The staff was very accommodating. They delayed our check out time to accommodate our schedule. Coffee and tea was available 24/7. Breakfast was very nice. The only part we didn't like is that there is no fan in the bathroom. Good hotel with very good breakfast. Very helpful reception staff. The swimming pool was the highlight for the kids. Good chain restaurants, mall, movies are 5 minutes away. The hotel is 20 minutes away from Canandaigua so we were able to enjoy the lake without a lot of travel. Try the food court at Wegmans in Canandaigua for a good meal. "Quality Hotel, Convenient and Comfortable"
The room was clean, light, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had up-to-date features with a large shower. Overall, the temperature control in the room could have been better -- the AC seemed to shut off at times, however that was easily remedied.
