"STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!"
Do not even know where to begin. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.I first walked into the room and thought well this is not to bad then I seen the bathroom. It was disgusting. There was mold all over the tile and the tub had huge chips taken out of it all over. We complained and was told there was nothing they could do for us. […] Then later that evening we had a friend come from Bangkok and she stopped to say hello. When I got a call from the hotel staff asking how many people I had in my room. I told them and they said we were not aloud to have guess at all in our room at any time unless we paid 1000 baht. I asked them where it says this and they told me it was hotel policy. I complained to the manager that this is crazy to not be able to have a guess in my room for 20 minutes and I told her I would have never booked here if I would have known they had such a policy. They did not have it posted any where in the hotel or on their web site. The next incident was seeing 3 COCKROACHES in 2 nights. They were coming from the drain in the bathroom. Again they said there is nothing they could do. Never had a cockroach in my hotel room before and it sucked makes you feel dirty. Then we were getting in the elevator and the security guard asked my wife what are you looking at. I could not believe what I heard. Told the manager and she told me sorry and would have a talk with him. Never had been so insulted and felt so uncomfortable in my life at a hotel. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL. TRUST ME AND TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER!!!! Baca selanjutnya
"Do not stay in the New Annex of the hotel"
The noise from the night club aft of the annex was extreamly loud up until 3am nightly. If you intend to go to bed early this is not where you want to be... jrb
"Avoid this HOTEL"
Please reconsider other properties before you finalize this particular hotel. My reasons for “Why you should not stay in this hotel” are 1. Bad service quality – Right from arrival to room service, the overall quality is pathetic. Either they have some love lost for the Indian fertility or they feel that we as Indians are not worth a high level of service. 2. […] It’s a hotel for group tours and individuals are kind of ignored. 3. Room service is very bad – We were charged for using empty plates in our room (The only hotel in the world to do that). 4. There was a electric problem in the room, experienced no light situation at night and had no electrician with the hotel at odd hours of night. (No AC/ light for almost 2 hours every day). "Painted Turd- 4 Stars is a joke"
This hotel looks all nice from the outside but the AC throughout the hotel is horrible, the elevators close on you immediatly when youre walking out on them. They claim to have free internet which they dont its 15 bucks a day and only works in the lobby. Even if you select 2 hotel guests on hotels.com if you show up with 2 they charge extra at the front […] desk. The claim complimentary breakfast but then say you're not on the list and you have to pay 2500 bht (about 4 times as much as it costs to eat anywhere else in the city ) This place looks all nice from the outside but is really a painted turd. "good in terms of beach view"
the location of hotel is very popular. staffs are friendly enough. lots of variety of foods on breakfast. very comfortable rooms. a little far from walking street. but it could be covered on share taxi by paying 10 bhat for down fare and 20 bhat for up fare. very lively view. wireless connection of this hotel is poor, we get the connection from nearby […] hotel to use our phones and laptop. "Overpriced"
Nice but overpriced, we stayed 2 days for **** bath though hotels.com but if we wanted to stay more had to pay **** bath. And that was cheap they said. We choosed a cosy hotel close by for *** bath instead.

Snyggt hotell. Känsla av att man är på en kryssning. Stora rum. Grymt bra gym fast personalen ibland kunde vara lite halvkinkiga där. Seafood buffet varje kväll som var värd varje krona. Kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka. Rekommenderar absolut detta hotell.

ロシア人や中国団体客も多いですが、日本語対応可能なオカマちゃんスタッフもいるので、家族やカップルではいいかも・・・。 繁華街からはなれているので、お姉ちゃん目的であれば不便かも・・・。

"Helt greit hotell"
Hotellet er helt greit. Kvaliteten på rommene varierer fra de forskjellige byggene. Servicen er ikke alltid like bra. Mange ting er veldig tungvint og personalet har verdens beste tid. Bassengene er ikke noe særlig store og har åpent i visse tidsrom. De stenges når frokost/lunch buffe serveres, da resturangen ligger så nær bassenget. Bassengområedet […] er veldig åpent da traffikken går rett utenfor hotellet. Hotellet ligger i en travel gate, men ikke i det veste strøket. Det ligger resturanger, puber og kjøpesenter i nærheten. Gaten er veldig lang så det er greit å kunne benytte seg av "tuk tuk" til 10bath som tuter på deg dersom den vil at du skal sitte på, og du ringer når du vil at den skal stoppe. Dersom dere ønsker en roliig ferie, vil jeg ikke anbefale hotellets beliggenhet. Baca selanjutnya
"MEDIUM HOTEL WITH BAD SERVICE AND NOT CLEAN ROOMS"
The hotel is situated in the begining of the Pattaya beach. Looks nice outside, the bulding is built like a boat, cruiser. All the staff has seamen clothes (not the reception). My room (Superior room) was in the new wing, behing the first building who are fronting against the Pattay beach. From some room the bars around can be noisy. The check-in […] was okay. But the rooms size is ordinary (not small, not big). You can´t see the beach from many rooms. Very small balconies. The condition of the rooms are not good. On the very used table desk it was very big stains. On the walls it was dirt. In the bathroom it was shower cream on the glazed tiles on the wall. It was not very good cleaned. The room smelled very bad. When something is wrong you should let the hotel know and don´t come the day after. So I called the reception and asked for the manager. The manager was out and should be back at 6 pm but they should leave a message. No manager called the room and no message was left to me. Then, the sama evening, I wrote a note about the complaints and went down and leftat the reception. Nothing happened! I have e-mailed the hotel afterwards and sent photos from the room but nobody replay my mails. So this is not a hotel to recommended. All hotels take contact if you want to have contact. If they can´t help you it is something else. Here they don´t want to have contact with the guest. The breakfast was nice and okey. But I never stay at this hotel again. Baca selanjutnya
