The service is extremely slow and the buffet breakfast could have been better. The "free" wifi is only for one hour!! The hotel is nicely located and has a great view.

Hotels reception is definitely a 5 star Rooms a low 4 star Bathrooms - 2 star, cleaners really need to make the effort in cleaning the bathrooms, there algae and grime on the walls, one does not expect this for a 4 star hotel. The night club should be sound proof, way too noisy

As per usual excellent service by all of the front desk staff team. Food is top quality as is the service by the restaurant staff. I really do love staying at this hotel. Thank you to you all and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

I was travelling alone with a young baby and had been let down by other over priced hotels in Bangalore. Dont waste your time looking at other hotels as this hotel provides excellent value for money with a 5 star experience. The foods in the restaurants Pinxx is excellent as is the service. The reception staff especially Dolly and her male counterpart […] are excellent at providing customer service. I cant praise this hotel enough. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Im looking forward to my return stay. Check out the grilled polenta at the lunch buffet and try the lamb burger when dinning in your room!! Baca selanjutnya
Clean room, friendly staff, and good buffets.. Also, the location is great in Bangalore.. What more can you ask for? I would recommend this room...

Centrally located, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, sufficient breakfast, walk to shopping and convenient stores. The hotel is attached to a business centre/building. Gets loud at times from traffic and night club (I heard loud techno music one night till about 10PM). Over all good experience. One tip for travelers... call a metered cab to travel […] to and from the airport to the hotel. It will save you about 40%. Baca selanjutnya
