has a peaceful environment and we couldn't hear anyone else through the walls. Our room had two double beds […] which were both nice and firm yet still comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, plenty of towels and hot water. We had a little sitting area with a couch and desk. We also had a mini-fridge which was unexpected but worked out perfectly. The only 'problem' we had was the speed of the internet. It is advertised as high-speed but it was running slow during our stay. Despite this we would still definitely recommend this hotel to someone else! Additionally, an added plus to this hotel is that there is a Trader's Joe's right downstairs (on the same block) which is very convenient! And a Starbucks next to that. There are also several restaurants just across the street for additional dining choices. And this hotel is just one block off of Michigan Ave. so if you want to shop, you are very close to some very nice stores. Baca selanjutnya

We selected this hotel, because it is close to the Magnificent Mile and close to the Red LIne to travel to Wrigley Field. Both shopping and traveling to Wrigley was easy from this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. We never heard our neighbors or other people in the hall. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent choice for the under-10 set. Conveniently located to bus stops for access to Navy PIer and the Museum Campus as well as walking Michigan Avenue. Trader Joe's just around the corner for grocery supplies and several child friendly restaurants with walking distance. I don't require a lot from a hotel. I want it be clean and I want the staff to be friendly. The Four Points did well in the later category, but our room was a disappointment. Towels in the bathroom were not all clean (black stains/dirt on one, and lots of small black hairs...eww...on another), there was a stain on one of the large white decorative bed […] pillows, and dried coffee down the side of the room trash can (which could have been removed with a simple damp cloth). Housekeeping did promptly bring clean towels when we called to ask for replacements. The breakfast establishment attached to the hotel (which they advertise in their elevators, etc.) didn't open until 8AM on Saturday, which was also disappointing for early risers. The customer service at Four Points was great. Very friendly and helpful. Great location to shopping and food. Parking was cheap and easy to get in and out of. One the best hotels I have stayed in, in the city.

with all the construction and location, kind of hard to get to..Wouldn't have made it,if not for GPS.. Have to pay $40 for parking which kind of stinks, ,But apart from that, very nice hotel.. Even thought the room I had wanted 2 double beds they didnt have, the room they gave us was roomier and very comfortable and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful with information. Great hotel! Will definatly stay there again.

We had requested a hotel room for four adults and were promised two double beds. When we arrived at 3pm the earliest check in time we were told they only had a king and a pull out couch. That is not right! A pull out couch is not a real bed for two adults!

My wife and another couple went to a concert and decided to stay in Chicago for some nightlife! Great location, on-site parking, easy access, and clean. We'll stay there again!!

The Hotel as conveniently located to my meeting in the Gleacher Center. The staff were helpful and nice but the hotel itself was quite dreary. The air conditioner was loud and the desk next to it make it hard to work at. The room was adequately maintaned.

This was our first stay at the Four Points and will certainly consider it in future trips to Chicago.

Perfect location for walking to all of the downtown sites. Staff was very friendly and accomodating when possible - we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Having parking in the attached garage with in and out priveledges was a bonus as well.

Great downtown location. Close to Mi Ave and restaurants. I would highly recommend eating at Bucca Di Beppo down the street from hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel is not so large that you feel lost in the crowd!

When we compared prices in the area we were a little nervous about what to expect for this hotel but were more than pleasantly surprised. We paid a good $75-100 less than anything anywhere close to the same location so figured we would get what we paid for. It was a great deal and a perfect location. Convenient to everything. This hotel was in the heart of Downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile area. Perfect location for shopping, site seeing, dining, etc. Very comfortable beds and very clean. No pressure casual atmosphere; felt like home. Very convenient and the price was excellent.

Centeralize location to everything. Five minute walk to Red Line - Grand Station. Has fridge in the room to place little snack from Trader Joe's. TJ is right around the corner. Has flat screen tv in the spacious room (stayed in a room with two full size bed).

Larger than average rooms for the area. Trader Joes on ground floor was convenient to grab snacks and drinks for kids. Not luxurious but definitely kid-friendly. Pool small but wasn't busy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. The neighborhood has many restaurants. The hotel is steps away from the shopping on Michigan Ave. It's also a short walk to the EL Red line.

Best bang for your buck! My husband and I recently stayed at this location and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Great price and excellent location. Within walking distance of many of the sites we had planned to see. Hightly recommend and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful 3 days stay and everything at the hotel waqs as it should be. The pool and hot tub were really nice in the evening.
