If you like peeling wallpaper and mold then this is your place. The staff is courteous, maid service thorough, but they don't much to work with.

I'm not sure how that part of Marshalltown became the motel strip. Some have been there more than half a century. The Super 8 is more recent and a nice place to stay. We were in town to see relatives for Christmas and weren't there much, but I appreciated the room options they offered. When we arrives it was a easy check-in, maybe because it was late. the breakfast was not all that just cold cereal.nothing hot on the menu. The room was ok nothing to brag about they could invest in some fitted sheets.and some up to date electronics.
"Good value"
A 2-day stay without incident at a very reasonable price. Room clean, bed comfortable. What more could one ask for?

The location is great in terms of amenities. There are lots of restaraunts close by, as well as shopping. Close to the casino, but not too close. Staff was great.

closest i could get to Newton speedway and not a bad drive of half hour or so and good roads. Staff helpful rooms clean and a OK breakfast for the morning. Convience to KWIK trip and a McDonalds. Would stay here again and to top it all off the rate for the night was GREAT!!!! Comfortable beds too!!!!
"Great room for the money."
We were very pleased with our two day stay. This hotel is in top condition and provided many amenities such as ironing board/iron, coffee maker and coffee, hair drier, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the free breakfast bar but it looked to be adequate.

"Great room for the money"
Hotel and room was very nice. Convienent to both Hiway 30 and 14. Worked out good for us as we were going to the Nationwide race in Newton. Continental breakfast was good. Arrived around 9:30 a.m. to see if we could get the key and we did as the other people had checked out. Room not cleaned yet at that point, but we just wanted key so we could just […] go to our room later when we got back that worked out well. Big plus!!! Baca selanjutnya
