The staff were very friendly! Breakfast was great! We were sad that the hot tub was out of order and the pool was very cold the first night we were there. The second night the pool was warmer but the hot tub was still out of order.

Very please by this hotel that we had never used before. Selected by price and previous ratings. Lobby-pool-breakfast areas well arranged and decorated for Christmas.

We had a great time and were so comfortable the entire stay. The staff was sweet and accommodating, and we loved that even though we were next to the elevator and right above the pool, once we were in the room, it was very quiet. Great eats and shopping nearby and seconds from the freeway. We loved the "lodgy" feel of this place as well.

When we arrived we noticed that teams were staying here, thought to ourselves it would be ok, until we went to our room! Right by the elevator and I think every team was on our floor, thank goodness we were on the top otherwise we would have had the stomping all night too. The sound proofing is non existent! The front desk should have known better not […] to put people who probably want to sleep by the elevator with 100 teenagers! It was very noisy! The breakfast, it was ok. We came down with an hour at least before the cut off time and half of the food was gone. The in-house dog, Dogger, was cute. Never have experienced that before so we took him for a walk. Sound proofing not great. Exterior of the hotel is very impressive but the rooms are average compared to the exterior.

I was impressed with the check in process, very friendly and efficient. The lobby was beautiful and the room was fine. The manager's reception was not utilized, and the comp breakfast was only partially utilized because of my dietary restrictions, but it looked like everyone enjoyed it! There are other restaurants near by and the lake resort is just […] down the road a bit. The price for this property was good, and with a new hotel being built next door, may even get a bit lower with more competition. Dodger the dog was a treat! I would recommend this hotel. My wife said she did smell smoke from cigarettes in the hotel. It is a non-smoking hotel so it must have come from hotel staff. That was a little uncomfortable for us.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with our two children ages 3 & 6. The free breakfast was a great way to start the day and made the morning much easier to manage (if you have little ones than you know what I mean by this). The staff was very friendly and helpful. On our 3rd night there our daughter came down with a stomach bug and we ended up having […] to strip the entire bed. The hotel staff was very understanding and accommodating and quick to help with removal of the linens and assistance with remaking the bed. We were also able to wash her clothes on site. Location wise we loved the fact that we were within walking distance of a Starbucks, a theater and several restaurants. The hotel is also just a short drive to downtown where we went just about everyday to play at the Fort Sherman play structure. A must if you have children who like play grounds. It's a bit of a drive to Silverwood (25 minutes or so) and there is another Holiday Inn located closer to Silverwood but the location of this hotel to downtown and the other places I mentioned earlier make it worth the extra time in the car. Honestly the only thing that was a tiny bit disappointing was the fact that the outside balcony could have used a broom to sweep off left over tabacco from a previous guest. This hotel was excellent. A little higher priced than some of the "name brand" hotels in the area, but well worth the extra $$. The room was spacious, the service was very friendly & accomadating, & the pool was great. I'd give it 2 thumbs up!

We stayed here with our 12 year old daughter on our way home from Yellowstone. We decided to visit the Silverwood Theme Park so we booked this hotel. We were very pleased with the location (just off I-90) and about 20 minutes from Silverwood. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was extremely friendly. We especially loved Dodger, […] the resident dog who hung around the lobby. We ate breakfast outside on their patio which was beautiful and 2 nights they also offered a free dinner. First of all the only reason we stayed at this hotel was because they advertised a king suite with jacuzzi in the room,they even had a picture on the website of it so we paid a bit extra for that feature when we got there there wasnt one at all when i called down to the lobby to see what the Mix up was she was rude and said they dont even have a room […] with a jacuzzi avaiable. So we were a bit disapointed in that, but not only that but we were staying in a room with a king bed and a pull out couch with two friends so we decided to stay on the couch n let them have the bed, the couch was so uncomfortable i couldnt sleep at all, i felt spring in my ribs. I went downstairs to ask for a few extra towels and pillows cuz we were only given one of each and the girl rolled her eyes and said sure meet me at the housekeeping door ill give them to u, so i followed her there and ten mins later she came out tossed them on me and walked away. I was some what shocked with her attitude. I said thanks as she walked away without one word. Then!!!!! 7 am rolls around i was awake early due to my bed situation, did i mention it was my Birthday? And the maid comes knocking on our door at 7. Even with our do not disturbed sign on the door. Ugh. Need i say more?? Wont be returning. Baca selanjutnya

Our primary reason for staying hear was to visit Siliverwood Theme Park. The hotel is only 20 minutes away from the park. A number of family friendly restaurants are within a few minutes away. The kids enjoyed having access to the pool at anytime. Overall it is a satisfactory budget hotel. Has a noisy in room air conditioner. Only major drawback is the low quality breakfast. I don't know how they find food that bad.

It was right off the freeway and one turn to downtown. Employees were extremely friendly, including the dog dodger who is the greeter for the Hotel. Rooms were very clean and neat. Breakfast area very nice with pool and hot tub through the window. will stay here again in August with family.

This is a beautiful hotel, it felt as if we were at a B&B or Inn. The staff and owner are wonderful people, and we felt so welcome there. The place is very clean and our rooms were so comfortable. In the evenings the temps were -8 or -10, and the whole hotel, was at a nice tempature, didn't even have to turn on the room heater. The morning breakfast […] was very good. Plus they mention that they offer a couple nights a dinner, for their guests. Wow! We travel for work, but this was a pleasure trip, and this Holiday Inn Express was a pleasure to be at! The staff was very friendly, the condos clean and comfortable, the weather was perfect in the high 60's to mid 70's, even had some sun! There was just a 3 minute walk to the beach which was sandy not rocky. This was the best vacation my 11 year old boys and I have enjoyed. We will be coming back next year.

Stayed here 2 nights while on a trip to Silverwood. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. This hotel is really very nice. Breakfast is good and the cookies at night are delicious. Clean and fresh. Would return. Love Dodger at the front desk.
