"Ramada Encore Inverness"
Hotel is in a very good location, very central. No parking at hotel, but we parked at the station car park for about 4 pounds for 24 hours. The car park is just across the street. Room was very clean and modern the bed is not the comfiest, but very happy for the price we paid. Will probably go back if in inverness again.
Lovely hotel clean and ideal situation will definately use again.

"Bit sterile but convenient"
We stayed for two nights and had nothing to complain, just that the door was open at our arrival but since we hadn't been to the room yet that wasn't too bd, just surprising. The hotel was clean and the personnel friendly. The rooms had a bit of a sterile atmosphere but nothing bad, really. Somehow I thought I had booked breakfast as well; as it turned […] out I didn't and we found that breakfast was rather expensive so we went outside to get ours. All in all stay was very okay. "Good choice"
Very satisfactory choice. Rooms comfortable and location central. Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Only criticism is that neighbourhood is a bit scruffy. Clearly this isn't the fault of the hotel!

"Flawless"
I try to think of a criticism when writing reviews ("Great!" isn't helpful) to give someone considering a hotel a flavor of the service but it's very hard to think of one for this hotel. The location is fantastic (on a nice street, <5 minutes walk from main shopping and castle), the service was excellent (man at the front desk was very friendly and […] helpful), the room was, although on the small side, very comfortable and attractive (great bedding!). Additionally, we had breakfast here and the food, although not TOP of the line, was fine with plenty of choice. I suppose if I had one warning if would that I was woken up in the middle of the night by two drunks talking in the street near our open window. I wouldn't really call this a criticism as complaining about a great city location coming with city noises is the height of inanity. Just a warning that there are a couple of bars around, so if you're on a low floor, maybe close your window before going to bed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Baca selanjutnya

We found the hotel comfortable and our room was very quiet........it suited our needs......a lack of storage for clothes was a small problem area.....just the one day we had no cleaner in our room so had to ask for clean towels and some coffee which we never got but to their credit they were really busy when I spoke to them so I think it slipped their […] mind. the ramada encore inverness is in an excellent location, very short walking distance to bus and train stations,shopping centres and restaurants.The hotel itself is very good value given its central location and the views from rooms 4th floor and upwards are stunning..esp if you are in rooms ending in 01. The hotel that my wife and i stayed at was in the centre of Inverness very close to the Bus Station and the Railway station along with all local amenities. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, our room was spacious, clean and tidy and i would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Completely satisfied. Although lack of free in room wifi is a bit disappointing. Buy apparently there's free internet in the lobby. Good value for money anyway.

"Great Stay!"
The hotel is in a great location. We planned to do some hiking on the Great Glen trail and along the Caledonian Canal and the location was perfect. Limited hanging space and no place to keep your luggage which was fine for us becasue we travelled light. No in room safe either.

The Encore is apparently a new line of Ramada hotels offering a value/budget experience. It's clever: instead of building a regular hotel room with cheap quality goods, they build a small, fairly bare hotel room that's pretty good quality. Don't expect luxe touches, but it's a decent choice if you're expecting to be out and about most of the day anyway. The […] staff at this particular hotel was VERY helpful. "Great room for the money"
Location of the hotel was great. Right at the train station, and other businesses. Very modern. The only thing bad I have to say..the beds were very uncomfortable. But all in all..Nice experience.
"Poor room allocation"
Specifically requested twin beds, but ended up with double + pull-out sofa. As OAP's with hip problems this gave one of us a very uncomfortable night. Why advertise that twin beds where available, and confirm that request? We have had this problem before and it needs to be looked at by the industry.

Hotel is centrally located although no car parking available. Had to park in a local multi storey. Hotel is minimalistic. One rather flat pillow supplied per guest. Response to request for an additional pillow each was that there were no spare pillows in hotel.

"La única pega"
El hotel es moderno y limpio, el baño está bien equipado. La única pega es que no tiene armario, sólo una barra con cuatro perchas contadas, y no caben más, así que hay q dejar la ropa en la maleta, pq tampoco había cajones. el resto estupendo, pantalla plana y grande, camas amplias y cómodas.
Escolhido pela conveniente localização.
Hotelli sijaitsee luonnonkauniilla paikalla. Läheisyydessä ovat oivat mahdollisuudet tutustua Skotlannin maaseutuun ja skottien ystävällisyyteen.

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt og er perfekt dersom man vil se seg om i sentrum av Inverness med kort vei til det meste. Hotellet var rent og ryddig med grei betjening. Likevel: Dette er et hotell for "en natts" overnattinger. Rommet var kaldt (bokstavelig talt) og ukoselig, noe som gikk igjen i hele hotellet. I tillegg blir det en del støy utenfra. Hotel was in a good place in the city center. Small distances to everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfest was good. Didn't have any other meals in the hotel so can't say anything about that. Room was pretty minimalistic but it had everything we needed. Except for an adaptor but that we got from the reception. Only bad thing about the […] room was that it had pretty thin walls. We could hear almost all noises from the neighbouring room. "Ramada Inverness: la opción práctica"
Hotel bastante céntrico, nuevo, apto para una noche sin pretensiones: carece de parking y garage y el bar cafetería se encuentra en el hall, donde el aire acondicionado hace que haya que abrigarse para desayunar. Las habitaciones, nuevas y cómodas, dentro de su categoría. El personal cumple su cometido, aunque sin prisas.

La única queja es que a pesar de solicitar a Hotels.com una habitación twin, me asignaron una doble (cama de matrimonio) y viajaba con mi hijo y no hubo posibilidad de cambio, ya que el hotel estaba completo
