Boat Lagoon Resort - Phuket

This was the third hotel that we had stayed in during our stay in Thailand and we found the staff to be not overly friendly and not able to speak english at all. We had booked a queen size bed on Expedia but when we arrived we had 2 single beds. I approached the reception desk and was told that the cleaning staff would put the beds together. We went […] out for the day came back and the beds were not put together, therefore I requested again and this was done. There was no soap, no face flannels as we had received in the previous hotels that we had stayed in. We found the Boat Lagoon Resort too far away from Phuket town, Patong Beach where we had stayed earlier on our holiday. There were no tuk tuks therefore had to rely on the prices quoted by the taxi drivers waiting to get your cash as they knew you had no choice but to get a cab. As we own a yacht we thought that staying at the Boat Lagoon would be fun, but we were disappointed. When we went for a swim in the pool, we took our bath towels but a lady who was staying at the hotel mentioned that we cld borrow a pool towel if we signed for one. The hotels location was convenient for us but the hordes of rude Chinese tourist made breakfast quite a struggle

Rooms and hotel are comfortable but nothing special. I upgraded to a Marina Suite which had a smaller bathroon than my friend's standard room and was much further from the main hotel. It probably isn't worth the extra money unless you're planning to eat in the room and need a sofa and table. We enjoyed our stay at Boat Lagoon Resort. As we had a sailboat on the hard at the Royal Phuket Marina (next door) it made for easy access to continue our boat work. The resort has a beautiful 50 meter swimming pool which was a joy to swim in after a days work. Our room overlooked the hardstand of the marina which we also enjoyed. Really nice place for a romantic break, the room was massive and spotless and very modern, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Thailand and this is by far the best of the bunch. A tad remote but a really nice setup in the marina area with a few nice restaurants, avoid the Indian one though, very displeased with the service we received and felt the staff […] were just there to make a quick buck, we were the only two in what is a massive restaurant so would have thought they would try to please what customers they had and increase interest, it was my only real gripe. It was a nice room. However it didn't have a microwave oven nor dishes or utensils. Was clean. It's also too far from the beaches. Costs 500 baht one way to taxi to any of the beaches.

My friend and i, leaved for bangkok to stay in Phuket. Obviously, it was our own fault, not to chose a place closer to patong beach, as the facilities are far away. My girls purse were stolen from our bag, (nothing in it, but it was a gift i would have brought her from Laos), a safe which didnt work, and after many problems, five people from the staff […] came, and broke into it. Slow and expensive internet, go around the corner, and you get it for 1/10 price. No refund for stolen goods, but hey, atleast we got a fruit bowl. Bad gym also btw. Baca selanjutnya

Dålig service. personal som var påträngande för att sälja. Dåligt genomtänkt poolområde, skollhett att gå barfota, obefintlig rengöring ( bl.a. Flöt en geccoödla död i poolen) och dåligt anpassad för barn. Från morgon till kväll var det VÄLDIGT bullrigt med alla möjliga arbeten sompågick. After travelling to remote islands w/ cheap accomodation, it was great to arrive at the Boat Lagoon w/ all modern amenities. We were not, however, thrilled to wake up with numerous flea bites!

チェックインに異常に時間がかかり部屋に入ったのは到着後1時間。フロントで預けた荷物が届かないのでフロントに戻り自分で運んだ。部屋は相当年期が入っていいて蟻があちこち歩き回ったいた。どこかの国の団体さんが多い為か全てのものに金額が表示され、何となく実情が解る。歩いて行ける距離には何も無いので必要なものがあったら事前に購入しておいた方がよさそう。石けんが置いてありませんでした。朝食はやはり団体が多く喧噪の中で食事を取ることになる。種類は少なく、結局宿泊中コーヒーを頂いただけでした。近くのスパに行きましたがここも？なのでそこを考慮してください。周りには大きな船があちこちにありいい雰囲気でした。チェックアウトにも時間がかかりました。私が宿泊した時にこうであっただけならばいいのですが。

Hotellet ligger alldeles i början av patong och promenad avstånd till stranden, bra frukost, det finns två pool, vi tyckte att poolen fick gärna vara lite större, med tanke på antal rum, det tar ungefär 10 min promenad till stranden vilket är inte hela världen, vattnet bytte från varm till kallt på en gång ibland men det var inte så hemskt heller, tycker […] att hotellet förtjänar sina 3,5 stjärnor, för övrigt räcker det med 3 dagar i patong tyckte vi, Baca selanjutnya

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Non vi spaventate della location ( si trova all'interno di una marina privata in fase di costruzione) perfetto per chi si vuole muove liberamente per tutta l'isola (auto munito o taxi) ed ogni giorno scegliere una nuova meta ed alla sera fare ritorno in un Hotel confortevole e tranquillo. Kuvista sai aivan eri käsityksen hotellista. Hotelli oli pahoin kulunut, huone oli tosi huonossa kunnossa ja siellä haisi tupakansavu. Paikka oli keskellä ei mitään.
