"Great place to stay"
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. The bed was probably the best I've slept on in a hotel. The next time I'm in Buffalo, I'm definitely staying here again.

The first night of my stay was unfortunately during high winds. The hotel sounded like I was on a creeky old ship all night long so I didn't sleep well at all. My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable, extreme clean and rose above our expectations. The suite had two rooms which was practical as I couldn't sleep while my wife was sleeping and I went into the next room to watch tv and not wake her up. I am going to give the Embassy Suite Buffalo a 3 because the housekeeping was very poor with my room.But overall our stay was pleasants and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back again.

"black friday"
A couple friends and I stayed at the embassy suites for black friday. The rooms were big enough, although we expected it to be bigger. The people at front dest were very nice, however when we were STARVING looking for anything that was open on thanksgiving, he didn't mention the hotel restaurant being opened. Also, the bartender who worked that night […] was SO rude. I don't know if he was mad because he was working thaks giving or if it was because we were a bunch of teenagers. But the breakfast was amazing and the chefs were too. And we didn't get our roomed cleaned because apparently they didn't want to come back..... Its you're job to come back but whatever. Hotel offers huge suites with separate bedrooms & mini kitchens. Our room rate included the nightly manager's reception (free snacks & wine) and a full freshly-cooked breakfast. When you add that to the cost of the room - it is the best deal in town. Only complain was that the bathroom needed more towel bars (hardly a big issue!) "Consistently excellent"
As usual - excellent service & staff, great room (although the thermostat had been set to A/C 56 degrees and it took a little while to warm up upon arrival! Brrrrr...). We have found our hotel in Buffalo!
Travelled from Toronto to Buffalo for a few days of shopping . Location of hotel to shopping was convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and made some great suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. Kids had a great time in the pool.

Being a non-smoker myself and my friends who were in town for my son's wedding were extremely offended with the smell of smoke on the seventh floor. We asked for non-smoking rooms but were mixed in with smoking rooms. As soon as you stepped off the elevator on the seventh floor it reeked of smoke. "Great hotel"
Stayed one night for concert at the Arena. Staff was very helpful in getting us a cab as well as indicating places to go afterwards. Additionally bar staff was very nice and had a great end of evening there.

My son and I stayed here to see a Bills preseason game and see the falls the next day. Beautiful hotel and huge comfortable room with very friendly service. The made to order omelet ranks among the best breakfasts I've had anywhere. There were hotels closer to the stadium and the falls but this central one worked great for us and my son loved it as […] part of his birthday trip. "Very Nice and Comfortable Hotel! Excellent Staff!"
Hotel was extremely clean and well kept by staff. All needs were promptly responded to. Breakfast provided by hotel was great, included made to order omlette bar. I would definitely stay there again if in the Buffalo area!

Room service was poor in the sense, there were not enough toiletries like towels, soap, shampoos etc for the no of people staying in the room instead we have ti call them and tell them the count and get it for everytime. Otherthan this, everything was perfect. i like it.
