Ciri Hotel.

"Good stay in Abu Dhabi"
Checked in at 1am, people were friendly and helpful. Would not allow us to lift a finger. All was prepared, no surprises or trouble. Check out was with a smile and "hope you come back again." Lovely people and very nice indeed. Pleasant surprise.

Very happy with the hotel, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff were helpful, knowlegeable and courteous at all times. The location is good as well with plenty of amenities close by and the rooms insulate the road noise very well. Was originally going to stay in Dubai but was far happier in the end to have chosen the CP in Abu Dhabi as a base. Had a pleasant experience and great service from all the hotel staff. The hotel is cconvenietly located.

The hotel is located in city centre and nearby area is convenient. Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful except the front desk staff who did not smile or show his friendly attitude to me when I was checking in. The room was alright, quite spacious, clean and tidy.
"Absolutely EXCELLENT"
We booked a standard room and on arrival were upgraded to a Club room, courtesy of the hotel! On the first night we had a small issue with the bathtub, then required more toiletries and then wanted one more duvet. In all three occasions, there was someone at our room to assist within a maximum of 3 minutes! Everyone were extremely helpful and attentive […] with a smile 24/7. They made us feel than we were taken care of to the max. The room was huge and they arranged it according to our prior requests via hotels.com. The location (Hamdan street) is central which is great. "Crowne Hotel in Abu Dhabi+"
Extremely helpful at reception and all the stuff were so lovely, pleasant and helpful. I recommend staying here to anyone - it was fantastic and so reasonable priced. The breakfast selection was incrediable, such wonderful variety and all very fresh.

The Crowne Plaza is ideally situated in downtown Abu Dhabi and offers good 4/5 star facilities. The layout is a little strange with the restaurants being on the 9th floor but that does nothing to spoil the enjoyment of the hotel. Everything was very much as expected for a business hotel.

처음 이용 해본 크라운프라자호텔은 전반적인 서비스나 직원들의 친절함이 돋보였습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 객실내 가구등의 상태가 좀 오래되어 보였고 관리가 잘 안되보였습니다. 조식부페도 메뉴가 다양하게 제공된 점도 맘에 들었습니다. 교총도 아부다비 시내 중심에 위치해 있어 접근성도 좋은편입니다.

Hotel Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi is centraal gelegen met alle facliteiten van een 5 ster. De service is meer dan uitstekend en er wordt elke dag gevraagd of alles nog steeds naar tevredenheid is en wat er verbeterd kan worden.
"Very good hotel on a central location"
I was very satiesfied with the hotel and all its services. I stayed one night, and moved on to a more expensive hotel, which I regret. Crowne Plaza were much better, to a cheaper prize. Highly recommended.

"Didn't like the flooring"
If there is one thing I didn't like about this hotel it was that the rooms had wood flooring instead of carpet. Other than that it is a very good hotel. Especially the Asian food restaurant on the ground floor.
