Really nice, quiet little hotel, right on the edge of downtown Coeur D'Alene. Walk about one block to all the downtown shops and eateries...really fun! Very friendly staff. They have done a very nice job at keeping this hotel upgraded and current. It's my favorite place to stay in Cd'A because it is right on the edge of downtown without paying for a premium resort room. Room was fine, clean, comfortable beds. We reserved for 4 on Hotels.com, upon arrival they wanted to charge 20.00 more per night for my two kids. We negotiated down to 10.00. Room had two very thin bath towels for 4 people. 2 koerig coffee pods for 4 people. Additional pods were .75 each. Biggest disappointment was that we came back late at night and […] our room was not made up. Desk clerk didn't know why. Still had to ask for more coffee, cups,towels, etc. Went to check out the third day at check out time, no clerk in sight. Rang the bell for 10 min, nobody came and I just wanted to make sure they didn't add any additional charges.
