It was a nice place to relax. Beach is a walk across the street. Quiet and not too congested. For the price, its is better than expected.

The outward appearance wasn't very appealing and the hotel is located right off of a very busy one way street. Parking was limited but free. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall it was not the grandest place to stay but it was reasonably priced and close to the beach.

Old carpets with ground in chewing gum. Hotel is really nothing more than a $60 per night motel, not $160. Yes it is a short walk to beach but is lodged between two highways with serious noise levels. In Miami you can better. Sorry truth hurts sometimes

Clean, comfortable, freindly staff & nice guests. Stayed there on business because of rate and last minute booking; will book there again when traveling with the family.

This place is in the most underdeveloped area on Miami Beach. There is no any restranant, shopping places around. You have to drive south to eat dinner, buy things, and pay parking fees for tour, etc. The room is so close to road and so noisy I cannot sleep at all. Never do that again. Good hotel (motel) for the price, has free parking and short distance from beach. The accomodation is old and we couldnt open the window.

The hotel was very good based on expectations! The only problem is that the area is not great and you are far from the action of south beach so if you do not have a car dont come here! If instead you needed a car to go around anyways, this place is perfect because parking is free and always available! Although this was an older motel, the price was good for the area, without the parking or reosrt fees. Room very clean with no mildew smell at all, which usually happens with old hotels in the south. All we wanted was a place to sleep while visiting family in town. Close to family and of course the beaches. I would stay there again.

The Beach Place Hotel is not the 4 Seasons, lets get that out of the way. This hotel is your basic run of the mill hotel, no frills. I don't say this to be mean or disparage the hotel, I say it because it is, what it is. I picked this hotel for the affordability, and the proximity to the beach. I didn't pick this hotel for its extra features. I needed […] a place to sleep, that was quiet, clean and comfortable; and this hotel hit on all marks. I was unaware this hotel had a pool, which was a plus when I didn't feel like laying on the beach, I could chill by the pool. The hotel has free WiFi which I also didn't know about, which was another huge plus as my Sprint service sucked in that area for some reason. They also have a computer in the lobby which you can use for free. The room was very clean, and although we didn't use the housekeeping services, I always saw them walking around cleaning the facility. I did leave a tip for Doris, our housekeeper as the room was a little messy. The only negatives I had about my stay were the Venetian blinds in the room, and the parking. The blinds didn't cover the windows properly at the end, and I sometimes felt like people could see in at night. If you weren't parked by a certain time, parking was hard to find . I would stay at this hotel again if I was in the area. Its not far from nightlife in South Beach, but not so close where you feel like you're in the party. Baca selanjutnya

I liked my room as it wasn't too small and even had a small couch. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been if they had had blow dryers in the rooms and irons and ironing boards. You can request those things at the front desk, but you also have to leave a refundable $10 deposit each for the iron and the blow dryer.

The pool was readily accessible, though not heated I was able to get some laps in for general exercise (in November). The hotel and rooms are dated, but pleasant enough. Clean. Horrible hotel, stained clogged bathtub, stained towels that feel like sandpaper, nasty carpets, horrible bed covers and "blanquets" if you can call them like that. We paid for two nights but couldn't stay, we escaped the next morning and lost our money. Don't make this mistake...

A good place for the price!!! However, if the room carpet could be changed it would make a significant difference in the quality of the place. The room carpet is old and dirty even if it's vacuumed every day by the room service.

The hotel is convenient to the beach and other points of interest in Miami Beach, as long as you don't mind walking about a mile to the restaurants and stores. Our kitchentte contained paper and plasticware. Why bother advertising a kitchen. The first morning our little coffee pot did not work but they replaced it as soon as the cleaning staff arrived. It has been painted and fixed up but it is an old motel. It suited our needs of "just a place to eat and sleep." Would not stay there if on vacation. GREAT STAFF. FOR THE PRICE OF THE HOTEL IT CANT BE BEAT. RIGHT ON BUS ROUTE AND THE PEOPLE STAYING THERE WERE VERY NICE. DEF WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE PAYING A VISIT TO SOUTH BEACH. 10 MIN BUS DRIVE TO SOUTH BEACH FROM HOTEL. AGAIN THE STAFF LET US CHECK IN EARLY AND GAVE US A LATER TIME TO CHECK OUT. I thought the hotel was rather over-priced for what it offered. It was very close to the beach though. If you're looking to go into South Beach or Ocean Drive be aware that a taxi fare is about $20, there are buses but you will be waiting for them.

I usually stayed at 4 or 5 stars hotels. I was very impressed with this hotel's service. Free parking and good location. Nearby, South Beach and safe surrondings/neighborhood. The hotel is not new but the just painted it, the pool is plaisant.Too but that it's a little far from downtown and there is n brekfast (but microwave and coffee machine to do it yourself)

The rooms are very basic, which is fine. But the upkeep of the hotel is just awful. The rooms are extremely small. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair everywhere, floor was sticky.
