I have never stayed at Homewood Suites before. I am very happy I did! This is a very nice hotel and I plan to stay in this hotel again.

The room was lovely and had plenty of space for my husband, myself and our 3 kids. The kitchen was the perfect little space for our needs -- the floor was cushy! We were in the middle of a move so we were tired and beat down and that room brought us back to life. The shower floor is stone tile that felt so good on our feet. Thank you, Homewood Suites! […] Breakfast was very good. We all had waffles and omlettes. There were more than enough towels and hygeine items in the bathroom and pillows as well. I reserved three rooms. The hotel, pool and rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very nice. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The Homewood Suites is Corpus is conveniently located at SPID and the Crosstown Expressway, which made it easy to get downtown to eat or get to Padre Island. The room was nice, it was clean and it was comfortable. It I had a complaint (and it really isn't one) it would be that the room, we had a King Suite, was a little small for the five of us. I […] have three kids and a small dog so we were a little cramped. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary dinner (with beer and wine) and breakfast was great. If you don't care about being right on the beach (which is about 20 minutes with traffic) or right in the middle of downtown (ten minutes) this is a great place to stay. We would stay again. Staff was beyond courteous! Clean and well kept rooms, exercise room, whirlpool and pool. Hotel loaned us a "Pack and Play" for our infant and a DVD player to keep the 11 yr old satisfied. Breakfast was hot every morning and I liked the variety of foods each morn. Walking distance from Movie theater, restaurants and a Wal-Mart. 20 minutes to the beach […] and bay. We were very pleased staying at the homewood. The rooms are so nice, big and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was the roads were a little complicated to get to the hotel. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant!

Everything was very nice. Comfortable bed and clean room. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and enjoyed the pool and computer room. The staff were all friendly. Breakfast was ok. Really appreciated the overall cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere.

We were very satisfied with overall quality of hotel. We had a nice room, quiet stay, and breakfast was great.

Bed was not comfortable. A/C, fridge and bathroom vent were noisy. TV fixed to tv stand and positioned so that it could not be watched from sofa nor bed. Otherwise, very clean and tidy.

My family had a nice time. We loved the little kitchen area didn't really have to spend $$$ to go out to eat. The only thing was that there wasn't enough towels in the swimming area.

Once we found the hotel, ( GPS could not find) it was nice. We were not happy w/ the fact that we pre-paid for a King suite & were given a room w/ 1 queen bed. We were then given the last King Suite that needed work on the kitchen floor. The staff was VERY friendly & kind though. I would book another stay there. Front desk is helpful and friendly. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable.

Homewood is a little off the beaten path (not the downtown or beachfront area). It's located very close to two major highways -- which is super convenient BUT very tricky to access until you figure out the correct exit (which is Greenwood). Very large, comfortable room. Very quiet. Very clean. Nice complimentary breakfasts. Basic dinners (w/ wine […] & beer) are complimentary also Monday thru Friday! Excellent value. Baca selanjutnya

This has to be the best room ever for the price. We paid over twice as much for a room in Austin,Tx. You know the fancy ones with a stocked fridge and covered secured valet parking. It was great, the room was large, individual a/c unit, fridge, stove, utinsels but, the best part was the extra linen. Plastic covered and more than enough. Very clean, […] nice. They even had a small store, such as asprin, anti-acids, water, juice,ect. This has become our favorite for the Corpus area. Service was perfect and a nice breakfast buffet. My only suggestion would be to have a pork substitute such as turkey bacon or suasage. Leaving the pork suasage out of the gravey would have worked, that way I could have had biscuits and gravey. Pork is a cardiovascular killer. Sorry about that. Other wise the breakfast buffet was far and above anything in their catagory. Pool looked great but we didn't have time for it. Baca selanjutnya

Homewood Suites is conviently located near to resturants,shopping and South Padre Island Drive. You are just minutes away to downtown or Padre. The breakfast was great and the staff serving it were the best,. We deffinently would recomend this hotel.

Very friendly, courteous staff. Room was very comfortable. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Bedding was very comfortable. Did not hear any traffic noise. Good breakfast.

Great, clean hotel located in suburbs, far from the beach or downtown.

The a/c unit was very loud. It sounded like a truck right outside the window and it did not work very well at times the rooms would get up to 78. When we informed the front desk staff of the problem she did appologize but offered us no other arrangements, that we would just have to wait on maintainace. The staff just seemed not to care.

Overall, I was happy with the room. It had a galley kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a small stovetop. The bath was big with a walk-in shower and the bed was comfortable. The only problems dealt with the television. First of all, only standard cable was available (no movies or interactive features). Next, the television […] was in the middle of the room so that it was hard to see from either the bed or the sitting area. The only option was to sit in the desk chair--which defeat the purpose of having a suite. Other than that, the staff was efficient, the property was nice, and the location was adequate. When we arrived we were told that the room we had reserved was not available, but they had one with a smaller bed. We agreed to take this other room and we were not disappointed. While checking out we were handed a certificate for a free nights stay for any inconvenience felt for the room change. This hotel is fabulous! The breakfast was beyond any of our expectations! Any time I passed a person on the staff they always spoke to me. My son (7) said the hotel was "FANCY"! We would definiately stay here again!!!!

No, we did not see any lingering ghosts from the USS Lexington. The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. But the detachment rom any human emotion from the front desk made it a harrowing experience. First, my van got broken into. When I reported it to the front desk, I got about the same comfort I would from a dang toaster. Woman demanded […] I gave her certain information or "there was nothing she could do". Please, have someone give this people interpersonal training. Furthermore, the imbecil in the front desk refused to accept cash for incidentals because "I payed Hotels.com for my room and they pay them." Are you wondering what the hell does that have to do with incidentals? I did the same thing. I was tired and refused to get into a puerile argument and decided to give them a credit card. A couple of days later, I see a $50 charge on my account. I call and the same woman void of basic logic and interpersonal skills known as Adriana tells me that that is common. Now, I have stayed in a good share of hotels and this is the first time a charge of this kind occurs. She assures me that it will be credited in a couple of days. A few hours later my gnawing conscience tell me to call back. The manager (Stephanie) said she does not understand why the bank charged the account. At this time I feel like the three stooges are handling the safety of a nuclear reactor. The account was credited but it was a chore that I did not need. This was such a great hotel that we have decided to stay here whenever we come to Corpus Christi. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast/dinner social helped us to save "going to eat" money. I recommend Homewood Suites to everyone.

The room was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. However, on both days of our stay, the hotel seemed unprepared for the number of guests who would eat breakfast. Even basic things such as jelly or sleeves for the coffee cups ran out on day one. I guess if we wanted a better breakfast, we could head to the IHOP in the same parking lot.
