Proximity Apartments Manukau City yang berhampiran dengan lapangan terbang untuk kemudahan semua terletak dalam kejiranan (Selatan Auckland) di Manukau City, berhampiran dengan Westfield Manukau City Shopping Centre, Rainbow's End, dan Taman Botani Auckland. Antara tempat tarikan tambahan kawasannya ialah Treasure Island Adventure Golf dan JKs Driving Range.

Akses internet wayarles percuma terdapat di kawasan awam. Kemudahan tambahan termasuk kemudahan dobi, perkhidmatan pencucian kering/dobi dan peti simpan selamat di meja depan. Colourful, cosmopolitan markets are held each Saturday at Otara and Manurewa. The airport lies approximately 6 km to the west and the central business district is approximately 20 km to the north.

It was the icing on the cake .. Close to event centre fully equipt great for our family of 4. :)
The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Quilt did not have a cover but was tucked in between two sheets which came off at night exposing the quilt

Very clean and fully enjoyed the air-con in the room.. Low point would have to be how small the room is, but that was easily swayed with the fully furnished room, beautiful scenery and big outside balcony area. \Would love to stay a week or more here (if the price was right)

Everything was very good- EXCEPT the very loud construction nosie next door from 7am six days a week. When construction is finished probably several months this will be a great place to stay.

Had another great stay @ Proximity apartments, Manukau. The location is great Westfield @ your doorstep great cafe, resturants too. Just a 2min walk. I would have like as this was my 3rd long stay @ the apartments maybe a discount of some sort for being a recurring customer. The convience of your own washer and dryer is a huge bonus, the rooms are serviced […] daily except Sundays, the rooms are modern, clean and convienent, parking underground very secure, great for a small family too comfortable rooms.Just the reception staff are abit of a let down a smile or a hello would be nice from either of the two gentlemen at the reception desk, otherwise I absolutely recommend the Proximity to everyone. This is definately the only place I will continue to stay @ on my frequent visits back home in Auckland. Baca selanjutnya

The location and the hotel hardware are fine. However, for a 2 bedroom apartment, the utilisils are not sufficient for serving a meal of 4 people. Also, there is no water glass provided in the washroom for tooth brushing, Suggest hotel to provide 2. Overall, the apartment is fine.

"Proximity Apartments"
Small cozy apartments but fully furnished. Only a couple of minutes walk from Westfield Shopping centre and 10 minutes from the Auckland International Airport. The bathroom was quite small but very clean and neat. The staff were helpful but not very friendly but it wasn't bad. The carpet was a bit dirty. I stayed at the Proximity as the other hotels […] were fully booked because of the Rugby World Cup Finals but I would love to stay there again. Baca selanjutnya

"Much different from the website show"
The designer of the website for this hotel should be given a prize for depicting this hotel with such beauty. The hotel is not really a hotel but as it says a set of apartments. It is nowhere as nice as it is shown on the internet. I do not understand 5 star reating for this establishment.
the soferbed was of 0 use as a bed .it was a mass of springs with no pading at all so i sleeped on the old stained thing in the lounge position.the carpet just as old and stained and other guests litter still in the draws on the plus side the appliances all new and well laid out. in short it is a 3 and a half star with a 5 star ribbon put on it

My daughter booked the apartment on line for me as I live in Australia and I was pleasantly surprised on my arrival to Auckland NZ. I would happily stay there again and would recommend them to anyone I know. Excellent location to shops, restaurants and Auckland airport. Thank you Proximity Apartments you made my visit with my daughter even better.

"Small Apartmnet iN the heart of Manuka"
The hotel itself is self contained with clean bathroom and even laundry facilties in each room. This is a plus especially if u have already travelled for a while with a lot of dirty clothes. The location is v good which is sited at the heart of the Manuka city with shopping mall and all eat-out places. But watch out that all the shops close early except […] the supermarket. On top of all above, one point to draw attention, we have booked a 2-bedroom service apartment and full payment was made before arrival. However, at the time of check in, the receptionist told us that all the 2-bedroom apartment was fully occupied and he gave us 3 studios to accomodate 4 peoples. I should say this is not our expectation since we are a family and want to stay in the same room together. It's ridculous that they didn't have the room we booked but it was stated in hotel.com's website that this room type was available. Up till now, I don't know what goes wrong. "Proximity Apartments - comfortable and convenient"
Great location, especially for airport first or last nights. Room was very comfortable and superbly equipped, although cooking facilities were somewhat limited. In the heart of Manukau close to shopping mall and restaurants with small balcony overlooking mall. Good view of planes overhead but minimal noise intrusion. Complex was very secure.
"Perfect Proximity"
We stayed at this apartment complex for one week at the end of our family USA holiday. Travelling with three adults and two children, we wanted to be near Auckland but also be able to experience the rest of the north island. The apartments are situated right next to a westfield shopping centre as well as other shopping facilities in easy walking distance. […] Any travel around the island requires a car and the local avis car rental is also within walking distance. The apartments are near the airport and are under the flight path so we got to see some airplanes come into land quite close to the building but this was not a problem the noise was minimal and our boys were amazed to see them come in so close. The only issue we could suggest improvement was the Internet connection with wired connection only available that was quite expensive for the week we were there. These apartments are rented on short and long term basis and also house permanent residents. The rainbows end theme park is also within easy walking distance. Baca selanjutnya

Venlig og kompetent modtagelse. Fin lejlighed, Udsigt kunne være bedre, hvis man kom højere op end 2. sal. Mulighed for levering af morgenmad til en meget rimelig pris. Videoovervågning af bygning, elevator mv. Ikke helt betryggende klientel i bygningen og området, men vi havde ingen problemer. 「ルームクリーニングお願いします」のサインを出しておいたのに、掃除がされてないことが数回あったのでがっかりしました。延泊の料金も、最初に聞いたときの金額と違う金額を請求されたりして、「ええー・・・」と思いました。設備はキレイです。

飛行機夜便だったため、利用しました。ﾎﾃﾙのセキュリティーは良かったが、私の駐車場に他の人が止めており、レセプションの営業時間外だったため、困りました。次回は普通のﾎﾃﾙを利用したい。
