This was the cleanest hotel i have ever been too. The staff was very nice and the hotel has a really contemporary design. The food is good but takes alittle long to come. The con: no spa, u have to request frig and microwave. Also no concerige. So get ready to carry your own bags. I would return.

Great little find was driving down to Naples Fl and needed half way spot from NC. Great/easy location nice clean/new and very nice staff.nice evening spots aroound also. Not sure about the little curtain in room maybe a sliding door would work and look more "finished" But well done,and good luck.

This is a great hotel. Very clean and modern in common areas and the rooms. The bathroom was nice, modern, and had a huge shower with a nice showerhead. The king bed was comfortable enough, not impressive but far from the worst. Laminate hard woods floors in the room were a different, yet nice touch. The view from the room was also nice, overlooking, […] a small lake. A frig in the room would have made it that much better. The hotel was in Tapestry Park, which is a small center of shops and restaurants but the larger St. Johns Town center is less than a 5 minute drive away with many more options for stores and restaurants. One day, I went on a jog to St. Johns Town Center and back as the weather was great. It's a very pleasant neighborhood, business district but very nice and scenic. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good so I recommend the extra few dollars for the breakfast package. The place also had a small pool and hot tub which I did not use but it looked nice. The fitness room was very small but the equipment was nice and the room was very well maintained providing towels and filtered water to drink. Parking and wifi were free, although on this trip, I did not connect to the internet, it was too nice to be stuck in the room in the evenings! Overall, a very nice hotel on Jacksonville's southside. One of my better stays in the area and I have stayed at 4 other hotels in the downtown area. I would highly recommend to anyone. Baca selanjutnya

Directions were miss leading, but when I finally got there. It was BEAUTIFUL. It was all the headache of trying to find it. I can't wait to stay there again. Very clean rooms. Service was great. Enjoyed my stay.

This location is within several miles of UNF, where my son is a student. My room was very nice and comfortable. The bedding was unusually nice. The shower and bathroom were modern and spacious. I liked the hotel's decor and location. The room lacked a refrigerator and microwave, which I would expect at this price point. I asked about that when I was […] asking to have my coffee microwaved in the lobby bar area, and was told that you needed to request that option at this point since some rooms have them and some don't. Beautiful and modern, ths hotel had more than we expected. Uses a fung-shwe type of atmosphere in the rooms. Comfortable beds, nice huge shower, Aveda bath products and a Keurig coffee maker. What more could you ask fot at such an affordable price.

The hotel was amazing. Better than I expected. Very polite staff and clean rooms.

Loved it, will stay again. Clean room, great location for food, shopping, any and everything!

My friends and I recently went to JAX for Winter Jam Concert. I am a priority member of Holiday Inn Express and I always stay with them. Well, my sister recommended that we book Hotel Indigo so I checked out their website and the prices were lower and the pictures were beautiful. Let me tell you, the pictures that are on the website do not do this place […] justice. It is beautiful, and the grounds are immaculate. The neighborhood is great and very convenient to everything!! My wife and our two children and our chihuahua spent one night at this hotel. Everything was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. The entire family enjoyed our stay. Anyone thinking of staying in southern Jacksonville, I would recommend this hotel. Oh, and the shower was "the best."

Hotel had very comfy beds, linens, pillows but it's always difficult for us (two adults) to sleep in a double bed, wished they offered queens. My only other disappointment was the bathroom had an unusually "spa-like" (large) shower but I happen to prefer a bath and there is no tub at all. I really like the hardwood floors in the room; very clean!!

Absolutely loved the stay here! Shower was unique and the neighborhood was beautiful, close to everything.

We made our reservation by calling Hotels.com while traveling. We asked for a place with a moderate rate, and Hotels.com came through with flying colors. We've made reservations previously using Hotels.com via the internet, this was our first phone experience and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. (Thank you, Pam, for all your help.)

Super clean hotel - nice fitness center - rooms decorated well and big... No complaints.

We love this place! This is our third time here. Great staff, excellent food/ room service. The heated salt pool is Great for the fame as well as the waterfall hot tub.ots of little shops/ spas withing walking distance as well as great restaurants. Zero complaints

We have stayed here before, and we will again.

We stayed here on a "shopping trip" to St. Johns Town Center. Very nice hotel with pretty lobby and beautiful rooms. The room size is a little small but they have it laid out great. My rate at hotel.com included breakfast - we got room service that was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The hotel is relatively new and has modern architecture. Great bathroom and shower. They have a small, but well appointed excersize room. Nice lobby and bar area. The pool is a bit small. We found the location perfect for us and is right next to several good restaurants and lots of shopping. The only negative was when we called for some basic toiletries […] we had forgotten the answer was "sure we have those down here at the desk". Maybe this is picky, but I've never had to get dressed and trudge down to the desk to pick up something like that at a hotel. I would expect an offer to bring it up to the room at a minimum. I really enjoyed the places that were close to the hotel. However, I wish it had also been closer to a pharmacy or some type of store.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Each visit has been perfect. Very friendly staff. Accomodated me and my family every which way. Rooms are gorgeous. Recommend one over looking the lake in back. Rooms each time have been spotless. Price is far below what I would expect for a place of this quality. The surrounfing area is gorgeous. The street […] it is on is quaint (imagine Harry Potter) and across the street is a great theater and restaurants. Down the street everything you could possible need. Recommended highly. My husband & I visit Jacksonville quite often as our son goes to UNF. We've stayed at various hotels, and this past weekend we stayed at Hotel Indigo for the 1st time. The hotel is fairly new, the room was clean, comfortable & spacious (especially the bathroom). Right outside the door are restaurants & shopping, which was very convenient. It was a great stay. The hotel room was clean. The hotel staff was nice. The breakfast was great and at a nice price point. I loved how close it was to the very nice mall! Oh. . .and the Aveda products were a plus!

I absolutely love this hotel! I've stayed here several times and have been pleased each time. The well-appointed rooms are spacious and clean. There is a nice patio and walkway along the water behind the hotel. The best part is that you can bring your animals. I'm pretty sure the entire 5th floor is set aside for pet-friendly guests. There is a $25 […] fee for the pet- but it covers your entire stay and is not charges on a per night basis. My only complaint is that there has not been a bathtub in the rooms I have stayed in- only a shower. But I love the shower. It's been very large and very modern. Baca selanjutnya

We had a great time - the service was excellent, the staff was super helpful. We had room service for breakfast both mornings and it was quick and the food was wonderful.... Would recommend to anyone!

We loved everything about this hotel. The location is great; the beautiful and peaceful area promotes mental health and calmness. The hotel's decor is just wonderful and very relazing. We can't wait to come back and stay longer.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Staff was friendly and it was very clean. However I did not like that in the standard rooms there was only a shower I would of preferred a shower and tub combo. But other then that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had an awesome time and loved everything about the hotel! Spa shower, hardwood floors, fun and refreshing decor, aveda bath products, clean and quiet! We loved the location too, it was perfect for shopping, going to the beach, and going to the zoo. So many wonderful restaurants and attractions nearby-you just can't go wrong! The room and location were good. The bathroom door is louvered so ther was no privacy. There was also a 25 dollar charge when we checked in however; we are supposed to get itreturnedwithin 5 days. I would not stay again but would recommend it to others.

A buddy of mine and I stayed at the Hotel Indigo in May for the Players Championship. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the amenities were very nice. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 for comfort was when we checked into the hotel the first evening, we had specifically requested a room with 2 beds but when we arrived […] we were going to be put into a room with a single king size bed. The staff was pleasant and was able to move us into another 2-bed handicapped accessible room. The room was fine but the shower in the bathroom did not have any kind of lip on the floor (obviously to make it simpler to get a wheelchair into the shower), but no matter how you tried to take a shower (even with a removable shower head), the water ran out into the bathroom onto the smooth tile, which becomes EXTREMELY slippery when it gets wet. We tried putting extra towels and mats on the floor to absorb the water but the floor still got wet.. Both of us slipped in the bathroom on the tile after taking showers. I was glad that the hotel did have an ample number of handicapped accessible rooms for those that need them, but if you don't need one, then I would suggest requesting a non ADA room. Indigo Jacksonville had an amazing staff! Jennifer at the front counter was very accomidating. The bar staff was fast and friendly, and the cafe room service was an added treat. Loved the modern feel of the room. Very comfortable! The only miss was the bathroom door (slotted like a closet door) that did not provide much privacy.
