We had a couple nights to check out Salem, toward the end of two weeks on the road. This was the first hotel where I could not access the WIFI with my Kindle Fire. Not that big a deal, right? Just an annoyance. But these amenities matter to travelers, and if had been my only way to access the web I would have been really bugged. But the room was nice, […] clean, easy access to stores, freeway, etc. I took one tick off for the WIFI problem and the front desk "yes, we hear our WIFI doesn't work with Kindle." Stay here only if you can sleep with heavy freeway traffic on one side of the building and road traffic on the other. We had to go out and purchase a fan to create some white noise after our first sleepless night. We would have asked for a quieter room but after looking around the building, didn't think one existed. Aside from somebody pulling the fire alarm at 11 pm, was a great stay! Good breakfast spread, spacious rooms.

Clean, comfortable room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Breakfast was basic (waffles, cereal, toast, eggs, yogurt) Easy to find. My only critique is that the hair dryer had a massive green light on it that kept us awake. We ended up finding something to put over it so we could sleep.

Our room backed up to very loud traffic noise and the fridge needs work. The T.V. had terrible reception. Would not stay here again. The staff was great.

The room was super clean. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave. (something we are not used to having in a hotel in this price range) Beds were very comfortable. Linens stayed put on bed. (linens did not roll up making it uncomfortable for us to sleep) Staff was great! We have never stayed in a Comfort Inn and Suites before but we will definitely […] stay in one again! This hotel was good for the price. The only improvements that could be made are more pool towels and more seating at breakfast. Also the lighting in the pool area is very harsh. The restaurant next door is nice.

The rooms were very nice, however, the refrigerator was loud.

Room was very clean a d well appointed. Beds were extremely comfortable. The shower head was one of the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Water only cameo it about four inches from holes and you had to lean against the wall to get wet all over!

The room was spacious and clean. Pool was a bit grungy. Overall enjoyed our stay very much

Indoor pool was disgusting. Green fluid dripping from vent. Hot tub and pool were dirty so I didn't even use.

Good, clean hotel with friendly staff and early breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6 which was helpful because I had an early morning. The air conditioner in my room had some issues. It wouldnt stay on which led to a hot night.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to I-5. The breakfast that was offered was disappointing: only cold cereal, coffee, and some oranges.

I've rarely stayed at a hotel where there wasn't something imperfect. This time the heater didn't work. The staff went out of their way to get us into another room with heat and made sure we didn't have to move again the next night. That's what I look for in a hotel...a staff that takes care of you. I'd stay there again. Good breakfast, comfy beds, […] wifi, laundry, frig, microwave, convenient, and even printed Jamba Juice coupons at the business center. Baca selanjutnya

Nice clean hotel located near Oregon Sate Fairgrounds. Just off I-5, with a resturant next door.

We got their kind of late in the evening. We checked in fine, and got to our room, which would have been great, but their was a smell of smoke or weed in the room. We immediately went to the front desk and switched rooms without a problem. We checked into another room 2 floors higher and the shower rod was hanging down broken, but useable. We let the […] front desk know immediately so we didn't get charged at check out. We did not want to switch rooms again. Unfortunately the first room set my allergies off and I was unable to sleep up coughing all night long. The bed was comfy, if I could only sleep in it. :-(. We would stay their again, but I was really surprised they didn't offer to upgrade us with these issues. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. The pool seemed to be well maintained but the spa was out of order. All in all we had a great stay!

The hotel is well situated to restaurants and other amenities and the staff were polite. The rooms were well maintained and clean. While I would recommend the hotel to others, there are better deals available.

When we opend the door to the room an odor of must or mildew was strong. It looked as if the carpet has not been shampooed for quite some time. It also looked as if the comforter had not been cleaned for quite some time. Other than that it is an average room. Just do not pay to much for these rooms. The facility is excellent, all the features are modern (pool, etc.) and work flawlessly. Everything in the room worked, was clean, and easy to use. Also has plenty of parking and restaurants close by (Seafood rest. was actually next door). Breakfast was great and included. Het hotel zag er netjes uit van buiten en parkeerruimte was er voldoende. De aankleding van het hotel was gedateerd, maar de kamer was toch een prettige verassing. Deze was niet hypermodern, maar wel schoon en voldeed aan onze norm. De airco was echter luidruchtig en met het raam open was er veel overlast van het verkeer (wij hadden een kamer aan de […] straatkant). De overige zaken, zoals wifi, koelkast en magnetron waren OK. De ontbijtruimte was niet echt sfeervol en het ontbijt basic, hoewel goed verzorgd. Wij zijn hier 3 nachten gebleven.
