B&B Hotel - Rome

The hotel was in a great location and the beds were fairly comfy. The only HUGE problem was that there was literally no water pressure in the showers. We took drizzle showers and we were here for 5 nights so it got a little annoying. This place would be better for a shorter stay but for the price not bad.

Outside of Hotel was not very representative, but rooms are very good , small , but with all needed( breakfast, internet, bathroom). Good value for price. Location is excellent, with short walk to bus or metro. Next time we take same hotel if possible.

The hotel is definitely not a luxury one and might seem even dilapidated at first look, but the services were excellent. Although we arrived several hours before the routine check-in time, the staff kindly welcomed us and directed us to our room. The breakfast was also excellent. When we arrived we were told that we had a room but would be moved the following day into a better one. The first room was horrible. Mould on the walls, shower not working, musty, damp smell! However, it was clean and the bed was good. The second room was much better, the shower sort of worked and it smelled better, however, the aircon did not work […] in this one. When we told them they were not really interested. The breakfast is an experience in itself, prefab croissants and coffee & juice from the machine in plastic cups. Not great but one can cope. The location is great, not far from Colloseum and other main sites, lovely restaurants & cafes in area. No complaint there. If you can afford anything better do so - if you really want not quite so cheap but cheerful than this is your place. Baca selanjutnya

This hotel on arrival appears questionable. However once you have settled in it is quite pleasant and convenient. The rooms are extremely clean, although small which can be typical of Europe. The surprising thing is that everything you need us available including free high speed Internet access. The staff is friendly and although the reception is not […] open 24 hrs I was able to find them whenever needed. Do not expect your typical American breakfast! It is an Italian style continental breakfast eaten in your room. If you are looking did a Westin style hotel, this is not the placd for you. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable and clean did a few days whilst you discover Rome, go for it! Baca selanjutnya

I would not recommend this place. The ceiling has water stains, the bathroom was tiny, and the shower door kept coming off the hinges. The room was adequate but not pleasant.

We arrived in Rome after a very long train ride from bolzano and it was very early in the morning. The receptionist arrived at the hotel at 7am and told us the room wouldn't be ready until 11, which we were aware of. The hotel is pretty close to Termini station which is not a great neighborhood but in the opposite direction is the colosseum so overall […] the location is ok. In my last trip, I stayed at the Spanish steps so this experience was much different--you have to walk at least half a mile before you get to any major landmark like the forum. Via Panisperna is also on a hill. August is a notorious tourist month but the hotel was able to accommodate us for an extra day but watch out for the extra 2 euro per person Per Night surcharge. We found mold on the waffles that were out for breakfast which is only out for until 10am or so--largely store-bought pastries like plastic-y croissants, completely artificial stuff. The coffee machine dispenses undrinkable hot drinks and the juice machine is as artificial as the rest of the breakfast. We ended up just paying €10 pp to get an unlimited hot breakfast a few blocks away at a big fancy hotel. The maid is nice and she did a great job cleaning our room each day. The room checks all the boxes but even having lived/worked in manhattan (NYC) the rooms TINY. At least there's a window but the tv is small, the a/c works great but they stuffed a mini fridge in the closet, keeping everythingin there about 90 degrees. The safe is a nice hotel touch though. The blanket was old but the pillows were comfortable enough. Huge problem that may only exist in the heavy traffic of summer months: NO hot water. We wanted to complain but e receptionist would be gone by shortly after noon each day. The wooden floors are nice and the ceiling was composed of old wooden planks which was cool, but I would not spend any time in that tiny room if it wasn't 100 deferred outside every day we were in Rome. Hotel is small, no-lift, rooms small, but clean, staff helpful, but not a location for a long term stay in my opinion.

This b&h is in the heart of it all. Restaurants, colloseum, termini station & good times. We got the Roma pass that allows unlimited metro use for 3 days, and this hotel was in the perfect location to reach all the sites. The hotel was clean but very small room. Imagine being in NYC.

Pictures posted on the Internet site are not realistic. Rooms are incredibly small, even by European standard. They advertised breakfast served in your room and the reality was a going to get a cup of coffee and a roll from a machine and eating it on your bed. Very poor quality for the price!

Rooms very clean, shower drains too slowly, breakfast is simple and in the hallway, which you take back to your room. The office is open from only to 7am to 7pm, which caused some problems. Great location. Walking distance to to main central Rome sites and train station.

I would recommend the B&B. Not too far a walk from the train station, nice staff, and quaint, modern room.

price! A bit small room and breakfeast was primarily cakes but all in all we had a wonderfull stay..

Im just going to say truth. Nothing is my feeling that I got. I stayed in this December. Nobody is at the reception mostly. Only a few hours a day. I think they just stay when a visitor is coming. I was just worried if we get any emergency, how can I do. So then, we always have keys which like an entrance, a floor's and our room's. The key is a lilltle […] bothering with me. I was worried if I lose it during out. Then, a bath room(shower area) is so small. BUT, staff are so kind and helpful. I was confortable with them. I went there from Termini station on foot, but when I go to the airport, I reserved a taxi because it was at early morining. They called a taxi, then reserved. It would be helpful. When I did chenk-out, nobody is at the reception. I just left the key in my room.. Baca selanjutnya

The hotel was good for what we needed. The rooms are small but pleasant and it doesn't matter so much when you're out and about in Rome! it has air-conditioning which was a god send after the heat of the day. Breakfast is a range of pastries - might have been nicer with some more healthy options but overall was a really nice place to stay. Wireless […] doesn't work in the rooms but if you have a computer that fits the cable internet is available. Guy at front desk really helpful.. even pointed out the pick pockets for us :) Thanks Baca selanjutnya

Great location. Was showed lovely big room on 1st floor but had bars on window and no fire escape so asked to me moved. New room v small and quite crap really but we were hardly there. Really warm staff.

Utroig lite tiltalende ytre og "foaje". Skittent, dårlig vedlikehold. Ble gitt feil nøkkel ,kom ikke inn kl23.00 om kvelden. Ingen nattvakt på stedet. Rommene lyse og pene, nyoppusset, rent. Frokostbuffet besto av en benk i gangen m ristet brød,sylttøy, kaker,og juice og kaffe på maskin. En dag for lite mat 3/4t før stenging.

Quarto simples e pequeno, com café da manhã discreto, o B&B vale muito! A equipe é muito simpática, a limpeza é irretocável, e o hotel permite a sensação de vc ser um morador da cidade (com direito a chave e tudo). A localização, então, essa não tem preço! Fantástica! Ao lado do metrô, e muito perto do Colosseo, da Basilia Sta MAria Maggionre e do Teatro […] dell'Opera, dá para ir a pé em muitas atrações itneresantes ou pegar o metro para ir mais longe. Het hotel is goed gelegen en is proper. De regendouche is super. Het ontbijt moet je op je kamer opeten en bestaat enkel uit zoetigheden.

Très mauvaise surprise en arrivant dans cet hôtel. Accueil vraiment moyen; la chambre n'avait absolument rien à voir avec les photos publiées sur le site. Une magnifique tache à cause d'une fuite d'eau ornait le plafond ; un des murs était humide rendant l'atmosphère de la chambre moite (au moins de ce point de vue la, les moustiques étaient ravis). […] Sur le mur opposé, la peinture s'écaillait. On n'a pas trouvé mieux dans la salle de bain : ampoule défectueuse, lunette des toilettes cassée et portes coulissantes de la douche qui vous restent dans les mains quand vous essayez de les ouvrir. Pour le petit déjeuner : des gâteaux industriels et des boissons, toutes plus imbuvables les unes que les autres. Le petit déjeuner est "servi" dans le couloir, à prendre donc dans la chambre où il faut se relayer pour pouvoir s'asseoir sur l'unique chaise. L'hôtel est vraiment très sympa et bien situé ! L'équipe est accueillante et très serviable. Le quartier est calme et l'hôtel est proche des tous les lieux touristiques intéressants et de la gare Termini ! Le petit dej dans le couloir est pas terrible, les chambres sont un peu petite et la pression de la douche est limite insuffisante... J'y suis allé […] avec mon chéri juste pour un week-end donc ça allait mais pour un séjour plus long ça pourrait être un peu embêtant. En tout cas pour nous c'était très bien et on ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour notre week-end en amoureux ! Baca selanjutnya

Hôtel à déconseiller ! La chambre est ok mais la salle de bain est minuscule, l'eau de la douche coule partout. Il n'y a rien comme support dans la douche pour mettre le savon ! Au niveau du petit-déjeuner, c'est infect, des biscottes ou des pains industriels fourrés. On doit manger dans la chambre sur une tablette de 20 cm sur 50 cm accrochée au mur […] et il n'y a qu'une chaise pour deux. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans le couloir... Servi, c'est un grand mot. Tout est mis sur une table et servez-vous s'il en reste ! Au niveau accueil, c'est limite ! Par rapport au bruit, idéal pour être réveillé à toutes les heures par les voisins qui rentrent, qui parlent ou qui font l'amour... On participe presque à tout en direct. Je ne vais sûrement pas recommander cet hôtel et je regrette de l'avoir choisi... Baca selanjutnya

Dobbelt værelset er lille - stolen ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men aircondition virkede - brusehovedet blev skiftet og rengøringen var i top. Der er megen trafik lige uden for vinduet... og vist også et bodel på den anden side af gaden... men beliggenheden god - og service fin.

Als je iets zoekt om alleen maar te slapen, is dit een prima plek. Hotel ligt in een rustige buurt op loopafstand van station Termini en Piazza Venezia (beiden ongeveer 15 min). Kamers zijn schoon en netjes, maar klein, met name de douche is erg krap. Diverse eetgelegenheden in nabije omgeving. Belangrijke bezienswaardigheden (bijv. Trevi fontein, Pantheon) […] liggen op circa 25 tot 30 minuten lopen. Eenvoudig ontbijtbuffet (cake, voorverpakte broodjes en drankautomaat) dat op de kamer opgegeten moet worden (of onderweg) Baca selanjutnya

This hotel fully met our expectations. Small rooms, but GREAT location. We stayed in room 110, which seemed a little bigger than some of the other rooms we sneek peeked in at during housekeeping hours. The room was clean and with new sheets and towels everyday. Only downside was the breakfast. Bad coffee and "cake-ish" kind of bread - but fresh fruit […] every day. The staff was friendly and helpfull - please be aware though that the reception desk is closed in the evening and night, but you'll receive a key to let yourself in. We walked everywhere - St. Peter's church was reached in a one hour walk with great sights on the way there. And the walk from Roma Termini was about 10-15 minutes. Should I ever visit Rome again I would not hesitate staying at this hotel one more time - remember what they say "Location is everything" Baca selanjutnya

La primera apariencia es la que cuenta, dice un refrán, pues ésta es muy mala cuando llegas al BYB., tanto por el edificio que parece estar en ruinas como por la mini recepción, pequeña, oscura y en las que muchas veces no hay nadie que te atienda. Es cierto que las habitaciones están limpias, mobiliario nuevo pero la cama está encajonada, el armario […] es enano, y en conclusión no tienes espacio para nada, casi ni para respirar. Por otra parte la información indicaba que se encontraba cerca de la Fontana de Trevi, pues bien, esto es relativo, para llegar andando tienes unos 20-25 minutos a buen paso y para llegar a un transporte público entorno a 15. El desayuno, buffet decía la información, se compone de dulces, algunas manzanas (pero no suficientes para todas las habitaciones) y un café y zumo de máquina de los hospitales (un asco!!). El precio excesivo para el servicio ofrecido, así como excesivas parecen las 3 estrellas otorgadas al hotel, pues más bien es una pensión de 2 estrellas según el baremo español o un hotelito de una estrella como mucho. dit B&B hotel is een prima plek, als je het hotel ziet als een onderkomen voor de nacht. Wij hadden een keurige, schone, maar kleine kamer. Alles wat we nodig hebben zart erin. Het ontbijt is een simpel buffet van zoetigheden, die je op je kamer moet opeten. Als je van uitgebreid ontbijten houdt, zoek dan een ander hotel. Wij vonden het prima. Je eet […] en drinkt wat en in 10 minuten heb je ontbeten. ZO kun je lekker lang in de stad rondlopen. hotellet ligger bare kanon der er ikke langt til div ting som man kan se i rom meget søde personale der bare er der for en hvis man har brug for det . perfækt.

fin beliggenhet, virker som rolig nabolag. rommene er svært små men pene og koslige. badet var spesielt lite. Frokosten var ikke stort. betjeningen var hyggelig og hjelpsom. resepsjonen stenger 7, men man får egen nøkkel
