A beautifully appointed hotel , very reasonably priced for a central location and it was great to have a suite.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Burns Art & Culture. Our room was absolutely wonderful (mezzanine suite) and was totally spotless. The fixtures and fittings are top class and you can see a lot of thought has gone into the design. Given how the hotel is set out, you feel like you're in an apartment block. Our room had a shared open terrace to […] the front and a big private patio at the rear. If you go in the warmer months, you would get some great use out of this. The kitchen was well laid out and the living area quite spacious. The iron staircase is a lovely touch and the bedroom was fantastic with an iron 4 poster bed. Location wise its good. Close to the main train station (about 5-10 min walk) although it is about a mile to the Altstadt. However, we enjoyed the leisurely walk through very safe areas. We will definitely stay at this hotel again at some point in the future - genuinely one of the best we've stayed in for comfort. Baca selanjutnya

Our stay here was ok. Room was plenty big enough and was well located. Sadly, on arrival we found we had been bumped from the main 'hotel' to their apartments down the road. No massive big deal, it just meant that we had to walk a fair distance in the morning for breakfast. They did offer to transfer us by taxi but that just seemed a bit of a pain to […] book etc. Room was well furnished but there was no ironing board and iron and no coffee or tea to make a cuppa but there was a kettle. I love this little Hotel. With fewer rooms and a definitively uncorporate feel, it is a rare find for the international traveler. The breakfast spread is outstanding and the service is impeccable. I love the modern, European interior and the courtyard, which most rooms look to.

Really nice hotel, great location. A walk to the main highstreets is less the 10 minutes when you learn the best route. The apartment was very well equipped only thing i would have prefered was an oven over a microwave oven, but who cares about that we ate out in the evenings it was just for breakfast. very nice hotel, one of the cleanest hotels we came accros during our visit to germany. since it is fully equiped with all necessary kitchenware, so we cooked when ever we had a chance. the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the hbf (main train station), 5 minutes walk from several main streets, there is a subway station (u-ban) 5 minutes away with […] a train rate of about 1 min, making it very easy to get to the old town within 15 minutes. This suite hotel is very spacious and has a modern interior design that makes it look great on pictures. There is however something missing in terms of ambience.. the room felt cold and anonomus despite all the design furniture and excellent lighting options available. The room was also physically very cold and the only radiators were located behind […] the curtains with very little heat coming through. It did not help that housekeeping turned off the heat that I had put on during the day so that our room would be warmer when we returned the next day. They also turned off the towel heater and we never managed to get it to work again so cold towels for us! Housekeeping did also use the common outdoor area for having breakfast and SMOKING.. this was not very nice while we were trying to enjoy the sunshine with a simple green tea. In general the hotel staff was not up to standard. The gentleman helping us check in spoke extremely limited english and in general seemed out of place. Mooi hotel waar ik een suite had gereserveerd, mooie kamer, eigenlijk 2 kamers, luxe uitgevoerd met veel marmer, er is wel een glas op stukgevallen :-) . Badkamer mooi luxueus perfect. Minpuntje: In de matras zat wel een kuil. En in minibar maar 1 biertje. Televisie(s) op de kamer erg verouderd, geen flatscreen die zou je hier wel verwachten gezien […] de prijs. Hotel is op loopafstand naar het centrum. In de directe buurt van het hotel veel Japanse restaurants. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel und trotzdem nahe am Puls der Stadt. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Nur wenige Minuten bis zur U-Bahn Vorzügliches Frühsück Bein Bad hätte der Architekt wohl einige Zentimeter grosszügiger planen können (Zi 107, 207 ,307)

Ich wurde sehr höflich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Check In und Out sehr schnell, auch die Einweisung für das Parkdeck! Zimmer sehr groß und super sauber..... Immer wieder gerne!

Tiefgarage total umständlich und eng, muss mit aufzug befahren werden, Parkplätze haben Smart Größe. Sonst OK! Sauber! Personal sehr freundlich!

Et flott hotell med det lille ekstra. Vi fikk en følelse av luksus. Det eneste som trekker ned er manglende varmekabler på badegulvet - det som trekker opp igjen er at hotellet la ut gratis tøfler til oss på badet. Veldig artig juleby - vi regner med å komme tilbake og sjekke hvordan byen er også om sommeren. Da bor vi selvsagt på samme hotel :-)

Appartement vaste et agréable, bien équipé, super calme. Buffet petit-dej très bien. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel aimable et aidant. Un peu excentré, quartier pas dingue, mais pas loin des 1ères rues commerçantes du centre.

Die Apartments sind grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage eigentlich ruhig bis auf die frühmorgendliche Müllabfuhrvorbereitung die mit unglaublichem Lärm in der Strasse einher geht. War halt Pech. Parken etwas kompliziert mit Fahrstuhl aber sonst kein Problem. Frühstück sehr nett inkl. Kaffeespezialitäten. Internet: teuer. Der 24 h Voucher […] der Rezeption war volumenbegrenzt. Her har man muligheten til å skaffe seg et rom med betydelig større kvalitet og størrelse enn man er vant til - til en relativt rimelig penge. Selv om selve hotellet ved første utkast ser litt småkjedelig ut, man får nærmest inntrykk av at man går inn i et normalt leilighetskompleks, forandres først inntrykket når man går inn i den småelegante resepsjonen […] - og deretter forandres inntrykket når man kommer inn på selve hotellrommet. Rommene er som halvstore leiligheter av høy kvalitet. Vårt rom (nr. 115) hadde både eget kjøkken og egen stue i tillegg til to balkonger. Frokosten var ikke inkludert i romprisen - men anbefales. Flott buffet med stort utvalg. Veldig hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilt personale, både i resepsjonen og de frokostansvarlige. Det eneste som trekker noe ned er at det ligger litt utenfor sentrum, ca. 20 mins gange til gamlebyen - og at det er ikke skjer så mye spennende i selve nabolaget til hotellet. Men taxi er billig til sentrum (5,50 euro) og for de shopping-glade er det mange spennende butikker på vei til gamlebyen. Baca selanjutnya

Das Hotel Burns Art & Culture trägt nicht nur diesen Namen, sondern wird diesem Namen auch gerecht. Sehr grosszügige Zimmer, ruhiggelegen und vorallem auch sauber! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Gehobener Standart zum moderaten Preis. Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen! Das Hotel ist wie eine eigene komfortable Kleinwohnung mit Frühstück und Service. Man kann sich hier für die Zeit seines Aufenthalts wie zuhause fühlen, wobei man sich nur an die Eigenheiten gewöhnen muss die zum grossen Teil wirklich interessant sind wie Ausstellungsstücke, Möbel und Einrichtungen. These suites are roomy and comfortable, with a separate living room/kitchen. The hotel is quiet and the design is very arty. Beds are comfortable. Parking […] is difficult anywhere in Düsseldorf: streets are for residents only and parking garages are anywhere from 12 to 25 euros per day. The hotel does offer its own parking garage but space is limited so make sure you reserve a spot while booking (€11/day). The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Schadowstrasse which connects to the Königsallee, which is where all the best shopping is. If you don't want to walk that far, there's a tram close by. You can also take the car, there are parking garages everywhere. Das Hotel liegt zentral in einer stark frequentierten Wohnstrasse, Parkplaetze sind dadurch ausserhalb der Hotelgarage nicht zu bekommen. Die Hotelgarage ist nur ueber einen PKW Aufzug zu erreichen, was sehr umstaendlich ist. Das Hotel hat kein Restaurant und keine Bar, so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, es ist ein Garni Hotel. Die so genannte Suite, […] mit Kochnische !?!, die wir hatten war relativ klein, das Fruehstuecksbuffet war vielfaelltig, das Personal ueberwiegend freundlich, alles in allem hatten wir fuer den Preis einen hoeheren Standard erwartet. Sehr schoenes Apaprtment Hotel. Die Umgebung ist sicherlich nicht so toll, aber man lebt ja im Hotel und nicht auf der Strasse. Sehr Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Sehr saubere und trendy Zimmer.

Heb met veel plezier hier een paar nachten verbleven. Het hotel ligt perfect, in een rustige buurt dus 'snachts geen herrie maar toch het centrum op loopafstand. 'sochtends haalden wij bij een klein rommelig zaakje in de buurt een verder prima koffie om die in het nabijgelegen park op te drinken. Waarna wij door konden naar rijn, museum, altstadt of […] een van de andere bezienswaardigheden. De kamers zijn enorm ruim, eigenlijk gewoon appartementen, inclusief keuken, oventje en zelfs vaatwasser. Het was schoon, en alles was aanwezig. En de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als ik een minpunt zou moeten noemen is dat wellicht dat het ontbijt duur is, wij hebben het maar overgeslagen, en er wifi aanwezig is maar tegen onbetaalbare prijzen.
