Last Christmas, my family and I stayed at another questionable hotel in Manchester in an attempt to save some money. After a HORRENDOUS experience, we decided to go with this hotel due to its great reviews. I am VERY glad to say everything was clean, the staff were very friendly & helpful and the breakfast was worth it!
