This was the second time I stayed at this hotel, and although I was satisfied with it the first time, this time there were some disapointments. The biggest failure was that the hot tub spa was out of order and I had been looking forward to it after a long, back breaking, drive. The AC just didn't deliver, would wake up sweating, and when it came on […] would keep running till I froze, then repeat. Dirty filter? Also, there was no desk-office type chair like in the last room I had, just a wooden kitchen type chair that didn't help my back either using my laptop. Also, there was no card listing the TV channels, and I had to get the manager to print out a list. Then to top it off, the remote for the TV would only go channel up and not down, and would not play a movie at all, just gave a blank screen. Baca selanjutnya

This hotel is very convenient to any location north of Dallas. It was clean and comfortable and the price was just right. Excellent breakfast, too.

The staff was very nice. Sonny was very helpful when I found I had left my Kindle charger in my room and is going to send it to me. THAT is customer service! Excellent!

Hotel is located just off the interstate, but I didn't hear any noise from it. Shopping, fast food and gas stations nearby (across the interstate from the hotel). Watch out for police cars which seem to be in abundance in the area (I was pulled over once I arrived in town and then I started noticing how many there were!). Hotel was comfortable, clean […] and well maintained. Breakfast included hot items like pancakes and waffles. There is guest laundry and a nice little pool/hot tub. Wifi worked great with no issues. We enjoyed our stay except the breakfast wasn't very good. The coffee and sausage was okay, the eggs were horrible and the biscuits were very hard.

The hotel stay overall was ok. The room was nice. The breakfast could have been better, but overall it was just OK.

Overall, the hotel was fine, nothing extraordinary but suited the purpose of our visit. A big negative for me was how the night manager, Mr. D. Munoz handled the situation about the noise. He called my room 2X at almost midnight, when everybody else was asleep to keep our noise down. He did not investigate where the noise is coming from and just started […] calling and waking us up. When I denied the accusation, he started arguing. Until the time we checked out, he was still arguing with us and not one time did he apologize. Very poor management and very poor handling of customers at that time. Not again will I book a stay there. Comfort Inn is right beside it and would rather go there. Baca selanjutnya

Rooms were wonderful. Extra pillows on the bed, just don't find that often. Very clean and the breakfast was most plentiful.

All the Web site offers in the king spa room is not there. No in room safe, no remote lighting movie channel did not work. It did have one bath robe for us to SHARE. When i said something to the manager he started yelling at me!

This is an amazing hotel for the price. The breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and up to date. I would definitely stay there again.

I wish I could rate the service higher. Everyone was polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and actively serviced , better than some more expensive.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a single king suite and it was really big but, the space was not well utilized. There was plenty of space in room for a small kitchenette but, the coffee pot was still in the bathroom (which is gross) so we never made coffee. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint would be the pillows. Felt like throw pillows off the sofa. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

The bed was uncomfortable and we could not get the thermostat adjusted to a comfortable temperature. We weren't exactly greeted nicely checking in either.

The room was clean. However there was no hot water in the shower. I come to town a couple of times to see family. The next time I will stay at the Comfort Inn which is next door and maybe will have better luck at a hot shower!

A friend and I spent a night here to get away and to scrapbook. We live in the area and didn't want to go too far. I read the reviews before and they were good, the price was right, so we decided to stay here. The room was perfect for us. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The staff was so good they greeted you every time they see you. The bed was so comfortable, we had stayed at 2 other Best Western and the bed was so hard, my wife said it made her numb. I would stay at this BW any time. If you are going to DFW area you are just 15-20 mins away from the airport, stay here. […] Dinning was close, fuel close, lake close. We loved this Best Western. This hotel is well located for lake use. We found it to be clean, quiet, well run and safe. What more do you want? The parking lot has been laid out to minimum standards, but you can still park a truck her if you fold your mirrors.

The value we got from this hotel matched the rate we paid for it; it was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Location had good access to main highways, but not so close that it was noisy. Staff were friendly. It was a good place to stay while on vacation in the area, a good rest stop for all of our daily excursions.
