Really pleased with our stay though breakfast a bit chaotic only one member of staff to deal with busy dining room. Recption staff very helpful and friendly.

We were attending a concert in the Olympia so I wanted to stay within walking distance. The hotel was ideally situated for this. We received a nice welcome when we arrived. The room was big, very warm and clean. We had a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the bar was nice too. It was superb value for money.

may be good for someone who is not on a serious trip like me. but its location makes it more noisy and the heating in the room is like old fashioned electric heater !!!!

Located close to Trinity College. Rooms are clean. However, everything is very basic. No elevator. No minibar. Could hear some (not much disturbing) noise from the street. Great hotel staff.

I had read reviews about this hotel being noisy - and yes, it was, having my room on the 1st floor above the restaurant. But let's face it: can you expect anything else if you want to be in the heart of Dublin city centre? For me the noisiness is more than compensated for by the absolutely unconditional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The […] restaurant owner made a hot wisky for me when I came home with a cold, and the receptionist talked my husband through the city centre when he was lost with his car. While staff were very friendly,my overall view of the hotel is. Bed not very comfortable, and the whole place a bit run down. Location was great,and i did not pay a lot of money for my stay.

The guy on the desk was very helpful. For the price and the central location this hotel is unbeatable. Beds were really comfortable and I loved the pristine white duvets. The radiators weren't on but there was a portable radiator which heated the room up really fast.

Unbeatable location for anyone looking to shop and go for drinks in Dublin. It is beside the shops on Grafton street and many restaurants particularly Wicklow street. Downside is the nightclub music that permeates through the hotel. Can't fault the cleanliness or the comfort of the bed.

The front desk was very helpful. they held our bags until our room was ready so we could go see some sights. They also gave many suggestions on places to see. There was a little club that had different events during the week but there were many other things to do within walking distance. Helpful staff. located in downtown dublin right across the street from trinity college and a couple blocks from grafton street. we stayed on weeknights and it was pretty quiet, but maybe the neighborhood gets rowdier on the weekends. No elevator.

Its an old hotel, and I booked a room with a shared bathroom. Everything was clean and the desk were helpful. No complaints, would stay here again.

The room was freezing and when I mentioned this at reception I was advised should close the window. I made them aware the radiator was freezing when they told me the heat was on. The bathroom was a terrible with the window board all rotten. I would not recommend this hotel. No residence bar available after 11pm.

Great location and great staff! Peter at the front desk was by far the nicest person I met in Ireland. He went above and beyond to help me out with tour assistance, advice, and took a lot of time making sure that I had the best stay possible. I was really impressed by him and my hotel stay. The room was excellent and everything was close by.

Very clean, good sheets and duvet. Bit noisy - nightclub nearby and bar underneath. Bed a bit spring laden but slept well in it.

Location is great to museums, Grafton St.,Temple Bar, O'Connell St. In renovation, it looks good, is very clean. Could use a lift. Blarney Pub connected has great food. We would stay here again next trip. It is a good hotel getting better.

The room had been renovated (not sure all of them were). It was 2 big beds but no bathroom. Staff was very friendly. But u had to leave the room when u needed to go to the bathroom and share the bathroom with another room. It was no big deal except that the other person didn't lock the bathroom so that anyone in the Hotel could enter it really....but […] I guess that's why the room was cheaper then the others that have an integrated bathroom. Location is great. But the rooms are in bad condition and the hotel has no lift. Was on the very top floor and had to carry bags all the way up. Also it was a warm day in dublin and there was no air conditioning, not even a fan. Staff were very helpful.

Great central location and amazingly cheap But so noisy, it was, nobody could sleep There are stains on the carpets And draughts in the halls But worst of all are the paper thin walls. The hotel looks very run down and is not somewhere you would come to for a romantic weekend break. However it is in a great location right in the centre of the city and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in this area. If you're just looking for a place to sleep then it will do, but don't expect anything luxurious.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à 10min à pied du quartier du Temple bar. Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, 2 Minuten zur Grafton Street, knapp 10 Minuten zu Temple Bar. Das Zimmer war zwar zur Straße raus, aber der Straßenlärm hielt sich sehr in Grenzen. Der Nightclub im Keller hat eine Nacht ziemlich laute Musik gespielt, so dass es schwierig war einzuschlafen. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber und ordentlich. Zimmerservice jeden […] Tag. Eigentlich war ein Zimmer mit eigenem privatem Bad gebucht, aber da wohl irgendwo ein Fehler aufgetreten war, mussten wir uns am Ende das Bad mit der Etage teilen! Auch war kein Haartrockner für uns verfügbar, weil man diesen an der Rezeption erfragen musste und leider schon alle verliehen waren. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ist das Hotel nicht sehr modern und macht einen abgenutzten Eindruck, aber für den super Preis und die tolle Lage ist es absolut top! Baca selanjutnya

L'accueil est agréable et l'hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et très bons. Les chambres sont au-dessus du pub qui est particulièrement animé en soirée jusqu'à 23 h. Par contre le samedi soir il ne faut pas espérer dormir avant l'aube (boules kies indispensables) !!! je ne sais pas pour les autres chambres mais […] la nôtre avait une salle de bain frigorifique sans chauffage (en plein mois de mars prendre une douche alors qu'il fait 10 ° relève de l'héroïsme). Alors j'ai choisi cette hôtel par rapport à sa notation, son personnel multilingue, aux magnifiques photos , à l'internet accessible par WiFi ou par cable dans la chambre et surtout la salle de bain PRIVATIVE. Et bien sur c'était trop beau pour être vrai !!! - Un agent sur tout le staf, parlait à peine le français - Le wifi à fonctionner que le première […] après-midi de nos 3 jours - Le matelas était bien entamer, on sentait l'armature - La fenêtre n'était pas étanche - Pas d'ascenseur ou de monte charge pour les bagages - le dernier soir, pas de télévision, problème de canalisation et aucune communication de la part de l’hôtel à se sujet Mais tout ça, ce n'est que des menu détails, le comble de tout ça c'est : L'UNIQUE SALLE DE BAIN COMMUNE PAR ÉTAGE L'UNIQUE SALLE DE BAIN COMMUNE PAR ÉTAGE pour une dizaine de chambres Et une chambre avec salle de bain privative par étage aussi Désole, j'ai oublié de prendre une photo de la salle de bain, elle vaut le détour ! L’hôtel est bien situé si vous cherchez un endroit pour faire la fête. Il y a un irish pub ainsi qu'une discothèque au premier étage alors nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté à dormir cette nuit là (samedi soir). Pour 98 euros, nous nous attendions à une chambre privé bien équipée, mais nous n'avions qu'une grande chambre avec 2 lits double. La salle […] de bain était commune et l'eau de la douche était assez froide. Le service à l’accueil est très bon, les gens sont toujours prêts à nous aider avec nos questionnements.
