this was an overnight stay and we found the location wascentral, the service was good and the bar and restaraunt good.

As usual - excellent service & staff, great room (although the thermostat had been set to A/C 56 degrees and it took a little while to warm up upon arrival! Brrrrr...). We have found our hotel in Buffalo!

Travelled from Toronto to Buffalo for a few days of shopping . Location of hotel to shopping was convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and made some great suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. Kids had a great time in the pool.

Being a non-smoker myself and my friends who were in town for my son's wedding were extremely offended with the smell of smoke on the seventh floor. We asked for non-smoking rooms but were mixed in with smoking rooms. As soon as you stepped off the elevator on the seventh floor it reeked of smoke. Stayed one night for concert at the Arena. Staff was very helpful in getting us a cab as well as indicating places to go afterwards. Additionally bar staff was very nice and had a great end of evening there.

it's too far from niagara fall about 30 min.

My son and I stayed here to see a Bills preseason game and see the falls the next day. Beautiful hotel and huge comfortable room with very friendly service. The made to order omelet ranks among the best breakfasts I've had anywhere. There were hotels closer to the stadium and the falls but this central one worked great for us and my son loved it as […] part of his birthday trip. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept by staff. All needs were promptly responded to. Breakfast provided by hotel was great, included made to order omlette bar. I would definitely stay there again if in the Buffalo area!

wonderful suites!

Room service was poor in the sense, there were not enough toiletries like towels, soap, shampoos etc for the no of people staying in the room instead we have ti call them and tell them the count and get it for everytime. Otherthan this, everything was perfect. i like it.

We enjoyed our stay, nice room but there was no Wi-fi as stated. We called the front desk 3 times, went down to ask for a service person and asked an attendant but no one ever came to see if they could accommodate us.

I stayed on saturday night. there's some club around hotel. probably very close place. I couldn't sleep because of noise!!!

The hotel is well maintained and convenient, particularly if you have business in downtown Buffalo. The room was very spacious and clean and I had no complaints. But, the surrounding neighbourhood is not very comfortable, though that is very much a part of the city rather than the hotel. The bar accross the street is open till 3am with very loud music,,, We could not sleep,,, complained to desk and they said it goes on like this all the time. and this was a Wed. night...

The room and building was excellent. The service left a bit to be desired (owing to some tardy housekeeping and rather brusque reception) . Overall the Embassy suites experience has been good and the building itself is very good.

I enjoyed my two night stay at the Embassy suites. The breakfast was decent - made to order omelets and oatmeal, so I was set. Spot Coffee across the street also had great breakfast options. My room was freezing when I arrived, but I quickly fixed that. The gym was very nice, clean, but did not have any towels when I arrived and the pool area was closed. […] That was disappointing. I would rate them a 5 but the food took them down to a 4. Everything was excellent but the food was just ok. The nightly manager's reception was fair. The food was not kid friendly & no variety. The complimentary breakfast also could of been improved greatly. Very little variety with no meat (ham, bacon or saugage) served. Kudos to the vallet! Always […] friendly & very fast! I invite 2 queens bad from 1/2011 and I came to this hotel on 7/2011 I came with my wife and 2 big chileds And we got only 1 king bad ,we need to sleep 4 people in 1 bad 2 nights and the service from the hotel answer us that they dont have queen bad and they all booked and we very don't like this answer and service and we very disappoint from this hotel […] answer and service its was so ugly and uncomfortable Baca selanjutnya

It was EXCELLENT in every way. We came tired and every single person we came across was pleasant and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The servers were wonderful as well. From the minute we entered to the minute we left, everything was PERFECT! Loved the hotel. Clean and great location. 15 minute drive to the falls but worth it as the hotels around the falls are not that great. Perks: Valet parking!! This is a tough review to write. I really would love to give this hotel a better rating, but the bad always out ways the good. I have stayed at this property several times. I used to stay at the Hyatt, and when this opened I had hopped it would be as good as the other Embassy Suites I have stayed at. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the […] location is good. The problem with this hotel is the folks that run it. The rooms are often dirty and you have to call to get that taken care of. This trip the bed cover was filthy. It had stains that looked like blood and the top cover was soiled as if it was sat on repeatedly by someone that was working in the garden. The main house keeper came and fixed the problem promptly, but surprised it was like that in the first place. Also the towels were badly worn and had holes in them.  The parking is only valet. It is reasonably priced, but has been a problem on most of our stays. One visit they scratched the door of the rental. This visit they kept changing the radio station and would sometimes leave it cranked loud when you restarted the car. Small problem, but just another aggravation. There are some nice people that work here and I would hate for them to be reflected badly by this review, but it seems like it is poor managers that are letting a few bad employees ruin the reputation of this hotel. This was our first time in Buffalo and we would come back in a flash. The hotel was outstanding and the staff were very friendly and ready to help. This restaurant in hotel is fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

Embassy Suites Buffalo is by far the best Hotel we've stayed at. Only Con - can get a bit noisy outside at night.

Two yr old hotel......we had a 2 queen sized beds in a suite........everything was fabulous.......great breakfast.....great manager's reception...we could not havebeen happier with our selection.......cannot believe they do it for such a reasonable price!

Huge rooms, very clean. Great lobby - ate in-room, also very good. Probably best hotel in Buffalo..

This hotel is in a good location for a down town location. Spotless--every corner. Offered a free managers reception with snacks and drinks. The in room coffee maker wasn't working properly, and was immediately brought a new one. Two of the most comfortable beds we had ever had in a hotel. Only problem we had, was did not receive the 4:15 AM call had […] requested, but I had set the clock radio as a back-up, so we made our deadline. I'd recommend to anyone. Better than staying near the falls with those bed bugs, this place is less expensive and much comfortable..its hardly a 15 min drive from here to the falls. Most of the hotels at the falls are expensive, smaller, less maintained, bed bugs infested......., but this place is worth every penny, its clean, neat, good breakfast and above all no bed bugs. […] mark my words take it. hotel security is nice but to move elevator three floors had to swipe key card three times. no instruction on how to operate any think in room ie microwave refrigerator only stocked upon request did not like that should at least had water in it broken ice machines had to go to multiple floors for ice

My husband was on business....kids and I tagged along. Room was clean and large, nice to have two TV's, one for us, one for the kids. Breakfast was great, something for everyone. Only complaint was the pool was cold!! Would definately stay here again!

My stay @ The Embassy in Buffalo was very nice, from arrival to departure. We arrived just in time for the special managers hour between 6 - 7 I believe, U get complimary drinks & snacks (Liquor inc). The pool & hot tub area is small but clean & comfortable, the gym is not bad either. The rm was clean & very stylish, 2 rm suite w/ 2 flat screens, large […] bathrm, microwave area, free newspaper & compl breakfast was good as well. Reserved suite for 5, but each day had to ask for additional towels and amenities. You would think a hotel that provides a delicious made to order omelet and has a cocktail hour could look at a reservation and stock the room accordingly.

Very nice, clean and welcoming. Two-room suite, full amenities. Short, one night stay, however Embassy would be ideal for longer visits. Will definitely return. Our room was comp'd by Hotels.com due to 10 night stay reward program. Thank you, Hotels!
