Staff were very friendly, room was very clean. Hotel is minutes away from Mammoth Cave, Kentucky Action Park, and other area attractions. For the price, I would highly recommend. The bed was like a brick. I couldn't hardly sleep and eventually woke up sore all over. My wife slept in the chair which was more confortable. Other then the bed, the hotel was very nice. This hotel maintained the minimum standards of comfort for our taste. It was fairly clean and comfortable. But the breakfast was bare bones and the wireless internet connection was non-existant. This is a very nice hotel to stay at when in Cave City. I would recommend it to others. This was my second stay at this establishment and will probably return on my next visit. We were in the room next to the pool, which was a little noisy during the day, but after they closed the pool for the evening it was very quiet. Large rooms and a large bathroom... Everything was great about this hotel. It is located reasonably close to all of the surrounding attractions, especially Mammoth Caves. My family and I enjoyed the friendly staff, complimentary breakfast (although, it could use a protein addition like sausage and gravy or something like that), and the indoor pool. The pool came in handy at least 3 times […] a day for my kids with the temperatures being close to 100 degrees F. The hotel was clean and new and and a completely enjoyable experience (except their wireless internet was down all 3 days we were there, which was a real bummer because who really uses dial-up much anymore these days). The hotel is convienent to Mammoth Caves but not a whole lot more to do around. Our room had stained furniture, the pool area was dirty and looked old and that it needed maintenance.
