The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shopping malls, markets etc. Although the hotel is slightly jaded, the room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Checkout was extended to 1pm with no additional charge and we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge until late afternoon. The food served in the downstairs bar (near the lobby) was not the best and there was a long wait for the food. The bar had not toilets but the toilets in the lobby were available. These were filthy which was surprising considering however any toilets used by the public were rather off. This was a comfortable hotel and good value for the price paid especially for its location. (5 minutes by taxi from China Town and KL Sentral. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and inexpensive 3 star hotel close to restaurants and shops, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly, service is excellent and rooms are clean! Great location right in the middle of Petaling street in Chinatown. You can walk to the train station Pasar Seni in less than 5 minutes. We had a room on floor 3 towards Petaling street but never heard the market below. However, the walls towards the corridor are very thin... Only remark was that there was small holes in the sheets and that a towel smelled bad. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we would have asked though. Would definitely stay there again!

"Good room in grotty neighborhood"
Great value for money, close to the monorail. Clean room, water/bathroom smelt, however this may not have been hotels fault. Staff helpful and sweet with their attention to detail (arranged childrens teddies) Beggars lying in the street, which you must walk past to get to public transport - confronting for young ones.

I found the staff of the hotel excellent especially the front desk. Some nights the guests were a bit noisy.

"Cititel Express Kuala Lumpur"
It is an inexpensive hotel so don't expect too much. Neighborhood is a bit seedy but interesting. Apt to be a little noisy. Hotel staff were helpful, restaurant was OK. They were kind enough to store my luggage after I checked out while I toured KL. For the money -- good.
The hotel was fine except they charged too much for wi-fi. At most places it's free. We used the wi-fi at Starbucks. Also, we wished we had gotten a hotel in the Buket Bintang area where most tourists hang out. We did enjoy using the monorail as it was easy and cheap.

"Citiel Express in Kuala Lumpur"
The Citiel Express in Kuala Lumpur is close to both the tram and subway stations and therefore a close jump to anywhere in the city. The size of the room is very comfortable which is not usual in the city. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant in the hotel has pretty good food. J'ai ete dans l'ensemble assez satisfaite de l'hotel. Il etait assez moderne, le personnel etait disponible et acceuillant, la chambre etait spacieuse et propre. L'hotel est proche du monorail (station Chow Kit) et , un peu plus loin, se trouve une station de metro qui permet d'acceder a une plus grande partie du centre ville. Il est aussi possible […] de se rendre au centre-ville a pied, si on a le courage d'affronter les trottoirs inegaux, les hordes de passants et le traffic en general. Le quartier de Chow Kit est populaire et pas forcement tres propre. On y voit des mendiants et des gens qui dorment a meme le trottoir (pratique assez courante a KL) mais nous ne sommes jamais sentis en danger. Baca selanjutnya

Átlagos száloda, ami lepukkanófélben van. Ami miatt mégis ajánlanám, az a kilátás a Twin Towers-re. Az valami pazar volt a 7. emeletről! A személyzet nem igazán segítőkész. Pl. a csomagokat nem vitték fel a szobába. A WIFI fizetős.

チョウキットから、歩いて5分ほど。オレンジの目立つ建物なので迷いません。ホテルは、想像していたよりぜんぜんよかったです！朝食も割とおいしいし、部屋もシンプルで清潔な感じでした。難を言えば、朝食は言わないと食べ物や飲み物の補充がされなかったこと。フォークすら聞かないとありませんでした。食べに行く時間が遅かったのもありますが。あとこの界隈のホテルは安いけれど、治安的にちょっとどうかな、という感じです。ただ、総合的には満足です！
