Arrived late at night after flight delays. Front desk went to amazing lengths to find me a comfortable room and even sent up a complimentary hot chocolate because they knew it had been difficult day. Room was elegant and immaculate. A real oasis of relaxation in a hectic schedule.

This was by far the best airport hotel we have ever had the good fortune to stay in! we thought they must have upgraded us to one of the best rooms but - no - this was the regular standard king. The hotel and staff were very nice and super friendly. My only feedback which is not positive really is out of your control. The people walking the halls talking are very easy to hear- It got loud several times and I'm not sure if it is just the layout of the hotel or sound proof factor of the rooms, or just loud insensitive people, but otherwise, good […] place! Overall property is very nice. The towels were a little thin and thread bear for the type of property. The bar food was very good and the wine excellent. I think that the items on the back bar (placemats, napkins, silverware and other hodge podge of items should be kept out of sight, it take away from what could be a really nice bar.

Really a great stay. Only complaint is that the alarm clock was 12 hours off, but the wake up call with follow up was very effective.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I was a little choked to find out I had to pay $10 for basic wifi. Seems a bit much that they don't have free wifi in a hotel of that type

The attention to detail and comfort of this hotel far outweighs the challenge of being locked in the middle of the airport. Comfortable and modern rooms. Great food and service.

Not good. Room was very clean. But I opened the glass shower door unit and gasped! Stinch! Mold/Mildew/stale drain smell?????? Looked clean, but this shower needed help!!!!!! It was almost unbearable! No, it WAS unbearable! Towels were painfully thin. Disappointed. Free apple cider & cookies @ check in. Had a little fridge jammed packed w/things to […] purchase. The stay was nice although we did not spend much time there. If you plan on spending a lot of time there the food is a little pricey and the bartender working when we visited was very rude and didnt seem like she had very much customer service experience. Perfect hotel experience!! Convenient from airport, accommodations were one of the best ever and hotel restaurant was outstanding. Concierge checked me in for my flight and provided expedited assistance to get through security. Hotel front desk even let me borrow a phone charger!! Love this hotel!

Hotel is totally convenient, lovely, extremely modern, and the staff is excellent. The bathrooms are enormous with a huge shower and separate bathtub. My guests and I have all great things to say about our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was always available, willing to help and fulfilling any request. The food was satisfying and it was more than we were able to eat. It was not totally sound proof but the slight bit of noise was not disruptive. There was a shuttle to the local area that was a needed […] relief from driving and trying to find our way around. It really gave us a much needed stress free couple of days. This hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located at the airport. The fitness center is great for a hotel. The restaurant food is a little bland but the service is great. There is a shuttle operated by Grapevine Visitor Bureau that will take you local destinations including mall and downtown for $5 per day.

Absolutely first rate!!!! Went here on our wedding night and they not only provided champagne and chocolates but gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Beautiful!

Comfortable room, view was great, great staff was up to the usual Hyatt standards. Food was enjoyable.Only negative was the shower floor was stained, it was clean though. Being in the D terminal it was very convenient to American Airlines. I will plan on staying there on my next trip to Dallas.

Very accommodating hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient to anyone needing to stay near the hotel. The only drawback is if you want to travel into downtown Dallas. It's about $50-$60 each way.

Conveniently located at terminal D, DFW Airport, with easy access to all metro areas. Workout gym very clean and a good variety of equipment. This hotel is great for business travelers or sports venue vacationers.

Lovely lovely hotel especially if you are leaving from Terminal D where it is located. Top dining and food. Staff very very nice and if you are a guest and leaving from D they give you a card to go through the First Class baggage section with no hassles. If you are travelling on business or pleasure and laying over a couple of days in the Dallas area this hotel does the job. Luxury, great facilities for exercise or relaxing by the pool, even a steam room. Good food and friendly helpful staff complete the experience.

Lack of options on the menu for grabbing a quick meal at the bar. For sit down meals, I paid $29 for a two-egg breakfast. Give me a break. I don't care if it's an airport hotel, those are ridiculous prices. No wonder they're giving deep room discounts on Expedia.

Beautiful airport hotel. Asked for a crib for our baby. When we arrived to the room there was not only a crib but also her own little toiletries (baby soap, baby lotion, & baby powder), two wash clothes, a sweet teddy bear, a bottle warmer, and a diaper genie. What a wonderful surprise to help us feel comfortable taking care of our sweet baby.

Stayed here for game at Cowboy Stadium. Loved the convenience and service. I highly recommend this hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were particularly friendly.

We were in Dallas for a football game at Cowboys Stadium. Easy drive to stadium and downtown area. Going through the toll station every time we left was a pain but not a big deal if you get your ticket validated, which we forgot twice at $7/each. Breakfast was delicious. Nice bar/lounge area with a limited menu. Coffee cafe opens at 4:30a. No "true" […] spa but offer spa services which was a good service for the price. Steam room was operational but nothing extravagant. Rooftop pool was small but well kept. Our favorite part was waking up 1 hour before departure, grabbing a coffee and walking to our gate (about 10 minutes). That was totally worth the inconvenience of the airport toll station.
