"AVOID!"
The most important thing to note on this property is that we didn't feel very secure here. For one thing, some of the windows to our room were plantation shutters with missing planks. So, basically there was a 9" tall hole into our room where anyone could just reach in. In addition, since there are many men just hanging around the property all the time […] "working?" who were constantly cat calling us with "hey sexy" "I want to be your friend" etc. We were NOT comfortable. It was SO unprofessional!! We couldn't sit around on our porch and read without being hassled by employees of the property. We tried ignoring them completely, but it never stopped. One night as we were sleeping, one of the men actually came and stood outside our window calling to us to come out. SCARY!!!! The second thing to note is that this place is completely run down. Paint is peeling everywhere. Holes in the walls. Exposed wiring. Ants everywhere in our room. Everything is falling apart and is certainly not nearly up to the standards I would expect at a Motel 6 in the states. Finally, the amenities listed on hotels.com are NOT all actually available at this property. It is EXTREMELY misleading. If you read the amenities list on the property, there are a lot of things that aren’t true. There is not a poolside bar. There is not a coffee shop. There is no functioning wireless internet. There is no air conditioning in public areas. The restaurant menu has 15 or so items on it, but they can only actually make one item (a sandwich), so that hardly is a restaurant. There are no toiletries in the rooms (unless they are referring to the one tiny bar of soap). There are no black out curtains, there are no hair dryers. There is no room service – the rooms don’t even have phones to request anything. There is a very nice lady onsite at times who does hair cuts, but massages and other spa services are not onsite--you have to pay someone to come to the property. "Great staff, ok amenities"
I stayed at this resort to enjoy the cliffs of Negril and do some scuba diving. The location was perfect and the diving was amazing and very professional. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to do some diving. Our room was by no means fancy though and we had no hot water. A friend stayed in another room and she had no issues with hot […] water though so maybe we were just unlucky. The food was good and I must say that the staff were amazing. Very friendly and very accommodating. So I would recommend at stay at this resort but do not expect the fanciest of rooms. Baca selanjutnya
"Comfortable, clean, great service."
This is a nice hotel,at a quiet location, but 20 minute shuttle ride to nearest beach, an inconvenience, drop off at 10 am and pick up at 4p. The decore of the rooms are not quite as enticing as the pictures appear. Also no hot water at any point. Service was great, can't say enough about it, everyone was very accomidating.
