Nice Hotel, with good Restaurant Options and Next to a Shopping Mall The Hotel is next to Mandarin Oriental and Wynn so location is very good The Casino size is good and open The rooms were very nice and well decorated The rate was resonable for the kind of room we had It was over 480 sqft (Good for two adults and two children)

I staid only 3 nights on February 2012 and the amazing Thing in this hotel is the service from the concierge Which is in deed a VVIP one from the start to the end I also would like to thank them very much for there excellent care to me and my family.

This hotel was one of the best experience I had in a foreign country from the time of check in to check out of this hotel. The concierge personnel were the best. Since I didn't speak Cantonese nor Portuguese, I went down daily and showed the concierge where my party and I wanted to go. They wrote down the place in Chinese for me. I gave this to the […] taxi driver and/or bus driver (depending how we wanted to get there) and we always got to our destination w/out any problems. I only have one negative comment to make and if it weren't for this, I'd give a "5" for hotel service. My husband and I went to the buffet side of the hotel's Chinese restaurant (sorry, can't remember the name of the restaurant). We asked the waitress for water and she didn't bring us any water. We waited and then asked again but still no water. I knew she understood us since the table who came in after us asked for water and she got them water right away. Very nice welcome at check in desk, process of check in was smooth and fast, room ready when we checked in at 4PM. Check out was similarly smooth, no queue, same person for check out, made personal comments. Nice experience.
"MGM macau - good location, good service"
The rooms are very big and comfortable. Minibar for free. Very good breakfast. We were surprised to see that the pool is closed, since we were sure it's heated and open in winter. Location is good not far away from the center of macau but the casinos seem to be better in taipa area which is far but you have bus shuttles for free all day

When we came over to macau from hong kong, there was a staff at the macau ferry terminal who helped carried our luggage and brought us to the shuttle bus. All the staff including the lobby reception and bellboy were wonderful and they were glad to attend to our needs and give us directions to places. Our room was upgraded free to a harbour view room […] and check out time extended to 1pm. Have enjoyed my stay very much. Staffs are most helpful and attended to our needs rather prompty. I have lost my keys to my luagge and hotel staff come to my rescue, really appreciate and grateful. "One of the best hotel"
I have stayed in MGM for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay there. The service was excellent and my room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus services were great too.

Everything was perfect. When we checked in, we were told that only the smoking bedrooms were available so we accepted it because we were keen to get freshened up. When we got to the "smoking floor" where the smoking rooms were located we were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't smell a scent of smoke. We popped out for dinner after we'd freshened […] up and when we got back in the evening we found that our room had been tidied up. This was really impressive! Overall, a very pleasant stay, hotel was lovely, including scenary and local life. However the main concern was the public's ability to freely smoke throughout the hotel - this still applied even within our non smoking room, due to airconditioning ventilations......shame!

The service staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. The room was huge and very clean! I loved the stand alone bathtub. "立地・ホスピタリテイー 大満足です。"
とても良かったです。 海側の部屋にアップグレードしてうれました。 プールを利用したかったのでウインと比較して屋外プールが海に向かって造られているMGMを選びましたが大正解でした。 ただ、午後になると高層ビルに太陽が隠れ日が当たり難くなってしまうのが残念です。 部屋の冷蔵庫のドリンクが無料なのか否かはっきり分からなかったのですが、タダでした。 昨年ヴェンチアンに泊まったのですが、立地やサービス含めてＭＧＭの方が良かったです。 次回も又ＭＧＭに泊まりたいと思います。

MGM Macau har den absolut bästa servicen jag upplevt, att stanna där vara ett nöje från incheckning till utcheckning. Jag upplevde inga som helst anmärkningar att klaga på. Det var ett "top-notch" hotell. Jag rekommenderar starkt MGM Macau till alla som reser till Macau. Inga hotell var i närheten av den klass som MGM utstrålar.

"とても快適・しかもリーズナブル"
このクラスのホテルとしては、とてもリーズナブルだと思います。お部屋も快適です。 ただ、カジノをしない人向けのサービスが少し少ないかも・・・。同行した方はカジノをしないので、カジノの外のカフェに夜9時ごろ行こうとしたら、閉まるところだったようで、もう少し遅くまで開いていてほしいといってました。
