Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton - Hamilton

This was an excellent location for us as we were attending a family wedding five minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable, although it did seem a bit small. We enjoyed using the pool and generally the whole experience was very good - would stay there again!

The room was clean, the shower great, however, there were only plastic glasses - they cheaped out!!! The heating was extremely noisy as well

When we got to our room, we could hear loud music coming from the adjacent room. We contacted the hotel staff and they were very good about transferring us to a quieter floor/room. Other than the noise issue, the hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and everything quite comfortable.

The Hotel is located off the Lincoln Alexandre Parkway and on Upper James south. The Hotel's entrance is not easily identifiable as both the Hotel and parking lots are set back inside a cluster of businesses. One can miss the entrance and be forced to turn around and try another attempt at accessing the road entrance. The breakfast costs 15 dollars […] per person and the rooms are open and clean. The staff was extremely helpful, and friendly. The room ,and bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the amount of chlorine in the pool area. It actually stung my eyes when I walked in to the pool area.

overall stay was enjoyable and room was 5 star. lounge hours were unpredictable? The front desk manager asked for my credit card and then ended up double billing me. A quick call to Expedia. com and the matter was taken care of. I will book my flight and hotel with Expedia again.

Nice clean hotel. Room spotless. Mattress and pillows very comfortable.. Checked in and out quickly. Hotel overall was very quiet (1/2 full on Dec 25 -25). Room walls rather thin in the morning could easily hear everything going on next door, water doors shower etc. Complimentary continental breakfast. O.K. Would have liked a full breakfast available. Due to Crowne Plaza hotel overbooking I was bumped to this hotel.I cancelled this reservation on site as the hotel was not within walking distance to the convention center. My original reservation at the Crowne Plaza was.

I travel for business from time to time and was faced with a last-minute search for a hotel in Hamilton. I picked this hotel based on information given me from two Hamiltonians. I wasn't disappointed. While I would have preferred a more downtown location (one within walking distance to my client's office), both hotels in my desired area had recent reviews […] on Expedia by previous guests indicating the presence of bedbugs. As it was, this relatively new Marriott was only a 10 minute drive from downtown; a very nice little hotel, as it turned out, with a lovely courtyard. I had the window open (the 1.5 inches allowed by the stopper) while working in my room and had the sound of the small waterfall to work by. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows; the room was kept fastidiously clean; and the staff were very friendly and receptive. About the only two things I could find that didn't meet my (admittedly somewhat demanding) expectations were: a) the in-room coffee-maker didn't work properly - I had to stand over it, repeatedly pressing the "Start" button to get it to begrudgingly make me a cup of coffee, and b) the hotel restaurant was closed for lunch. The latter issue wasn't much of a problem, but I must confess to being surprised by the fact. When next I stay in Hamilton on business, I won't do any searching at all. I'll be staying at the Marriott. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone working in or around Hamilton. Well done! Baca selanjutnya
