"Right off the express way!"
Close to malls, express way, and church. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was good each morning. View was neat. Hotel room was cleaned each day.
"All Hamptons should be like this one"
This was a week-long apartment-hunting trip and this property is convenient to the desirable northern part of the area. Every aspect was superb: service, cleanliness, breakfast, location. Room had refrigerator and microwave, features that I expected but did not have in the Hamptons I chose for my return trip.

"Exactly what we needed"
This hotel fit our needs perfectly. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly. Great breakfast! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and work out room. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

We booked this hotel on hotels.com due to the advertisement of balcony rooms with a view. The following is quoted from the website. Rooms feature balconies with mountain views. This is untrue. The hotel faces a direction that does not allow for this. You can see the mountains out a window if you look to the right or left depending on which side of […] the hotel you are on. I requested that we get more towels from housekeeping as they could not clean our room because they did not get to it in the 6 hours we were out of the room. "Slept well"
The bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.
The personnel were more than happy to please. They accommodated us more than we expected. Very friendly environment. Would definitely choose again.

Room was great, very comfortable beds. Had issue with television in room. Staff quickly moved us to another room. Swimming pool was luke warm and water tasted like sweat.

My husband I wanted to celebrate our Anniversary of 28 years. But unfortunately I always have to wait to do anything since my husband is a disabled Veteran who is ill. But...when we got there it was nothing like what the pictures showed. IT WAS BETTER. "Great Hotel"
Richard and Kate were great!!! The breakfast was good the hotel room was great and no matter what I need they were there for me.The computer was a little slow but other than it was a great place and would stay again!!!

Everything was perfect with this hotel... Until 6 a.m. when guests started to leave the hotel and slam the doors.. It sounded like a herd of cattle.. It was so loud I couldn't sleep anymore.. and with the time change I already lost an hour of sleep.. Needless to say the wonderful everything was tainted by the rude awakening.....

"Pros and Cons"
We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and for the most part they were great! The only thing i was upset about was the indoor pool was supposed to be heated and it was far from that. it was cold! and the "hot" breakfast they offered in the morning...well...it wasnt hot. the eggs, breakfast meats etc. were barely room temp. other than that, the room was great […] and the bed were comfy! Due to a missed flight connection we had to change our reservation, and when we arrived it was for the wrong date. Both times the hotel staff were very accommodating and fixed the reservations for us. We were and still are very appreciative of their continued efforts to help guests. Thank you!

Buyer Beware! Have stayed in the Springs many times. Worst Hotel we have visited. Motel 6 was better. We were charged extra for a balcony room, yet our room had no balcony. Toilet clogged. TV (although it was a flat screen) had weird remote system. Tiny fridge. Now my CC has been charged extra for unknown reasons. This room was paid for in full months […] in advance. Charges were posted on date of check in. Will not be staying here in the future, nor will I suggest to anyone I know. Funny thing is, it is the most expensive (per night) Hotel I have stayed in at the Springs ever. I've been going there for over 24 years now. So much for you get what you pay for. :( Baca selanjutnya

This is a very nice hotel. We had a few minor issues while staying here but the staff was OVER THE TOP friendly and helpful and resolved our issues immediately. We happened to stay thru the New Year holiday and at midnight on the 1st all the hotel keys reset...the staff handled this will grace and poise, it could have been very stressful but if they […] were stressed they sure didn't show it. Overall I would say this hotel is top notch. If we were in the area again we may stay there, the only drawback was the loaction. "Nice hotel"
This hotel was an exceptional value for the price. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We loved the size of the room. We were initially given a different room than described on hotels.com. However they were happy to fix the problem. But if they had been full this may have been an issue. I think hotels.com would […] be to blame. They use the same description for two room types. Standard and suite! Two very different rooms!! But, I was pleased with the way the hotel handled this and we had a very nice room. We did have a problem with the hot tub- it is outside and dirty. The area is out of the way and not really close to Springs attractions, however it would be great if you need to be near the Air Force Academy. Over all, I would recommend this hotel. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in the management was horrible in almost every way and the bed was the worse bed I have ever slept in I woke up everyday with pain. My stay was so bad I couldn't wait to drive 1000 miles back home.

This was the first time we travelled with our baby and one thing we didn't think about was the need for a bathtub in our hotel room- until we checked in to a room with only a shower. The hotel staff quickly and graciously moved us to another room. Since the second room slept more people, I know it should have cost more, but they did not charge us the […] difference. "Hampton Inn Air Force Academy Colorado Springs"
The Front desk staff was outstanding! Especially Katlyn with regards to anything we asked for she was right there to help us out. The only thing I was disappointed about was the "Suite" was small and the furnishings were outdated. Other than that our stay was great. We will stay again.
Reasonable price for small suite, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was OK, it is in an area that is starting to build up but there are no resteraunts or shops in walking distance.

Husband and I were out from California to search for a new apartment. The hotel was in a very convenient location for us to access the interstates and main roads. Hotel is in the nicer North Colorado Springs area. It was clean and comfortable and that bed was amazing. The breakfast was warm and different every morning. Overall pleasant stay.

"Stay at the Hampton Inn"
We were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. Our room was wonderful, our desk clerk that checked us in and out was very helpful, professional and pleasant. We loved the breakfast and were delighted that it was a full breakfast. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
The Hotel was fine the insulation was kinda mediocre, we can hear the people snoring next room and the steps of people upstairs. Its very clean and well maintained.

"Slow Internet"
The Wireless WiFi network was deathly slow.
the room was very nice but not the room i reserved. I was suppose to have a suite but only got a double. when i asked about it they just said sorry, all the suites are booked.
