Terletak di pantai di tengah-tengah Cannes, 3.14 Hotel terletak berhampiran dengan La Croisette, Palais des Festivals et des Congres dan Pelabuhan Cannes. Antara tempat tarikan tambahan berdekatan dengan hotel romantik ini ialah Pasar Makanan Forville Provencal dan Dewan Bandar Raya Cannes.
Ciri Hotel.
Jejakkan sahaja kaki di luar untuk merasai sinaran mentari menyapa wajah anda di pantai pasir. 3.14 Hotel mempunyai kelab kesihatan, kolam luar dan tab spa. Akses Internet wayarles disediakan percuma di kawasan awam. Hotel 4 bintang ini mempunyai kemudahan perniagaan yang termasuk bilik mesyuarat untuk kumpulan kecil, bilik mesyuarat/persidangan dan peralatan pandang dengar. Hotel mesra perniagaan ini menawarkan restoran dan bar/ruang istirehat. Kakitangan boleh menguruskan perkhidmatan pekerja rencam, perkhidmatan perniagaan dan pertukaran mata wang. Kemudahan tambahan di hartanah Art Deco ini termasuk kolam luar bermusim, teres atas bumbung dan bilik wap. Dengan surcaj, tetamu mendapat pengangkutan termasuk perkhidmatan ulang-alik kawasan dan perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang. Tempat letak kereta tamu boleh didapati berdasarkan tiba dahulu, layan dahulu yang terhad (dikenakan surcaj). Ini adalah sebuah hartanah bebas daripada asap rokok. Pengubahsuaian menyeluruh hartanah ini telah disiapkan pada Januari 2006.
Bilik tamu.
94 bilik tamu berhawa dingin di 3.14 Hotel termasuk pemain CD dan bar mini. Tetamu boleh menggunakan akses Internet kelajuan tinggi wayarles percuma dalam bilik. Bilik dilengkapi dengan televisyen skrin rata dengan saluran satelit premium, pemain DVD dan filem berbayar. Semua penginapan disediakan dengan meja, peti besi dan telefon dail terus. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan gabungan pancuran/tab mandi, jubah mandi, cermin solek/bercukur dan pengering rambut.
Kemudahan tambahan termasuk surat khabar percuma dan tingkap yang boleh dibuka. Selain itu, kemudahan yang disediakan atas permintaan: perkhidmatan urut di dalam bilik, seterika/papan seterika dan panggilan untuk bangun. Perkhidmatan "turndown" disediakan setiap malam.

"Good location but it's very old inside"
very dark inside on every floor. interior is old and smelly. hotel staff is friendly but it takes a long time to get a service. what killed us completely is how it was difficult to get a taxi. Concierge told us that taxi does not come to the hotel. it was true. when we went to the street to hail a cab, a cab refused to pick our luggage from the hotel. Good location and an easy walk to the beach. Themed rooms were interesting, but hallway and room lighting was a bit dark. Nice common areas, but couldn't try restaurant...closed for private party.

"Hotel 3-14 in Cannes"
Hotel 3-14 is in a great location. Half way between la croisette and rue d'Antibes. What more could a girl want?? Cafe's all around. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were given an "AFRICA" room. (Each floor is a different theme) The decor was good, but the room was quite dark. They used to have bathrobes and slippers […] for your use, but this time it was only the bath robes. The bar by the swimming pool on the roof was a great place to sit and relax. We didn't manage to try out the spa (maybe next time!) We've stayed there before, and would probably do so again (unless something drastic happens) The concierge were very helpful trying to sort out our change of tickets. Baca selanjutnya
"3.14 Hotel in Cannes, a bit too high class"
The hotel is very nice; the design is great and very original. Expect to pay daily 20 euros for internet, 25 euros per person to go to beach (all beaches nearby are private, the hotel has its own beach area). Note that beaches close pretty early, if you like swimming late you might not be able to do it in that beach. The hotel has pool on the top floor, […] though it will cost you 10 euros per person to get a chair there. Eating is pretty expansive as well; appetizers start from 30 euros in most of restaurants around the hotel area. Main dish will cost around 60. "Charming little hotel in Cannes"
This was a lovely little hotel with very polite staff. The concierge was fantastic and very helpful and the room was cleaned to perfection everyday. Also, "The box" on the bed was quite unique, funny.
"Hip hotel in a great location"
My favourite things about this place are the rooftop pool & the great location. We had requested a twin room but on arrival got a double room on the European floor. VERY pink, was glad to move to twin room the following day on Oceanic. Overall, thought this was a great place to stay, just off Croissette, view of beach from roof, right in the centre […] of all the shops, restaurants & bars. "bra med det mesta förutom priserna för mat o dryck"
Bra personal, rolig design, fräscht. Fin takterass, men massor av pengar för en coca cola vid poolen kändes som ett rån. Samma för frukost. Bra pris på hotellrummet när vi var där.
Varje våning hade olika teman men belysning var dålig och det var mörkt i korridorer. Hittade knappt dörrlåset.

"Prétentieux et cher"
La chambre standard est minuscule, les murs sales, la baignoire également. La porte de la salle de bain est une porte battante vitrée, ce qui fait qu'on a la vue de la chambre sur les toilettes... Pas glamour du tout!! D'autre part, il arrive a l'hotel d'organiser des soirées sur le toît de l'immeuble: bien, sauf pour les malheureux clients qui souhaitent […] dormir à l'étage Asie (le dernier) et qui doivent donc patiemment attendre la fin de la soirée, vers 2h du matin... Le personnel est plutôt gentil mais l'hotel est clairement trop cher par raport au service rendu. Personnellement je n'y retournerai plus. Baca selanjutnya

"Hoteel 3-14 i -Cannes lige midt i alt"
Jeg var yderst tilfrds med hotellet, som ligger lige bag ved Carlton og dermed meget tæt på Croissetten. Hotellet har en anbefalelsesværdig strandrestaurant, som serverer en rigtig god frokost til en rimelig pris. Også aftenrestauranten tilbereder dejlig mad. Personalet er meget flinke og servicemindet - Det er hyggligt at få en lille sludder med rengøringspersonalet, […] når man rejser alene. Klart værd at besøge. Baca selanjutnya
"Pas à la hauteur / Not worth it"
Manque de personnel. Personnel peu aimable. Les chambres minuscules. Couloirs sombres mal éclairés --> flippant. Impression générale d'être dans un chateau hanté. Porte de la salle de bain translucide donc révéillé à 5h du mat par la lumière venant de la fenetre (sans rideau de la salle de bain). Cette porte ne ferme pas vraiment donc bonjour l'intimité […] aux toilettes. Mieux vaut être amoureux... Tout est cheap (les mouchoirs sont rapeux comme du papier de verre, un seul savon pour un couple...). La déco fait très cheap (on se croirait en balade chez conforama mais pas dans un 4 étoiles). Ca ne fait ni classe ni mode. Juste brouillon. Vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et de sa réputation. A éviter -------------------------- Lack of staff. The staff is rude. Rooms are tiny. The corridors are dark and frightening. The decorating looks cheaps. The material offered is cheap as well (tissues are not comfortable, so is the toilet paper, only 1 soap for 2 people...). The bathroom door is translucent so we got awoken at 5 am by the light coming in throught the bathroom window which has no curtain. The bathroom do cannot close and is made of two parts (like a western movies saloons) so you can hear everything going on in the toilets... very charming... In brief this hotels has been badly thought at its conception. It's supposed to be fashionable but it just looks like and Ikea outlet warehouse. And it's run a very stingy and cheap way. je ne recommande pas cet hotel. L'accueil est froid, le personnel peu souriant (c'est rien de le dire). une bouteille d'eau minérale à moitié pleine dans le bar, un pot de cacahuètes ouvert dans la chambre, les cartes magnétiques qui se désactivent tous les jours et qu'il faut donc faire... réactiver pour pouvoir rentrer dans sa chambre. Très bon accueil. Service OK, déco très originale. Un hotel différent de ce que l'on a l'habitude de trouver. Du style, de l'élégance sans tralala. Le personnel ne se prend pas au sérieux, c'est chic mais pas guindé. A voir absolument, les chambres sont d'une originalité rare. - parking voiture à tarif prohibitif (30€/jour)

j'aime cet hôtel puisque j'y vais quasi 2 fois par an ...défaut, les prix , chambre, plage et garage mais,c'est cannes -- autre changement malheureux, la piscine est inaccessible avant 10h du matin et reste ouverte jusqu'à 22 h avec une sono qui fonctionne à fond... peu agréable pour les chambres situées juste en dessous...a propos de l'accès à internet, […] c'est hallucinant, la politique est à revoir.. sinon, le personnel est irréprochable Baca selanjutnya

Nice hotel with in a perfect location. A bit annoying that everything costs extra and a lot extra.

Häftigt hotell med cool design. Härligt rum och underbar takterass med pool. Även härlig terass för frukost / bar. Tycker även deras beachclub var riktigt bra. Men dyrt även om man bor på hotellet, vilket är ett minus. Borde ingå. Bra parkeringsservice, men även den dyr. 30eur/dygn.
"Divertente per un week-end"
Siamo stati in una suite, pertanto sulla stanza non mi esprimo in quanto le suites sono sempre belle. Il servizio lascia un pò a desiderare. Il parcheggio ha spazio solo per venti autovetture (praticamente è sempre pieno) ma dando la mancia al concierge se ne prende cura lui ed aspetta che si liberi un posto. La spiaggia è carina, bisogna prenotare […] altrimenti non si trova posto (per le prime file bisogna di nuovo lasciare mance). I posti in piscina sono anch'essi limitati. Le camere al primo piano, in particolare quelle che danno sul bar, sono un pò rumorose. L'impostazione è per coppie ed in effetti tutto ruota intorno al tema dell'amore (si capisce già dal sito). In conclusione, è una bella esperienza da fare una volta, alla lunga secondo me annoia. Baca selanjutnya

Bodde två dygn på hotellet och hade ett rum på den Asieninspirerade våningen. Bra standard på rummet med rolig inredning. Tycker inte att hotellets 'designmässighet' på något sätt gick ut över kvalitet utan allt funkade fint. Bra frukost. Mycket bra var också poolområdet på taket! "déçu pour un 4 étoiles"
a notre arriver personne pour nous acceuillir nous avons du aller chercher le voiturier, le parking payant est dans la rue, la chambre avec balcon est tres petite, la piscine est payante, la plage privée est a 20€ pour un 4 étoile le service et la taille des chambres n'y sont pas.
