We had a wonderful time at the all star music resort the staff was very friendly and my Grandaughter loved when we would come back to the hotel at the endf the day to find either a new towel animal on the bed or her stuffed Miss Piggy on the bed doing something silly. Nice, clean rooms with wonderful pillows and mattress. Very restful. Parking next to hotel was convenient. Food and portions were excellent and generous. Staff helpful and friendly.

Convenient because of airport transportation and park shuttle. Long drive to parks if you have a car. Definitely needs updating in rooms and outdoor decor. Food court expensive for families because everything is a la carte. Staff very helpful.

The Value Resorts @ the Walt Disney World Resort are nothing out of this world, but are still Disney. The rooms are similar to that at a non-Disney 3 star hotel, but it's the rest of the experience which makes the big difference. i always try to stay at one of the value resorts when i can...great service, clean rooms, reasonable price and no resort fees like some of the other orlando hotels...this stay was in one of the family suites, it was a 2 room suite that had double pull out sofa, twin pull out chair, rollaway, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and king bed in the bedroom...perfect […] amount of space for us... The good: - you get to use the Disney benefits like getting a dining plan, using the free Magic Express to/from airport (remember to make reservation for the bus ahead of time), free shuttle to Disney parks and downtown disney, and express check-in for bags at the hotel - food court had a variety of options and wasn't too outrageously priced. The Bad: - […] even though the free shuttles come about every 5-10 minutes, the parks are about 20 minutes away. - rooms are a bit small. It has everything you need, but I wouldn't fit more than 4 to a standard two bed room. - unless you paid more for the Calypso building, the other buildings are FAR! Ask for higher floor because anyone can walk by the first floor rooms and look inside. - Horrible front desk service!!!! I don't get annoyed often, but OMG the front desk people are super slow and slightly incompetent. Upon check-in, they couldn't find my name. When they did, they got the wrong first name and wrong address and then the print-out had wrong number of nights. Checking into and getting keys seriously took 20 minutes of just waiting for the front desk person to stop making mistakes. At check-out, they again kept finding the wrong person even though I spelled out my name and provided them with my hotel room - hotel is old and cheap so you get what you pay for. Usually one of the lowest rates available for a Disney resort. Staying on location at Disney is great. You get the convenience of buses to get to the parks (or free parking at the parks if you want to drive instead). Also, if you buy things at the shops in the parks they will send it to your hotel for you so you don't have to lug it around all day or […] on the bus. The room itself was ok, but nothing really special. There were several items that were annoying, such as a water leak around the shower head in the bathroom that caused water to drip on the floor during a shower, lights in the bathroom and vanity area that flickered and were dim, drawers that didn't close properly in the dresser. These are minor things, but not what we've come to expect from Disney's usually very high standard of quality. The common areas were nice. There was one larger pool and one smaller one, and there were plenty of chairs during the day for lounging around. Check-in and out was a breeze with friendly, helpful staff. Overall, we found the hotel to be very family friendly, and that is the majority of the guests we saw - families with kids, along with large school groups of kids (middle and high school). We would consider this hotel in the future if we had kids with us, but otherwise we would probably try to find someplace a little nicer and quieter. Baca selanjutnya

We liked the location and it was our first stay at a Disney value resort the All star music resort does need a facelift as it reminds me of a late 1970s-early 80s Butlins resort! We stayed 2 nights here before moving on to a moderate Disney resort and very glad we did move! After the first day we left a tip for mousekeeping there was two of us in a […] double room when we returned just 1 of the beds had been made and money taken!! I phoned reception and they didn't really know what to say? all i got was would i like room service to back!! Also a big no - no was the top cover standard at most motels/ hotels stunk of spices and sweat!! they do not change the top covers at this resort! totally disgusting!!! we will never return to this resort!! The beds are rock-hard, and the room is very small. There are not enough perks to staying at a Disney resort when off-property resorts are so much nicer for the same price.

Hotel was nice and close to parks only downfall was one AC vent in hotel room. This is Florida and it gets HOT even with the air dropped the lowest at 68 the room stayed pretty warm since there was only one vent.

The hotel was clean, beds and bath acceptable. Pool clean and well attended. The flying bugs all around the pool were such a nuisance they almost made the pool unbearable. These bugs were at all of the all star resorts as we stayed at two while there. They didn't bite but were bothersome. Disney caters to those who stay in their hotels. Very good bus service to airport and theme parks. The only down side is the rooms are small.

They really bend over backward to make sure your stay goes right. The location is great if you are planning to spend all your time on Disney properties because they have free buses that go between them all. Not such a good location for doing other things. Courteous Guest Services and prompt check-in. Room was clean and even had towel animals in the window! Restaurant on property was quite good, plentiful variety & reasonably priced for quantity. And, of course, it's Disney - yipee!

This time we decided to save money and not stay in a "Preferred" room which was very nice and quiet - but quite a hike from the lobby/transportation. Always enjoy staying at the All-Star Music Resort.

Other than our a/c and refridgerator not working well, everything was good. We love the Disney hotels. It's great to have free parking/ transportation to the parks. Staff is so professional. It's a mistake to stay in any other hotel while visiting Disney.

This was my first trip to disney without kids decided to stay on site and will continue to do so from now on .. once we checked in we didnt use our car again until checkout ..buses running every 20 min from different sites although a little pricey for onsite food convience of the hotel and buses made it worth it !

inexpensive .hotel on disney property, very clean. pool was warm as we stayed on a cool day in march. breakfast was average price for amount of food. we loved the mickey waffles. will definitely stay again. the only thing that didn't work out was our booked room request. The room was in the farthest building from the bus locations, I ended up driving my car around to front of hotel each time I needed to use the transportation.
