Comfort Suites Stratford - Stratford

The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a late check in and the breakfast the next morning was yummy. Plenty of choices to make the whole family happy.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The hotel is located right off of route 95. It is so close you can feel (and hear) the traffic going by if your room is on the side of the hotel facing 95. Though the hotel appears fairly new, there must be little/no insulation between floors and walls. Extremely noisy with extremely […] squeeky floors. We got back to our room on Thanksgiving night to find that our room had not been made up, and had no fresh towels. I recommend you skip this hotel if you can avoid it. Baca selanjutnya

The hotel was standard with regular rooms. The lobby had a nice area to relax and talk. The pool was small but the area was clean. The workout area was outdated and a the weight machine was not in any condition to be used. The hotel staff could have been friendlier & on several occasions I was called down to verify the same information. Just an average […] stay in a slightly below average hotel. They stated it was a smoke free hotel, but clearly it was not being enforced. We booked these rooms for a family reunion, but I may try another hotel for next year in the same area. Not impressed. the hotel itself was really nice :) the front desk was very welcoming the only issue i had their was this softball team that came and acted like they owned the place!! if im checking in who are you to be lookin over my shoulder!! last time i checked they were helping me not you!! then for breakfast it was really good till the softball ppl came and acted […] like no one was allowed to eat there but them.... all in all the hotel was great.... cant help who comes there Baca selanjutnya

Was close to the freeway. Was very clean and had good breakfast. If it weren't for the "escorts" coming and going, it would have been a perfect place to stay.

The hotel was very neat, clean and comfortable, however the ceiling was very creaky when the occupants of the room upstairs woke up early the next morning. The creaking was very loud and annoying. Also, the continental breakfast was rather meager.

The room was perfect: spacious, comfortable bed, and a good desk space. The couch and coffee table were almost overkill. Microwave and fridge were useful to heat up dinner. My room faced the highway but was on the ground floor so noise wasn't noticeable. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It's better than many hotels' continental breakfasts in that there's a lot of choices, from cereals to waffles to hot bacon. However, despite the choices there was actually very little that was appealing. The choice of cereals was corn flakes, megasweet multi-colored loops, or raisin bran whose sugar had collected at the bottom of the dispenser. The waffles were not made from a fresh batter, but rather was a commercial batter which came out of a machine. Even the hard boiled eggs lacked any flavor and felt like I was biting into rubbery styrofoam. I ended up just taking a bagel with butter. Coffee was okay. I suppose if my hopes hadn't been raised by the reviews here and the presence of such a selection, I wouldn't have been so disappointed. It's far better than the overly sweet prepackaged danishes you get at most other hotels. So, stay for the comfy room and convenient location. Except the fan had noise during the night, everything is quite OK.

Nice large room with Micro, Refrig, sleeper sofa (not a separate room however). Breakfast included eggs, waffles, etc etc. Nice since it is included in the price. 5 min from the Stratford Train station

When we asked for more pillows we were told that there were two in the top of the closet-there were not. We received one extra pillow from the staff. I thought the size of the pillows was small and they quality of the pillows was poor, they flattened as soon as you put your head on them. There was mold/mildew in the tub area

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit small but perfect for my 6 and 3 year old because it did not get very deep right away. The hotel was very close to the zoo and a great mall. I recommend it!

very pleasant stay, booked a room for our family of 4, the room was very clean, smelled very clean and we even had an extra set of towels and pillows waiting for us, without even asking!! =) Used the pool it was great! liked Stratford, we stay there to go to Westport, early the next am, and it turned out to be a surprisingly cute little beach town! […] loved it! rooms and hallways carpet are old need replacement. All sub floors squeak need replacement.

Clean, comfortable place for a short stay. The continental breakfast is adequate--they run out of things fairly early, though. Not much in the area for a quick dinner, but we found a tavern with a great burger.

The hotel lobby was very contemporary and new. It was really cool. The breakfast was good, we especially liked the make your own waffles!

I have paid money for a hotel and gotten less. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, except for the pillows. Look elsewhere for breakfast, the complimentary breakfast needs much to be desired.

We stopped at this hotel overnight on a long family road trip. Checked in at 11pm and out by 8. The "suite" room was big enough for our 2 kids + baby in a pack and play. Enjoyed the convience of free breakfast.

It was a clean comfortable hotel. Right off the highway and close to the train station. The pool is a joke- hours of laughing why they put it in--check it out:) Breakfast was good and had plenty of room for everyone.

My daughter, mother and I recently stayed here for 2 nights. I chose the hotel because it had 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa so I thought it would be nice for all of us to have our own space. When I opened the sofa bed it sprung out at me and I soon relized there was no way anybody was sleeping on this bed. It was pure spring except for the thin mattress […] cover they put around it. Besides that the carpet had huge stains on it and the caulk around the tub was moldy, and the stopper in the tub did not work. Baca selanjutnya

The hotel is located about 4-5 miles from where I needed to be (Bridgeport/Fairfield). It was great but the neighborhood didn't seem so savory. Not much around at all. (e.g. gas stations, resturantes, businesses) The Outward appearence was standard but the inside was better then what I expected. The room was very spacious & had everything I needed including […] a fridge. The hotel staff was excellent. My brother had a rip in his pants & they had a sowing kit and even tried to sow it back up for him. It was cheaper then other hotels in the area and you get a lot for your money. Sehr sauberes Hotel und sehr zu empfehlen. Habe mit Comfort Suites noch nie schlechte erfahrungen gemacht in den Staaten.
