We could hear our next door neighbors getting ready early in the morning. They were not being especially loud. The walls were paper thin. Also, hall noises all night. Could hear slamming doors. overall the Hotel was nice, but they stuck us on the top floor all the way in the back of the Hotel. When we returned to our room on Sat. night( around 10:00 pm), there was some sort of event going on in the banquet room right under our room. The music was so loud that even with the TV on we could not sleep. When we called the front desk, they could […] only say, they were sorry. The Hotel was not at all full, so why did they give us a room right above the event. Our children and grandchildren recently moved to Frisco, so we were hoping the would be a Hotel we would stay in when visting them. "A couple of issues, but overall not too bad."
This is a newer hotel, which is a plus. It had a clean, newness which we enjoyed. But, it had a couple of negatives. The beds were a type of sleep number bed. We hated them. One of them wasn't functioning correctly, so it was hard as a rock! The AC unit was incredibly loud kicking on and off. That made for an unpleasant night. I guess I'd still recommend […] the hotel based on location and price, but make sure you put the AC unit on continuos fan (figured that out 2nd night) and that the beds are working like they're supposed to.
