"Great location, plenty to see"
Fun hotel and lively at the weekend; did not disturb me though. Room was lovely with view over the river. The facilities were great, including a proper hairdryer and separate bath and shower. The staff were friendly. Would have liked coffee making facilities and discovered close to end of stay that these are available on request. "great service bad billing"

"Great room, great hotel"
Location is great; Tstop right across the street, plenty of restaurants within walking distance plus the restaurants in the hotel itself. Room was nicely furnished and fairly large with a big bathroom. The view of the city at night put this room over the top, definitely ask to get a room facing the skyline. The concierge was super friendly and didn't […] bat an eyelash at upgrading my room to one facing the city; in fact everyone I talked to at the hotel was professional and helpful. This is my family's and my new favorit hotel in Boston. This is a first class hotel. All aspects of the every service in this hotel is well thought out and impeccable. We mentioned to the young lady who checked us in that we were celebrating my nephew's 21st Birthday. The following day at brunch they presented him with dessert with a candle in it so […] we celebrated once again. Before having a Birthday dinner we met in the Lobby Lounge and there were quite a number of us. The wait staff immediately made sure we all had comfortable chairs and were together. This hotel is in a great location--across from the "T" for easy access if you don't want to drive to other parts of the city or taxis are readily available to take you where you want to go. They have great restaurants in the hotel and their brunch "Bloody Mary Bar" is the best. I've stayed in many hotels and never have seen something like that.
