My room was roomy, well furnished, and clean. Location has great access to I-10 and I-410. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet speed was slower than average in the room; ok in the breakfast area.

Overall was a great hotel, only complaints were that it looked like something was spilled by the fridge and there was grease and pepperoni in the microwave. The coffee pot had old coffee and a used coffee packet in the coffee maker. Pool needs a some TLC and was very warm. Not something you want to swim in on a hot day.

We have stayed at this property a few times. For the price it is fine but the hotel is starting to show its age. We tried to move the coffee table to pull out the sofa sleeper and the leg fell off. The sofa sleeper was very worn out and the couch was most worn out and had holes through out. SOMEONE please thaw out the freezer, There was no way to use […] the frig because there was so much ice in freezer that the door wouldn't close. Staff was really nice and the house keepers cleaned our rooms good during our stay. One more suggestion would be to have more then one trash can in the room it would save housekeepers some time and messes. Thank you would stay again. Baca selanjutnya

Very Helpful staff, however the A/C would never stay on in my room. That plus the uncomfortable beds made it very hard to sleep. Very nice pool area and the breakfast was decent.

Really above-average sized rooms for the cost, very large desk, nice pool area, nice staff.

Only downfall was when you left the parking lot you coukd only go 1 dieection and if you need to head the other way, you had to go up the highway and make a u-turn

The rate was accomodating. The breakfast was nothing to cheer about. There should have been more of a selections. using the computer was hard.

not satisfied the temperature in San Antonio was 80 - 83 degree the air conditioner in room didn't blow enough cool air to cool off the room. The room was furnished with old broken furniture. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The Jacuzzi next to swimming pool out of order all 3 days I stayed at this hotel. Hotel was decent and the staff was very pleasant. The location is in a very inconvenient location if you want to take ih-10 into downtown (easiest way) for any events. If you want to take ih-410 anywhere then you're good but getting to ih-10 east is a problem.

I paid for my daughter and sister to stay in the Howard Johnson hotel for my daughter's birthday. The room had a broken towel rod and burned out light bulbs. When I called the front desk to have those things fixed, I was rudely told by Carlos there was nothing he could do and I would have to wait til the morning. I was also told there were no other […] rooms to change to. I called Hotels.com to press a complaint. After a brief hold, the rep from Hotels.com told me to return to the front desk and we would be changed to another room. There were no further issues. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not properly prepared for guests, it never should have been released to guests. Carlos was so rude, I would hate for anyone else to experience his nastiness. I have stayed in hotels around the world for business and pleasure and I have never experienced this type of unpleasantness. I am still in disbelief regarding the atay. Baca selanjutnya

Our room was fine however the neighborhood was run down and we were concerned about our car overnight. Notices posted on all the outside doors from local police warning about breakin's, outside "security" doors were not closing properly. Tried to use the outdoor pool and the heaters were out. Used the guest laundry and there was no light in room, had […] to bring a flashlight; the washer was filthy and we had to clean it before we could use it. We would definitely stay here again! It was easy to get to where we needed to go although it is situated it an odd location. Our GPS took us through a neighborhood but right to it. Staff was great! It is not a five star hotel but is a great value for the $$

Centrally located, room was large enough for five. We just had a problem with pool not being open but two days of our stay. Since the rates weren't bad for the room we received we would stay again!

Room felt and smelled dirty. Bathroom light on timer which kept turning off. Other wise bed was confortable and clean sheets. Would not stay here again.

went to san antonio to go to riverwalk mardigras...hotel was very easy to find and about a 10 minute drive to riverwalk, hotel is a bit older but the service was great i called the front desk to ask for a few more towels and i got them in less than 3 minutes...everyone i talked to at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good […] variety and had waffles...everything in room worked nothing broken might be back again in the summer..thank you!! Make sure you ask what includes in the room before getting there cause anything extra they try to charge. Ex. Sofa bed wasnt working requested roller bed charge extra Ten a night.

First let me say, the beds were extremely comfortable. I've stayed an 5 star hotels and have never been able to sleep well. The room was spacious(we got a queen suite, two queen beds). The floor was dirty with dark brown stains on the carpet. The carpets were not, it appeared vacuumed well. The bed sheets were stained. The free breakfast was ok, but […] not much of a variety. Charged $150.00 on credit card for "dog" even though when I checked in I told them there was a service animal, which they said there was no charge for. They refunded the fee, but did not even bother to let me know they charged it until I saw it on my credit card bill.

The shower had dried up soap and hair on the walls The sink for the bathroom took 20 minutes to drain after each use The room smelled very bad (not just from cigarettes) The remote did not work for the TV and once I received a working remote, I still could not get to the HBO channel.
