This Inn only looks good on the internet; upon arrival at checkin, the facility looked fine, but upon entering the room, the toilet was clogged and the shower curtian had mildew on the bottow. The bed sheets looked off white and the spread was itchy. The owners live int he Inn, and did not seem very approachable. The ice machine was un-clean and the […] hallway floor had huge spots.....I resulted in leaving the next day and going to a BETTER place. I do not recommend if you are expecting class. The neighborhood was a bit seedy. The hallways reek of disinfectant. The room was fairly large and had a pull out sofa bed in addition to the King bed. My room was missing lightbulbs in half the lamps, as well as the remote for the TV. This was quickly rectified by the manager. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the shower curtain was of thin […] materal that billows around while you shower. I went to Dallas to have a nice New Year's Eve with friends and my hotel stay was horrible. The staff there was very rude. check out time was not until 12:00pm and at 11:30am a female staff member entered my room without permission advising me I needed to wake up and to start checking out. I paid for the room until noon and I expect my privacy until […] then. After the female entered a male entered without permission telling me to get out. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I could not stay in this hotel. The room was not livable. I did not even spend one night it was that bad.

This hotel is a bit run down, and is a rather sleazy neighborhood, but the room accommodations are very good for what you are paying, and we found the staff helpful. The price was right. We would stay here again.

We were looking for a cheap hotel when staying in dallas, and this was one of the cheapest. When we walked in, we had to wait about 5 mins before anyone came to the desk to check us in. They were in the adjoining office and had to have been able to hear us there. The room, however was very nice. Comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave in the room. […] It was nice and quiet. Don't plan on having continental breakfast here, when I went down in the morning, the breakfast room was locked and I had to ask about it at the front. I was offered a honey bun and coffee. I enjoyed the kitchen and large room; however, there was no soap or shampoo in the room until the second day and there were ants in the bathroom.

Fine for adults who want cheap stay. Paper thin sheets with a couple of stains & holes. Bathroom was nicer than expected. A danish and coffee only for breakfast. My room had TV, microwave, sink, range (full kitchen). Bed was comfortable, just needs all new sheets. Sparse decorations throughout.

Hotel is surrounded by strip clubs. Cleanliness of the room, below average. It appeared as though after customer, they just remake the bed without washing the sheets. I pulled the comforter back my first night, and there were long black strands of hair on the pillow cases and sheets. Internet connection continuely crashes.
