When I arrived, the hotel was having problems with its wi-fi. This made my stay annoying since I only stay at hotels that have free wi-fi. They claimed... that it was being fixed, because they were changing service providers. They even pointed out a man who was supposed to be the repairman, but the service did not change. The wi-fi was temperamental and often did not work. The lady behind the desk was very kind understanding and personable and she was the person who made my stay positive. I did have encounters with the owner and I could tell she just doesn't care anymore. She's tired and perhaps used to complaints. I understand her plight, but my advice is to then get out of the business. I know running a motel must be hard, but then you have to make some choices about whether you want to stay in business. My advice to the owner is to quit while she still can. In the end you get what you pay for and this place is cheap. If you can put up with spotty service and an uneven quality of rooms, then this place is worth it. I probably won't be staying there again. Diulas oleh tetamu Hotels.com pada 31 Mac 2013
