This motel has some nice staff members, but I won't stay there again.Some rooms have equipment that doesn't work correctly and some have 1/2 gaps under the door, as the weather seal has been torn off. This lets too much air and noise through. You can see a lot of daylight there.The motel apparently has a lot of local, long term renters (perhaps using […] government vouchers) staying there. These people (at least half of the occupants) will shout up and down the stairs, from room to room and across the parking lot. They are loud and the staff expects this behavior. The noise seems to stop around 10 or 10:30 p.m. Then at 5:40, in the middle of the lot where it cannot fail to waken everyone, a dump truck comes and slams down big bins. Over and over again. It was horrible. The breakfast is the usual pre-frozen cream cheese packs, small not fresh begals, etc., but it is "free" so it is average. Next time I will spend a tiny bit more and go to Comfort Inn or another chain. Or the Day's Inn on A street, which is doesn't allow long term local residents. Everyone needs a place to stay, so having people live here with their families is good. But for travelers who want a normal, quiet kind of motel, keep moving. Mission is not a nice street and you won't want to wander around here after dark. The front office staff were good and the housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning the rooms. Baca selanjutnya

Decent place to stay for the low price. Easy to get to. Nothing fancy or spectacular, but reasonable place to crash for a couple nights.

This hotel had bed bugs!! A lot of them. I woke up at 2 am and had bites all over me. Disgusting!!!!!

In a bad area. Did not feel safe. We did not venture out for dinner. Ordered in. Pizza was good. Dogs barked all night. Loud trains. It was close to where we had to go the next day.

Needed a room on short notice... Ok prices...rooms are not the best .... Customer Service was horrible...Bugs and other insects in the room... Holes and broken room doors...hard towels...stains on the wall and floors... Wouldn't advise to stay here unless its9 super last minute and ur on a super tight budget

I almost didn't stay after reading the reviews, but the next hotel on the list was over $10 more a night, and only 3 miles closer to my destination. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The staff were completely helpful and friendly to me, personally, contrary to other reviews. The room was clean and more than adequate. There was a fridge & microwave, […] which were very appreciated, as I try to eat healthy on the road and those items make it a lot easier. The only complaint I would have is the other guests. The people above me the first night spent several minutes banging around upstairs, but calmed down enough that I slept through the night. The second night, they were gone but the revelers outside (drinking holiday weekend) were a bit louder than I would have liked (I had to get up fairly early to be back on the road). I got a room at this hotel to be closer to work, the room was nice and the staff was very nice! I would defiantly stay here again!

shower knob kept falling off. the shower floor was stained. i had to wear socks in the shower. i was afraid of cathching something. there were 3 of us staying there, and there was only 1 towel in room. when i called to report this problem, i was told to come pick up some more, and even then given only two more towels.

Stayed for 1 week, found and saw bed bugs crawling on us in bed. Disgusting constant smell in room. Second day the hotel asked me for credit card again to make an imprint since first imprint was "misplaced". Same day I get a call from American Express fraud department about somebody tried charging $563 twice to an online store. Not at all what I was expecting. The hotel looking nice enough from the street, but the building is old, the rooms are worn, and one of the beds was VERY uncomfortable. Cont. breakfast was minimal. We took room with king size bed. Its a big room then other hotels, ample space to move inside the hotel. Fairly clean, it has microwave and refridgrator. They provide Wifi, speed is not great, but if for checking email and surfing stuff its good. Unlike other days-inn they do not provide much option. I believe the hotel was advertised as non-smoking. Just to be on the safe side request a room that is non-smoking. (As a reminder) Otherwise in good enough condition for the price.

Worth the price since it was cheap but it didn't feel very clean.

I must say this might have been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was good and did all they could to make our stay semi ok. But the beds were old and falling apart, The carpet was absolutely filthy, The towels felt like sandpaper and the surrounding area was scarry. I recently had to stay in this hotel for a few days and the service was great. The staff was helpful and courtesy and when I had to extend beyond my original 4 days there was no problem to continue on in the same room for the next two nights I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and when needed use it myself in the future.

It is quite OK in this price. It is near UBC east bay. But I booked a nonsmoking room. They gave me a smoking room. It was really smelly. And the en vironment seems a little unsafe.

We used DAYS INN Motels in many places during our last vacation We were allways setisfied (see our other reviews) However the Motel in Hayward was far the worst. There seens to be no cleaning in the rooms during the stay. After the toilette pluged up it was temporerily repaired by the man in charge. He told us, there is nobody here any more, they wll […] come on Monday only - it was Friday afternoon. The breakfast was very poor, Even the koffee was seldom on hand. Depending on your needs and expectations, this may or may not be a good place to stay. It happened to be a convenient location and a cheap price for the area. I was a little more run down than some but still maintained well enough. The neighborhood looked a little rough and some of the other guests were on the rougher side too. Nothing spectacular, you get about what you pay for. The room was decent. The bathroom could have used some improvement. The toilet's seat was the wrong size for the toilet. I really just needed a basic place to stay near Oakland for my sister's wedding. Money is a little tight, so cost was the main factor. I felt safe and comfortable in the room. It was clean. The toilet seat was really loose, which was a bit of a problem; I was traveling with my 3-year-old daughter, and she needed a lot of help using the toilet because […] of that. The bathroom fixtures were older. The shower head was a little too low; this isn't that uncommon, I guess, but I'm only 5'9", so it's a little silly to have to duck to rinse my head. The towels were really crappy and there weren't a lot of them. Not a big deal; I wasn't going for luxury here. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Our room was cleaned well, and they didn't bug us about sleeping late when we needed to. The neighborhood is fine. It's not exactly middle-class, but I didn't feel worried about my car or safety. We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest offered in our location and we definitely got the cheapest quality. Towels were rags and not enough of them. Carpet felt sticky (yuck). Matresses were lumpy. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Broken furniture stored in plain view. Only good thing was location right next to university and […] low price. One of the rooms we had smelled so bad we had to get another one. We could not get past the smell. The other room we got was just as bad. The drain in the tub was plugged up. The water would drain and could not take a shower. I would not go back here again.

If you want a deep skin exfoliation and a sauna this is the place to go: the towels are the scratchiest and cheapest I've SEEN in my entire life, in or out of a hotel. And the AC never worked, so the room was hot as a sauna. I contacted the front desk to fix it at no avail. Icky carpet too, no hair dryer. NEVER AGAIN.

Where do I begin. From the outside the place looks nice but he beds look as if they have been there for 10 years. If you like to snuggle you'll love the beds as they had a dip in the middle so bad you could feel the box springs below. We had to climb the wall of the mattress to get out of the middle of the bed. Hotel staff was very nice and the room was comfortable, clean and convenient. The Continental Breakfast was a little iffy but overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was either the guy in the parking lot rebuilding his motorcycle and spray painting parts, the bowl-shaped beds that numbed our shoulders and hips, the apparently stoned lady cracking a bullwhip in the corridor outside our room, or the front desk's indifference when we decided to leave without staying and without a […] refund. Unpleasant stay. A.c is not working. Bed is not comfy, old and sanking. Facilities are OLD! It says in the internet there is pool. But when we get there there is no pool at all!

We had to book this very last minute and it was a cheap and convenient location. The room was comfortable enough but I wouldn't stay there again. There was a strong smell as if they were trying to hide something, some stains in the carpet. Mould in the shower grout, and I noticed cobwebs in the bathroom.
