HAD A NICE STAY AT THE HOTEL. PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. FOOD WAS GREAT. HAD A NICE STAY. WE WOOD STAY THERE AGAIN.
"Good place to stay in Susanville"
This was a good place to stay in Susanville. They took good care of us and offered some diversion as well.
Was told that it was a smoke free hotel, but it had only been smoke free since October. My room smelled like smoke and since the hotel is connected to the casino the smoke continues to come in to the hotel.
"Comfortable but pricey for what you get"
The staff from the front desk to room service couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. They were very friendly and can't give enough kudos. The room was comfortable but fairly basic for the price. No mini fridge or microwave but there was a coffee maker. The tub looked like it needed to be cleaned with bleach as there was a dark ring from too many […] baths and not enough scrubbing. Also, if you are sensitive to smells then be aware that the smoke from the casino downstairs seeps into the rooms. Finally, I would like to say that if you need to stay at a hotel in Susanville then this is the one I would stay in. It really wasn't a bad room. Baca selanjutnya

The ventilation system could use upgrading because it is very smokey in the casino. There is a very small non-smoking area, but not many machines to choose from.

We will be back, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Very large bathrooms, also I can't forget the food. I was their 4 days and ate every meal there. Had a blast.

surprisingly comfortable room, great bed. There was a spill in the elevator that was still there the next morning. But other than that very good for the money.

"Susanville Hotel and Casino"
Nice place to stay if you need a place in Susanville! Dealt with rude children running up and down the halls. Shower drain was plugged. But everything else was fine. Lost alot at the casino!
