My wife and I stay here with our 10 year old daughter often. And it is perfect. Clean, beautiful, professionally run. I cannot say enough about Rosen Shingle Creek. Book a room here. You will not be disappointed.

I loved how clean the rooms were. Best of all, the location is fantastic! The only thing I think they can improve on is their customer service. The lady at the valet looked like she didn't want to be there and was unprofessional.Other than that, we loved staying there. We will definitely be returning.

Shingle Creek stands is just amazing. the staff are attentative yet never in the way. The atmosphere is perfect for getting away and close enough to reach all the attractions that are in the area.

A truly gorgeous hotel and great layout. Being only a few years only, all was in great condition. Hugh conference and event facility. My family really enjoyed this hotel ,the room was clean and very very comfortable ,the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We really loved the late night kitchen,it was also a convenience store ,perfect for late travelers or night owls.Great golf course and the pools were excellent as well Can't wait to go back

beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities to include several restaurants. Comfortable clean room with a nice view. However Parking was a long walk from the hotel and there was no valet parking available when we arrived

So many amenities on site, you never have to leave! Beautifully appointed rooms, spectacular grounds, and extremely convenient location. My only complaint would be parking. For $16/day self-parking, I shouldn't have to lug my bags a country mile, while valet is paid $28/day for the closest parking spaces. Staff should be running the extra distance […] to cars...not guests. They do occasionally have shuttles from the parking lot, but in 3 days, we never managed to catch one. Very inefficient use of the shuttles...a 5-6 seater hauling one guest, etc. Otherwise, put on your walking shoes and be prepared to stay awhile. You'll love this property! Baca selanjutnya

We always stay at the Rosen Shingle when visiting Orlando. The staff there is always amazing and truly makes you feel like you are coming home. Everytime you come through the guard gate the security guard says "Welcome home" and that is exactly how you feel when you stay here, like this is your home away from home. After we checked in and went to bed we noticed the bed had an awful odour. We "sniffed" the pillows and the smelled horrible. We called housekeeping and 20 minutes later they arrived to change the pillow cases. We said " not good enough, we want new pillows" the housekeeper said " you will have to call again, I can't get them ". So we did and they arrived […] a short while after. Then we smelt the sheets and they also smelled. So they were changed also. About 35 minutes after our call we seemed to have a clean bed. They next day we found old dirty coffee cups in our room. When we checked out we asked to speak to the manager. We did and he did nothing. We gave us his card and said " call me when your back in town. Well we live in another country and if we return to Orlando we won't be staying at Rosen Shingle Creek. Extremely disappointing for a hotel which promotes its "world class hotel. This is how a hotel is supposed to be done! We don't want to stay anywhere else, now. However, if you have trouble with a potentially long-ish walk from the parking lot, you should explore premium or valet parking.

Perfect Hotel, nice and elegant, only say that should improve the water pressure in the shower.

Nothing negative to say, It's a very nice resort, well kept and clean. Just a bad note for the buffet downstair, got it late at night so half the price but a lot a surprises when we got the bill, a service tax of 26%, they charged for the cofee so for 4 person, the bill was $ 125.00 and the food was not worth this kind of money.

I Love the Rosen Shinger Creek. All I ever wanted in life is to rise my 3 boys then me and my husband go somewhere nice. When we first came to Rosen I said oh my god. I love this hotel. It set out like its in a town by itself, the pool the hotel inside you can get lose and read all day, inside and outside. I love the price of the food. The staff people […] are friendly. I tell my husband when we retire. I will love to work for Mr. Rosen. We almost clean our own room other than make the bed. Everytime I go there I tell my husband I can myself checking to make sure all room are super clean and he no I am clean. After risen 3 boys 2 in college I just want to relax and enjoy me and my husband. I love you Mr. Rosen, I have sent maybe 8 family reinunion to stay on your property and I will never talk bad about the Rosen. I wish I can stay there year round. Booked this room using the "blind" book-a-4-star-hotel option and so went with low expectations. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. We even ate dinner New Years Eve at the Calla Bella onsite restaurant and it was suberb. Main thing that stood out to us was the incredible staff who went the extra mile for us several times (TV cable not working […] in room; dead battery on our car.) The hotel was very beautiful and clean. I do have a recommendation for the hotel staff to have a better understanding of the events occurring. Unfortunately, several people were in need of further information specific to the event program and the staff was not in the know.

I stayed at the Rosen for 7 days during the Xmas holiday. It was a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel was decorated beautiful for the holidays and it really got us in the holiday spirit. The hotel had many festivities going on at the hotel for you to take part in as well. We checked in to children carolers in the lobby (so cute!). I saw […] mrs. Claus to take pictures with and I'm sure Santa was around. The staff was very nice and accommendating if you wanted or needed anything. Expedia in the lobby was very helpful with making your vacation an experience. The lady at the concierge desk wasn't very nice to us at the hotel and did not acknowledge us when we asked about reservations for a nice dinner on Christmas but "David w/ Exepedia" graciously did some research for us because he was told we just left the concierge with no help. The only small critique I would have is the taxi service out front that is contracted with the Hotel was toooo expensive! I used them for one day and a half before I got the business card of a local taxi to use daily. taxi out front of Hotel $60 (there and back w/o tip) to Universal which is 10 minutes down the same block. Local taxi $24 (there and back w/o tip). This saved me so much money to enjoy my trip more. The food at the Hotel very good and the 24 deli was a nice touch if you wanted anything throughout the day and night. The grounds also had many things to do if you didn't want to leave the Hotel. This was a gorgeous hotel with a lot of great amenities- such as 4 on-site restaurants, 3 large pools and various other things. However, the pool was advertised as heated but it was still colder than other heated pools I have been in. The wireless was down the ENTIRE trip. This was very inconvenient. The rooms were very clean and nice, however the bedding […] was a bit outdated and uncomfortable. The gym is also not included in the hotel stay which made me upset. Can you imagine non-working internet for 5 days. The staff were at times rude and gave canned responses. We lost valuable time searching for Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, and even paid internet access. Also, watch our - this place wants to nickel and dime you for most basic stuff. Overall the hotel was great but there was a couple of things that people should be aware of. The first thing is the parking fees. This was not communicated to us on our confirmation fom Expedia.The Hotel charges $16 a day for self paking. If you choose this, it's a bit of a hike to the hotel. You can choose valet parking but you will pay more.On a 1 […] week stay,these fees can really add up.The next thing is the Wi-Fi connections only worked once in a while. I would suugest that anyone thinking about staying at this resort do some research. You might be getting a great deal on the package but you must remember that this is a high end resort. Terrific hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, and amenities. Close to everything but far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was inconvenient and costly - it should be complimentary and there should be a shuttle to the lots.

Booked the hotel based on expedia best price random selction. Was wary since we did not know he place. However it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very accommodating. Our flight got in early morning. I called in from the airport to check if we could do an early checkin, and the room was ready and available by the time we got to the […] hotel. No issues with even the late checkout. So we ended up saving money with the room being available so early. The only issue is that there was some constructin which caused issues with parking. Self parking gets full, since December season they were having various events (corporate and private). Pools, bar, spa etc are awesome. Bonus was the ballet and Xmas celebs going on during that time. Hated this hotel, the service and the staff. I had to check in a day late and called to ensure they kept my reservation. I showed up the next day and they had no record of my call and acted like I was the one who messed up (not like I didn't have to pay for that day anyway). There are plenty of hotels in Orlando. I'd skip this one entirely.
