Fortune Select Metropolitan - Jaipur

The Hotel is easy to reach from out of town, but then it is not close to downtown or to any touristic place (15-20 minutes by taxi or tuk-tuk). Hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a nice, good buffet or a-la-carte restaurant. It is located on top a "very western" shopping mall.

Everything really perfect.

We were upgraded to SUIT room and the room is very spacious and comfortable. Hotel maintenance is fine. Restaurant food is good. The hotel is connected with a shopping mall even though it is a rather localized and small one. However, the surrounding area is not very attractive.

After having stayed for 3 nights in this mediocre hotel se can unfortuneately only advise against other travellers to stay in this hotel. Ok, service was not aweful, the staff were friendly and smiling, but rather unforthcoming. The hotel was extremely unclean (after finding stained bed lining with foreign hairs) we asked them to be changed only to […] find the new ones almost as stained as the previous ones, which was a first for me although travelling across Asia for about 7 years now. The towels in the bathroom were not white but dark grey. The view from the window was towards a very busy street, a building site and worst of all; a window board full of bird's poo.. Not directly 4 star and absolutely not in line with the hotel chain's slogan and ambition to be the best first class hotel chain in India. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was very comfortable, spacious, and definitely good value for the rates. We arrived in Jaipur at close to midnight, and the 24hr cafe was very convenient, with the kitchen ready to serve up all dishes on the menu (requested for a breakfast dish late in the evening and they obliged!). This was a great hotel the rooms were great and very modern. The breakfast was great lots of choices and very I cannot fault this hotel.

Jaipur isn't a wealthy city, so the quantity of 5 star and 4 star hotels isn't as large as Delhi or Mumbai. I stayed at this hotel for 7 days on a business trip. Its in a very convenient location for business associates to meet, and I rented the board room for meetings every day. This was a very great experience, for a great price (about $110/day for […] the meeting room). The hotel restaurant is great- the breakfast especially good with plenty of western food to settle ones stomach after too much Indian food. The staff were very attentive. There were occasional tiny details that weren't perfect like putting 1/4 rolls of toilet paper in the room instead of full ones, and water pressure being a tiny bit low sometimes, but for the location, price, service, and ease of dealing it was really a great hotel for business. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfort room. From the 3rd floor of the hotel you can access a good shopping centre with food court. The only complaint is spa/pool facilities close a bit early, around 7pm

Have stayed in this hotel many times, over all standard was still good. However noticed some services were not as good as previous visits. Wifi was only free for 4 hours, before it has been free for 6 hours and the connection was slow and unreliable. Only really worked if you were hard wired, so not very flexible. The hotel management and staff were very friendly, courteous, polite and very attentive to my needs and very affordable rates. Rooms were very clean and the restaurant food was excellent with so much varieties. I am planning to come back and stay at this hotel again in the future. I would definitely recommend this to all my family and friends.

Location is not ideal if you are tourist...but from I see the hotel seems to be targeted as a business hotel. But other than that, everything else is excellent! I arrived very early in the morning and was able to check in at 7 and have a late check out at 2:30pm. Staff are very friendly. Food in the restaurant is also good. I saw previous reviews that mentioned it is good for family. It is excellent for all sort of travellers. Lobby wasn't grand as 5 star hotels but interior was superior and spacious. hotel was very good clean neat i would rate this hotel as a five star i will recommend this hotel to all people with kids as it has a mall in this hotel lots of games for kids my kids enjoyed this hotel

Me, my wife and two kids , really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. It's located inside a Mall and therefore more convinient for us to shop around or have meals in the foodcourts in the mall at a more resonable rates. I would like to recommend everyone to go for this hotel if u are going with kids to Jaipur.
