We paid £55 for one nights stay for two including breakfast. So good value for money.

Avoid room 418, strange constant noise meant I had to change rooms to a smaller room at 1 am. Bad sleep.

The young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a couple of pillows and a fan and they were brought to our room very quickly. The morning staff all greeted us with hellos etc and was nice touch that they spoke whilst still doing their job. The hotel itself felt a little dated in decor. The tv in the room and tea making facilities […] were all good. The room itself must have been about as far away from the desk as it could be and i found it difficult to get to as it was up a couple of flights of stairs and then down some more and a good walk along a very long corridor with very creaky floor boards. The bed was about the most comfortable and biggest bed i have ever slept in. Over all we had a great nights stay with one or two small niggles. Baca selanjutnya

When leving the hotel I gave the lady on reception a list of things which needed cleaning, this included: shower head orange - disgusting hair on side of bath (not mine) tiles orange bath panel orange/brown film which needed cleaning off wall paper was coming off the walls in the main area Overall I was very disappointed with the room.

I had the most excellent room with an extra extra large bed and the most wonderful shower/bathroom. The receptionist was extremely helpful, cheerful and caring about customers needs. Would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Corby area. Access to internet was easy and quick with the Code readily available from reception. […] I was there to attend an evening function where the service and the food were all of an excellent standard. The only problem we experienced was noisy visitors on the Saturday evening/night .Apart from that we had an excellent stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights, good location for what we wanted. room was clean.There was a buffet available on 1 night instead of using the bar or resturant. Food was good. Breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasent. Overall 1 good place to stay

Overall it was an okay hotel. There are two negative comments I wish to make. 1}. Breakfast (which was included in our rate) is over at 9:30am (at almost all other hotels breakfast is not over until 10:30am). We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and ony had breakfast 2 times as we were in Corby on holiday and had many late nights (going to a wedding, […] etc) and did not make it up in time. When we inquired about having the breakfast delivered to our room, we were told it would cost us 10 pounds (instead we went down the street a couple of blocks and paid 4 pounds each for a large English breakfast). Having the breakfast included was one of the reasons we had booked this hotel so it was disappointing that we did not get it. 2}. The hotel locks the front door at night and you do not get a key to get in. You have to ring the buzzer (which doesn't work) or call a number to get the night porter to come open the door. We only had texting on our mobiles as we are from Canada and didn't want to get hit with high roaming charges - so we had no way to call to get the door open. Good thing the taxi driver was accommodating and called for us or we would not have gotten into our room. We had never stayed in an hotel before where the front doors are locked. They should be open 24/7. I don't know how someone who didn't carry a mobile would get into the hotel after the doors are locked (the buzzer being out of service should certainly have been fixed promptly but it was out of service the whole 10 days we stayed there). Other than that, we had no other major issues. I would say it is at the most a 3 star hotel. Baca selanjutnya

Suburb value for a lovely, clean and friendly hotel. One of Best Westerns better ones. Breakfast was plentyfull and fresh and the juice was very tasty, NOT watered down at all. Room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Hotel clean and cared for. I have experienced very variable standards with Best Western hotels and tend to avoid them but this hotel is good. Bedroom clean and well maintained. Bathroom spotless clean. Restaurant menu a bit limited but quality of food very good. Drink prices reasonable. Restaurant staff good but the real star is Bonny -she deserves […] promotion. Lots of secure parking. Only fault I could find was a noisy water pipe which started at 6.00 am, but as an early riser it wasn't a problem for me. Reception made a note to get it fixed. hotel was exceptional value and welcoming room was comfortable exellent bed, reception made us welcome especialy Steph and her relief. breakfast is well worth it. exellent.

Na een verblijf in meerdere hotels in de omgeving van Corby, is dit hotel een verademing. Het heeft een zeer goed prijs /kwaliteit verhouding !

Cet hotel est situé dans un cadre bien sympathique et le personnel accueillant. Par contre, à mi mai le chauffage ne fonctionnait plus, les fenêtres étaient ouvertes donc nuit difficile.... Cerise sur le gateau, le matin l'alarme incendie s'est mise en route pendant 10'.
